The room was okay, the location was perfect but the communications was really really bad. We did not get any response when we arrived in London. On the last day, the fire alarm went on, nobody of the apartment could reach the owners. Not even the firefighters.

Communications really bad! Location good. Studio oke.

Best experience renting a flat on our trip to Europe!

Very welcoming and friendly, the room had everything we needed, big enough, beautiful view and safe. And everything was very clean. Good location too (15 Minutes walking from st pancras and next to Camden market and the tube).
I recommend it!

Good place for the money, super central and close to the tube station. The room in the basement is a bit noisy (I could hear the trains) but clean and confy.

Really reasonable prices for Camden and convenient to 2 tube stations. Also I had forgotten my headphones which they posted to my home address free of charge!

When we arrived at our room there was evidence of water leak in the windows, mould around the window frame and carpet was soaked which progressively got worse as our stay progressed, we got rained on during the night, the sheets and doona were blood stained, tea towel had mould the bed slats had fallen through at some parts which made the bed very uncomfortable, hair drier almost blew up in our hands when we first used it. The reception area was closed when we arrived due to new year public holidays and then when they were finally opened the opening hours were different to what was advertised in the rooms. When we bought the issues to management they changed our room and apologised however refused to refund any money for the 4 days we spent in absolute filth! They have huge ridiculous charges for toilet paper (£1 per roll) fresh towels (£10) and fresh sheets (£20)
Cannot recommend enough to avoid this place!

So I stayed in the property from the 26th November untill the 28th in Camden room was green square top floor we paid a cleaning fee which was £25 for a tiny room there was no hot water no towels if we wanted towels it was £10 extra which was not told this untill arrival toilet roll there was non so had to go buy our own due to them wanting to charge £1 for a roll or toilet paper no washing up liquid walls had cracks and very dirty nothing to dry the washing up with room was in very very poor standards I recommended not staying here I’ve had no contact from the company we told them our issues and still was not resolved and not even an offer for any of the money back very bad place to stay please do not stay here the staff are polish and Romanian couldn’t understand what I was asking them so that made our stay even worse because we could not stress to them about our problems.
