A good leisure centre that has recently been renovated. A good selection of sports on offer with a very decent swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in their specific areas of expertise. Decent transport links from Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, District lines. The Leisure Centre is around 8 to 15 minutes walk from various underground stations.

Not clean. No waiting spaces. Expect big queues, many times there is only 1 person at the reception, during peak hours. Staff is not very helpful, really depends who you get. In general, don't recommend.

I was looking at the photos that people showed of the gym and I saw some ripped floors and all these flaws. But I went there just to make sure and when I got there it was completely different than the photos. The equipment is all new the decor is fantastic and it's really big. My advice: dont just trust what u see actually go there to find out. And great service!

The facilities are very nice and all the gym equipment are brand new. However, the climbing wall and Xen-Do are not included in the membership. The lowest they are willing to talk down a membership price for a student is £24.99, which I toniggt was great. For the most part, the place is mostly empty. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

As a local resident it is cheap and never crowded. Frontline staff are pleasant and helpful. Management treat their customers with contempt. For example just before recent renovations they let the mens changing rooms get so filthy that there was black mould on almost every vertical surface. The newly renovated showers now have cubicles so small that I am unable to stretch out fully when soaping myself and I am only 176 cm tall. They could have easily extended them another 10 cm. The towel hook is on the inside of the door and your towel gets wet from the shower. They changed opening hours over Christmas and only announced the changes by placing a single A4 black and white page on the front door. No changes made to their website. This is but a few of the hassles of going there but as a student cost is paramount so I suffer on.

Completely newly refurbished gym. All the equipment you'll ever need.

Their service is appalling… First of all, they do not have prices clearly specified anywhere at their offices when you ask them for a membership. They would simply write down the prices on a piece of paper! (who does that! ) they would often make mistakes and try to remember the numbers by heart. (tip: make sure you haggle the joining fee) I only joined to play squash there and their online booking system has been down for 2 weeks! What's even worse they rarely pick up the phone to take bookings! The stuff is not trained well at all hence the service they are able to provide is terrible indeed. One of the ladies was trying to put me through to the reception — she hanged up 7 times before she managed to press the right button — plus she was laughing to my face! Absolutely terrible service, if you can you should certainly avoid them!

Good gym if you can afford it, exclusive and don't get your average Joe or sted head in there.

Gym real only for cardio well equipped.

I used to go here swimming everyweek from 1987 — 1993. Had a lot of happy days there. It was in need of modernisation then but for central London not at all expensive. Would love to re visit one day.

This place is amazing. All new equipment with latest technology. Free Wi-Fi. Swimming pool, wall climbing. It's the best leisure centre I have come across in the U. K.

30m (100 feet) pool. Ok, the shallow end is very shallow but it's not a problem if you swim with a decent (horizontal) body position. The best news is you get in for free if you are over 60! Built in 1937 it's well maintained & the pool clarity is generally excellent. Best value in Marylebone!

The rooms are small with few amenities. The staff can be a little difficult to deal with at times. Not bad if you don't plan on spending any time in the room and don't mind where you sleep.

The location is really great! The rooms are okay. The breakfast is surprisingly good.

Seek and rebuscamos something cheap and centrally located for our trip to London. And sincerely, we were right in full with this hotel. VERY cheap, breakfast continental excellent, without much variety, as is typical there, but full and rich.
very well communicated, as had the station of paddington to the side.
a thing that I has collided much, for all the Spanish that travel to London, no receptionist speaks nothing of Castilian.
