Absolutely filthy would not recommend staying here. Dirty filthy mattresses and rat poison behind the bed.

Made a booking with them for the beginning of February to find my booking has been cancelled without an explanation. I emailed and got no response so I booked it again twice and got cancelled twice again with no explanation. So I contact them through booking. Com app and they said if you choose the option of Book Now Pay At Hotel they take £20 charge off of you. I checked the website and booking. Com and it doesnt say this anywhere. Tried messaging them again by email and booking. Com and still no reply. not worth spending your money on.

The rooms pictured are not the rooms you will stay in. Hotel full of mice. Dirty kitchen and eating area. Staff very rude and unprofessional.

Rooms doesnt smell good, pictures on the web side nothing do with these rooms… Not very help full staff.
I wouldnt recommend this hotel.
They have got mice in the room.
Manager or owner doesnt really care when I told him. My kids didn't sleep all night and me and my husband too.
Manager or owner who ever he is said he will give us a different room we have to wait till tomorrow.

I highly recommend this hotel, located in affluent hammersmith great shops restaurants and bars near by. The hotel had lovely staff helpful and attentive they also offer breakfast nice bathroom, fridge and TV with DVD player what more could you need would definatly stay here again. Oh and quick Wi-Fi speed as well.

Grim, dirty and poor state of repair despite website's 'recently refurbished' claim. Awful bed full of broken springs, best to avoid. Management seemed pretty blasé when I aired my concerns the morning after and showed then these pictures.

Staff unavailable. My reservation was for sapphire hotel but at my area, on the door I found only a ticket that said to go to a door at about twenty meters. When I arrived I had a prepaid booking which they wanted to pay back directly to the hotel and then ask for a refund to the portal on which I had booked. They didn't bother to give any information. The girls at breakfast were friendly. Poor breakfast with little choice. The location is not bad, 10 minutes walk from the metro inside Zone 2.

Rooms were comfortable and clean enough. There was coffee making facilities inside the room, which was very useful. However, I did not like the staff. They were not friendly. I would think twice before staying in this hotel.

Not sure why the reviews seem so bad, I found this family run hotel staff polite and pretty accommodating. I had no issues with them at all. Bedding was clean, room was fit for purpose and granted I did not eat the breakfast more so our of choice than anything, I had no issues at all. Would stay again as the festival site is near this location.

The sapphire hotel london was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, I would have rather camped in a park. The fridge was not working and the shelves were busted, the wardrobe door was broken, they only had three hangers, there was no dresser to put clothes in, there were two chairs and one had only two feet, there is no aircon, the bathroom was invested with flies and mold, much of the bathroom hardware was falling off, the floors were extremely dirty. I booked my trip with a third party and then they took my payment saying I paid in full emailing me a receipt and showing in my account that payment was taken. When I went to the hotel to check-in they had my reservation but said that the third party hadn't paid them and that I needed to pay the hotel to get my room. I explained to them that I did pay, showing the receipt and my bank statement saying that I paid. They said that I should pay them then work it out with the third party to get paid back. You can imagion the confusion of me trying to explain how it was their responsibility to get paid from the people booking their customers. But no they didn't get it. So I went on the phone with the third party that actually uses another company to pay the hotels to have them explain. Still the sapphire staff would not put me up until the third party gave them a credit card to run. This all took 1.5 hours on my cell phone to get done.

Functional for an overnight stay, if that's what you're after. Location is good, not far from the tube or buses. Breakfast was plain and simple and served in a hotel (the Pearl) a few doors down, fortunately it wasn't raining.

Adequate stay for a good price. Location is 10 min away from Shepard Bush Tube Station. Warning though breakfast is in a different hotel 7 doors down. Generally nice and clean room, recommended.

Maybe other rooms are ok, but the single room I had was rather terrible. Right on the street so noise was a major problem, luckily I had earplugs to help me sleep. Unfortunately earplugs don't help with the mattress that is so thin the springs poke my back. The room was generally in bad shape, several lights were out and overall was very dirty. The housekeeping just runs a vacuum down the center and calls it a day, meanwhile the corners are dark with dirt. Bathroom was small but acceptable, however the shower had pink junk growing at the bottom and darker mold growing up top. The worst part is that one day I returned from seeing the city and found my door propped open with the deadbolt and the room unmade. It seems that housekeeping started on my room and then forgot about it. Luckily all of my things were inside but it could have been very bad if my camera and passport were stolen. Overall, avoid this place.

Receptionist wasn't there, so I had to eat my pizza on the stairs outside the building, because my card-keys couldn't let me it (for the third time in 4 days) Too expensive to what it is. The staff here is rather impolite. Have to say that I am rather upset and disappointed. They could do better if they invest more time, money and efforts in their business. This hotel is one of many they manage.

Room was really clean bed was comfy, and minimal road noise would recommend.

This is an old house that is turned into hotel nicely centerly located between Shepard bush and Hammersmith underground and free breakfast is another positive feature.

Was Ok, not towering. Room was large but not really clean and not very ' cuddly ' furnished. Bath was very nice for that!

The roon was nice and warm, bathroom modern and new, price ok (62) but they dont have car park anx every where you want to go you need to pay and you can stay 2 hour maximum, westfield shopping centre cand be a solution but you have to walk abou 10-12 minutes.

Fantastic service! Great value for money. The location was very central to everything and the room had everything we needed.

Hotel was okay for the price and the receptionist was nice. The breakfast was less than satisfactory.

Really bad hotel. To begin with we did not stay at sapphire hotel but at pearl hotel which seems to be affiliated with and its around 500 meters away. The rooms where pretty small not that clean (stains where on the sheets). Each morning around 10am room seevice would wake us up knocking on the door since they DO NOT have even the classical "do not disturb tag". What they advised is that I should write on a paper "do not disturb"… really pathetic for a 100 pound per day hotel… avoid by all means! Never stay at this hotel!

Very modern rooms but on busy main road. Can hear traffic even when windows shut. Also creeking floorboards. Breakfast is not continental. Consists of croissant, eggs and/or baked beans. 10 min walk to nearest tube.

The hotel you book is not necessarily the one you stay in. It appears to be a group of hotels along the same street. Check-in and breakfast room is further along the street in the Pearl Hotel. I booked sapphire but ended up on Royal hotel. This was clean and compact for a single room as expected in London. Complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee. The rooms on the front of the building face onto a noisy road, but the double glazing blocks this out quite well. The it downside to this is if you open the window for some cooler air your subjected to the smokers all standing below puffing away like chimneys and your room then stinks. Breakfast is fresh cooked to order with a good options of help yourself items. Staff friendly, good access to transport and lots of local shop and bars within 5 minutes.

Good price and location but bed very bad, couldn't really sleep.

The single room is a space reducidowho said sports is not complimentary to babysitting? approx. 1m wide and 3 long. I would not recommend it for people of more than 1, 80. The bed is 60x190cm approx. The English breakfast at least is correct, but it is served in a hotel annex.

Visited a friend staying at the hotel. Nice rooms but no elevator was a bit of a problem.

Very bed attitude! I ordered room in sapphire hotel and receive room in other hotel across the street! The room in basement not like I ordered, very small bed, young people bed.

Whilst the website imagery may present an impression of a boutique-style offering, be aware that this hotel and others of its ilk run by the same people in the vicinity are converted houses or flats with tiny bedsit style rooms. Whilst this may be acceptable for the money paid, a better experience can be sought elsewhere. Reasonable efforts have been made with regard to decor — everything is quite new albeit pretty chintzy and crass — and the properties are clean. However basic amenities seem to be absent (like full length mirrors in the rooms I saw) and you could barely turn around in the bathrooms due to their tiny size. My major complaint is with regard to customer service. Staff are surly and slovenly. Don't make the mistake of thinking these people are hotelliers, this is more of a cynical refresh of unused property and coining it through running a 'hotel'. As such, customer service as would be expected in a hotel is completely absent. Witness being asked to settle ahead of your stay, a 'host' who can't be bothered to proffer a greeting at the door and who promptly forwards you to an address different to the one you booked for. I'd advise searching out one of the many chains available in the area, you'd at least be guaranteed some consistency in what is offered and a level of service expected when forking over money for a service.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days in a double room. The hotel is very clean and close to the tourist attractions and West field shopping mall. Will recommend to everyone!

This hotel stay was probably the worst hotel experience ever!
