Generally a very nice hotel and staff very helpful. Rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures. Also, many rooms did not have working air-conditioning, so staff were constantly moving people around. Plumbing was also rather noisy. Very convenient location though and the cooking facilities suit those that do not want to eat out or order take away everyday.

Spacious room with full amenities. Brand new hotel so expect some operational issues. Fire alarm woke us at 5.45am due to faulty water pipes. Was informed due to local regulation, they cannot turn off the 130 decibels alarm for half hour. Manager Rajiv made efforts going around breakfast tables offering apologies. His sincerity overrides the inconvenience caused by the alarm. Great service by the staff.

Fantastic new hotel with stylish rooms and friendly staff. The rooms are light and airy with fab views across the London skyline, though the 10th floor bedrooms even have their own private roof terraces! I stayed in a comfy two bedroom / two bathroom suite. I particularly loved the really spacious living room with its own kitchen, including mini dishwasher, so could easily imagine cooking dinner next time (there's a 24hr Tesco literally next door too), though price included a nice breakfast. Easy walk to Earls Court and Kensington Olympia, with underground parking. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and pleasant. Staff helpful. Everything you need. Good value. Cooking, fridge, washer/drier. Good air conditioning. Have no idea what the others are complaining about. Well serviced.

I was in room 726. The bed was comfortable and the sofa in the living area didn't seem worn out. There was a little mold in the shower and the walls are thin so you can hear everything that goes on outside. The maid let herself into my room on the first day without warning, but besides that the apartment was OK. I wish they provided instruction for the appliances and a way to throw out your garbage on your own.

Decent living arrangements. Far from perfect, but the price can't be beat. Mich cheaper than staying at a hotel. Personal kitchen is great for those who can cook for themselves.

Some findings I made during my stay here: The shower door is very hard to close and water is thereby ending up everywhere. The Wi-Fi works every now and then, I'm not sure why but I asked a couple of times without a good answer. Walls in the room are damaged because of heavy use (? ) and with cracks. Doesn't look very nice. Some spotlights work intermittently, quite disturbing. The shower has had cold water 20% of the times I wanted to take a shower. And I stayed for a month. It is a huge crack in the kitchen bench that no one seemed to care about. It looked quite old. The tap in the kitchen is leaking over the whole kitchen-bench, which makes it hard to find it qualitative. Leave papers here over the day and they're useless. Cupboards are built to fit exact to the bench an not the usual standard with two cm overbuild, which means that you bump your toes into the cupboards all the time. The cupboards does not close properly but "swing out" every now and then, super annoying! The reception have got no control what so ever over what mail comes in and where it is. I had five mails waiting and the third time I asked they "found" it with the old receiving date. They blamed it on the Royal Mail. The fridge opens in the wrong direction and is put inside a cupboard that opens in the other direction. Surely someone must have laughed hard when they installed this, it is actually a bit like Fawlty Towers! Ventilation remote on the wall does not work.

Nice aparthotel. Clean, good amenities, decent rooms. Close to large supermarket. Walking distance to earls court tube station.

Room good, sleep good. Easy to find, don't want to talk about it. Turns out being passed in London is hard work.

The worst serviced apartment experience for long stay! after three freezing nights and calling reception and complaining about the central heater system first they said its not working today, then they said Aw we do not have air conditioner at all, and after contacting the main office here was the silly reply: WE DID NOT SAY ON OUR WEBSITE THAT WE HAVE ANY COOLING OR HEATING SYSTEM! and I was shocked because I thought nowadays thats the most basic facility of a serviced apartment which is charging 3500£ per month. After complaining they provide a tiny radiator which was not enough for the size of the room and when I asked for more, I realised how unprofessional the staff is! The second problem was the cleaner who left the window open after cleaning and the room was just like freezer when I came back! and the this one was lack of HOT water for a DAY! and after calling reception, again first they denied that and after 2 more times of calling they accepted and said it is fixed now you can try which unfortunately was not fixed! To make a long story short : Unprofessional and Rude team (not recommended at all! )

Looking for a good apartment hotel to stay in London close to everything. Stay at Go Native on Warwick Road. The staff are very helpful and nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Tesco supermarket just around the corner. Bus and Tube close. I recommend this place for a family of 4 to stay. The place is clean and the kitchen has all you need.

Apartment is nice however there is no air conditioning and despite a safe being in the room, there is no access to it. Front desk staff are very unhelpful and rude. Would not recommend.

Every thing is great. I liked the flat, every thing was clean and comfortable with wide range of facilities.
