Stayed in the studio room, spacious and had everything you needed from a full hob-oven to a washing machine. The double bed was two singles pushed together no matress topper which made it very uncomfortable. The room was very warm with noisy aircon that didn't cool the room. The rooms are paper thin with stomping from above, talking and tvs being heard. The staff were pleasant, continental breakfast was nice. The location is good. I would not stay again solely based on the noise levels however I am a light sleeper.

Badly needs redecoration and painting!, great location 3 mins from the tube and near pubs and restaurants but could be so much more!

We booked a standard room with breakfast through mrJet but we didn’t get any information that this room was on — 2 floor! We get a room in the basement and after taking a shower the whole floor in bathroom and also half of the studio was full of water! We’re so disappointed and the staff didn’t take any notice. The poor continental breakfast was delivered to our room. Not a nice experience to eat breakfast in the basement with water around our feet’s. Don’t book a standard room here!

A perfect fit for our family of three. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice quiet location, yet conveniently located to the tube stations. We highly recommend Presidential Apartments.

Great location. Loved the green space opposite. My room was tired by 4 star hotel standards but still practical and serviceable. Easy to live in. Breakfast was adequate but the coffee was great (I'm easily pleased with coffee. Overall, I would do return business.

Service is so bad that we didn't even make it to spend a night at these apartments. My partner and I had called on Sunday evening to book one night for the following day. The lady working there gave us a rate and told us to send an email to make the booking. I sent the email (at 22:00) and the next day received (at 00:30) an email to fill in the details for the payment. As soon as we sent the details we got the confirmation that the apartment was booked. When arriving there we received the news that there was no room for us and that they had sent us an email about it. When asked why they did not call they said email was how they worked and that it was sufficient. (Why ask for the telephone number when booking if you're not going to use it? ). The reason why there was no room was because it was broken/out of order. The people at the desk did not give any service, were rude and just wanted us to get out and look for another place to stay. Later that day my partner went back to speak to someone again and he was told that they had sold the room for another rate. Our guess was a higher rate. This kind of stuff can happen but if you work at a hotel or any job that requires service people expect to be treated nicely and with understanding. The people here did not care, lie to customers and it seems they are only focused on money. Even an honest apology was to much to ask. Good luck to them!

Clean, comfortable room. We stayed in the deluxe suite with a tiny bedroom and a separate living room. But this for the 4 of us just fine for a night. Continental breakfast tray brought to room was a nice touch. Would stay here again for a short stay, but might feel cramped for more than a couple days. Great location with nice, friendly people working there.

My guest stayed last month in Presidential Kensington for 02 nights booking total of 04 rooms, they are very dissatisfied regarding the room space and service provided by the staff, their way of response is very rude and our guest were annoyed by them, their family trip became a horrible trip, I dont suggest anyone to stay in that hotel hereafter. Its merely loss of happiness and money.

We booked a room for 4 adults and it really wasn't a big enough room for 4. Other than that breakfast was good and varied and the area was very central for getting around.

We choose this place for our stay. Maybe that is one of the most worst decisions we have ever made. Allotted rooms were not comfortable enough. When we decided to move, refund was not provided. And so we were forced to stay by. Late night disturbing sounds, Bad-mannered staff who don't even know to treat their guests well, Lack of cleanliness in the room and provided beds. Completely dissapointed!

We recently happened to stay in "Presidential Serviced Apartments, Kensington", where there is absolutely no accommodation for cleanliness. We had booked 4 studio rooms, for eight people and stayed here in the first week of may. Our studios were not cleaned after the previous occupant vacated. We had to stay in filthy room, where everything was average and cleanliness was nil. Used towel and tissues were lying scattered all around. Blankets, bedspreads and pillow covers were not washed, and were stinking unbearably. Do not have the disgusted feeling so soon. The worst is yet to come. The lavatory was in a very bad condition and it was highly unhygienic. We could not use the lavatory and requested the housekeeper to clean it. But it was not cleaned, even after complaining hundred times. Dust was raising up from every cent of the studio and we found it really hard to breath properly. The spacious, clean studios seen in the website, are just a trap to arrest you in the dust storming, disgustingly dirty studio of Presidential Serviced Apartments. Beware and do not get trapped like us!

Last weekend our family visited the place and stayed up for three days to spend the vacation. It was a dreadful experience, which made them so uncomfortable for the stay. Specifically, they assisted us with offers, when we contacted them through the call. But it was denied when we approached them. The rooms are not spacious as given in the pictures. They did fake the images which are inappropriate. The free Wi-Fi connection mentioned in their website was available with no range. It is a total blow of disappointing experience. We request you to improve your service further.

Don’t decide your stay, based on the positive reviews of this apartments; most of the positive reviews posted here are useless! As none of it would be experienced in Presidential Apartments Kensington London Six of us were stayed in 3 studio rooms for four nights. Overall it was the worst ever serviced apartment of all the apartments we have stayed in. We couldn’t wait to leave the room every morning and dreaded coming back at night. Twin beds wedged into a very small room. We have stayed in compact accommodations many times, but this studio rooms were ridiculously small. We had to pack/unpack our bags one at a time. Extremely tiny & cramped bathrooms; you could sit on the toilet, wash your hands in the sink and stretch your legs into the shower all at the same time—no exaggeration! The shower was basically an upright casket. You could stand in it, but you could barely turn around. Also, you had to be partially outside the shower to properly apply soap. Most of us were average sized men & woman and the bathroom was a tight fit for us. Anyone who is overweight or tall would find it difficult, if not impossible to use the bathroom. Very little storage space for a room of 2 people: What little walking space we had was used for storing luggage. All our rooms were shabby & uncomfortable and were all depressingly dull. The Disgusting fact to digest is: ******************************** Bad — mannered staffs & very poor guest relationship management!

Very good location, near the Earl’s Court underground “Tube” station! The apartment hotel with serviced breakfast to your apartment! The doors inside apartment close automatically, but with big noise, which can be improved.

I did try hotels 5 stars and some appartment but like this appartment I never experienced a really comfortable staying in London. Bigger space more comfortable with family. I loved the kitchen and there is washing machine and dishwasher as well. The best u get daily to the room breakfast as warm fresh breads and yogurt and jam and some cheese and honey and juice with hot fresh black coffee and milk on the side. I booked the balcony room and I was surprised about the balcony was as 3 balcony with setting area as 2 chair and small table with each balcony and its really huge with others appartment with same price. My other family booked room without balcony both of them get special space almost same as mine as an bigger one but still some deluxe room got bigger space some dosen't and some got bigger room and some bigger dining area so all there rooms is different. Cleaning is amazing daily and so kind and helpful actually they do the service same as hotels 5 star they even working and cleaning on weekends and Easter holiday.

Sofa bed need 2 be cleaned well … I found alot of ladies hair on it.

Staff are very welcoming and polite. The room I stayed in was small and clean. It also provides a small kitchenette if you wish to cook, a variety of tea, and complimentary breakfast.

Excellent location, two blocks from the subway and very comfortable for several days. Very complete.

Very good for the price better then spected. Safe and clean place, a staff are very friendly and the hotel us close to everything you need. Train stations stores, doctor's offices, pharmacy etc…

Great facility with courteous staff and available Metro stop at 200 meters and you move throughout London change sheets daily and cleanliness is satisfactory. I highly recommend it.

The location of the property was excellent for the tube station and there were also a few eateries about. The room was lovely and spacious for our needs, my only issues would be that the heating was too warm and there was continually a damp smell from the plug holes in the bathroom.

The ratio quality price is outrageous if you think that the apartment is a little larger than a double bed, the bathroom of a strip with a minilavandino nothing short of ridiculous and the breakfast must be in the room for the absence of a breakfast room. I almost forgot, below the level of the road…

A bit pricey but you get what you paid for. True apartment with premium location, and a stone throw away from a tube station, M&S Food (like a small food supermarket), and lots of other restaurants and shops. Aside from full functioning kitchen, you also get a mini washer/dryer so you can do your laundry. Perfect for family of 4.

The location is very good. Close to the subway, nice area, lots of restaurants. The décor is basically top… TV, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, cooker. Large room. The bathroom, however, is too small, almost no storage facility. Very dirty windows, curtains Veschlissen. A basic renovation would be urgently needed. Enough for a city trip. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast extremely simple and not besondres tasty.

The location and apartment was excellent but didn't like being in the basement as it sounded like we had elephants stomping around in the room above us, so try and choose an apartment on the top level.

In short: clean, well maintained rooms in a quiet area, convenient to Underground and helpful staff. The long: We made a hasty booking here after a terrible experience with an AirBnB. There is 24 hr service desk, daily cleaning, and a breakfast delivered to your room at a time you specify. The breakfast isn't much — yogurt cup per occupant, croissants, juice, and a pot of coffee if you want. The layout is a bit maze like — if you are someone with mobility issues then you will want to specify that at booking in order to be on ground level rather than down 3 hallways and 2 1/2 stairs as we were. It is a very quiet area, just a 5 min walk to the street with a few pub options as well as some fast food chains. I'd say 10 min stroll to the Earl's Court Stop on the U — but only because we always got stuck at the light to cross.

Excellent area and design.

I very much enjoyed the deluxe studio apartment. The ceilings are high and the windows huge, giving it a light and bright feel. The bed was hard, but I prefer a very firm mattress. Others might be bothered by it. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The only problem I encountered was that the building across the street is a youth hostel, and during the first few nights of my stay, there was a VERY noisy, large group of teens staying there (for Easter holiday, I assume). The staff assured me groups like that are not the norm. I was able to tune them and the regular street noise out without problem, although people who have a hard time filtering background noise might be bothered by it. My goal was to feel like I was at home, and that was achieved. Guests who like to be pampered or are high maintenance might not enjoy their stay as much as I enjoyed mine. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and will be booking there again in the future.

Lovely apartment, clean and well set out. Has everything you could need including dishwasher and washing machine! (Didn't need to use). Staff were lovely and really friendly. Great price with breakfast (continental — delivered to room at our set time). Location is perfect for touristy bits but also the high street were it is have nice places to eat and drink. Would stay here again for sure (probably will), my only issue was that the room was too warm but that's my only complaint and it's not really a massive complaint. Would recommend without a doubt.

Without lockers beds without network or drugs but iron bars which give a great back pain.

They charge to hold your bags after checkout, £5 per bag. Coming from the states, this is a ludicrous price to pay to have our bags kept safe for a measly few hours. They have no problem holding your baggage prior to your check-in, but then want to gouge you for everything they can. Will NEVER return here due to this. I'm outraged at the sheer impertinence they have when people have nowhere else to leave their luggage.

Very clean and comfortable, staff are very helpful, although basic the breakfast is tasty and well presented. Will definitely visit again.

I really liked this apartment and I have re-booked to stay in it again in my next visit. The administration and reception staff were very friendly and so helpful. They immediately assisted me whenever I needed. Especially the guard was so friendly and always available whenever I needed any assistant, except the head of the of housekeepers was a bit rude and impolite, otherwise the rest of the housekeepers were nice and polite. Regarding the apartments, I liked the one I stayed in it is very convenient for a solo traveler like myself. Almost everything I needed was available, except there was no mirror in the room, and had to use the bathroom’s mirror whenever needed, which was not much practical. The advantages of this apartment’s location that you find everything you need around you in the area. There are several supermarkets and so many restaurants. And the best of all, it takes only few minutes to reach the underground which has the most two active and useful lines and they are Piccadilly and District lines.

Just a big foutage of mouth… We booked an apartment of 43 m 2 advertise on their website and by check-in, the apartment was… 10 m 2 less.
Considering the price, we have tried to negotiate an apartment adequate, in vain, a refundable manager unreachable, staff spend comments…
Then quelquejours later, card charged to 50pound without being accused beforehand, unable to answer receptionist and not answer by mail of course…
The apartment itself is clean and well located, but big big foutage of mouth on the performance/price/surface… so be careful…

We lived here for 4 nights, and experienced a great service from the staff. Our room was for 3 persons, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was wery well equipped, with more than we needed. If I go back to London, I'll guess this is a very good choise.

Excellent service focused staff. Small room makes excellent use of space. Accept dogs yet very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
