So far so good. Reception staff were fantastic. Explained everything.

Staff very friendly and helpful, standard room but very spacious and extra comfy bed, breakfast fantastic, a short walk (10mins) to closest train/underground.

No Wi-Fi and they will not reimburse you for them not having it.

Excellent. Went out of their way to make our Anniversary special.

Not great this one… TV didn't work, hot air fan made a knocking noise, could get into the restaurant on every time of trying or even get in the carpark. Shame as all the others I use have all been OK. a few of the staff just never got off of the phone whilst I was waiting To chat to them we left early.

Very poor service just brought out a new menu about 3 new items the rest is the same. At the moment they don't have any draught beer or larger. Turning people away with a not even half full restraunt on a nightly basis. On the up side Jan the waitress is the best part of the staff.

Great location, Two of the staff members were absolutely amazing, One of the waitresses gave the the dirtiest look cause I said no to wine 😂 Then on our last night a hotel manager came up saying were were banging and screaming and threatening to kick us out, I was in the shower at the time and my partner was watching SVU so we have no clue what they were on about then he had the nerve to comment one that we were Irish.

Excellent service, steps from Tower Bridge. The unbeatable location, on the banks of the river is full of bars and restaurants to have a good time. It is close to the underground, making it easy to move anywhere in London during your visit.

We took our Son and our Grand daughter to London as my youngest has always wanted to see London so we took them for a treat for his 9th Birthday! We are so glad we chose this Premier Inn to visit, we certainly weren't expecting the staff to be as welcoming as what you guys were! Most Premier inns we have visited in the past have been a good standard but as far as hospitality goes they should ALL take a leaf out of your book!

Great staff, made the short stay enjoyable. (especially the dining staff). Food was excellent (breakfast and dinner). Location very close to tower Bridge and tower of London, beds where comfortable and clean. Downsizes The air-conditioner made alot of noise The unit for making toast very slow and in a very awarked spot. long distance away from other main attractions.

Clean and in a great location. The English breakfast is an extra but really worth it. The restaurant is a good solution for dinner if you are too tired to go out. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Convenient location to Tower Bridge and tons of great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel room was spacious and the front desk was helpful.

Great hotel. Big room and a bath! Never had that in London. Great location and staff were brilliant. Will definitely stay again. Good breakfast too.

The hotel is very well located (3 minutes walk from Tower Bridge and 10 minutes walk from the subway), we are very welcome. Always listening and always there to help or answer our questions. The service of the breakfast is really good and leaves us a wide choice. I really recommend.

Hotel clean and close to the city center.

Always reliable and do exactly what they offer. Quality sleep in a quiet room even in the busy city location. Perfect siteseeing base along from the Tower Bridge. Stayed many times and the staff are always very friendly.

Very nice Hotel, great location in the center (10min walk to the Tower Hill stop on the District and on the Circle Line). Nice comfortable rooms, always clean bathroom and rich breakfast for only 7 pounds. Recommended for the low average price.

Just had a very pleasant 2 nights stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, well done Premier Inn. The location is excellent for visiting Tower Bridge or going on a river cruise.

Very close to Tower Bridge. Rooms fine and at a sensible temperature — not overheated which I find is a common problem in hotels in winter. Check-in lady was very helpful — assisting with the self-check-in process… Service in the restaurant was a tad slow due to numbers but unfailingly polite and attentive. Starter was pretty ordinary but the main course — steak — was excellent. Asked for rare and got rare and at a sensible price. All in all a good find at a last minute price in a fantastic location. Going to bring the family next time.

Great place to stay in London. Short walk to 2 tube stations. And the bridge itself. Premier Inns are the same all over and this is no different. Rooms lovely. Staff lovely and helpful. Disabled access all over. Food is OK. But loads of places to eat around and small shops near by. Can't fault it every time I've stayed (hence why I choose this 1 every time I stay in London)

Good hotel in central London. Breakfast buffet satisfactory. Clean and well appointed rooms. The electric plugs are only English format, you have to carry the adapter to charge the phone.

You can sleep very well here.

The hotel meets what it promises. Very friendly staff, although they were very religious with the check in time, but you can't claim anything. There are vending machines for drinks, snacks and even antacids. Very quiet. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and restaurant. Wifi is enough but it does not spare anything. A bit far from the train stations, especially if you charge suitcases.

Only downside is the breakfast. After that the staff are great, the rooms are clean and modern and the windows do a good job of keeping out the noise. The bar/restaurant is good.

The room was clean with a big comfy bed and black out curtains making it very comfortable to sleep in. The location was close to tower bridge and near a bus stop, the nearest tune station was around 15 minutes walk away. The reason that this is only 4 stars and not 5 is that the loud droning sound of the extractor in the bathroom drove us insane to the point we would leave the light off when we went to the toilet because it was so annoying.

For those who go to London and don't want nasty surprises as the accommodations I highly recommend it is clean, the breakfast is super like when you go you have resorts there is everything. The location is strategic because you're a stone's throw from the Towers Bridge…

Very good hotel, location good although quite a walk from the tube. We slept very well, quiet and comfy. Breakfasts were good. Unfortunately there was was no got water in one morning of our stay which was very inconvenient. Otherwise 5 stars.

Good central location. Nice walk over Tower bridge to subway, busses at the door. Very nice staff! Kind and nice to our kids as well to us. Also good Rooms and a good restaurant.

Very cozy and well equipped room, exactly as described and as pictured. Very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't try the breakfast, quite expensive, compared to locals nearby. Great Location, close to Tower Bridge and very well served by buses.

Visiting London with younger kids so we booked a family room. Kind of what you expect for being near Central London, the room was snug for the 4 of us leaving little room for luggage and movement. Lots of hot water, little water pressure, the room is pretty clean although has a funky damp smell. Handy for all the attractions about 12 minutes walk to the tube, lots of options for breakfast nearby.

A friend and I stayed here one Thursday night after having afternoon tea at the Ritz! It was very central and only a few minutes walk from Tower Hill underground station! The staff were very friendly and helpful and let us check in early so we could change! Our room was very comfortable and NO noise at night! We had a drink in the bar in the evening which was then transformed into part of the dining room for breakfast, which was very plentiful!

Location very nice but a little bit of a walk from the nearest tube station. Lovely room, very clean and tidy and very comfortable bed although shower was lacking a bit in pressure. Food was very nice and breakfast had allot of options also very nice and reasonably priced.

Good location but be prepared to walk about 15/20 mins to the nearest tube. If your are taking the car they do have parking at a reasonable price. Staff very friendly and helpful especially the breakfast staff! Avoid breakfast and dinner and busy times during school holidays or expect to que up! A good budget hotel and easy walking distance to Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the Shard.

Great room, awesome bed. Friendly staff too. Arrived at 11 pm so it was very quick getting checked in and getting in the room.

As premiere inn's go, this is one of the better ones. Modern TV with HDMI and USB inputs so you can bring your own entertainment. Wi-Fi is poor but the staff are great and very helpful.

We from 2015, September 3, started for four night, two adults, a kid, an adult, living in another room. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, and quiet, the Breakfast have many variety, the staff are very friendly, considerate, this location is also very good, very easily, can sit bus to see the landscape, provided, you need to spend much money on the oysters. Guide will recommend some of the smaller shops to the consumer, if like me, you're stupid, I don't know, once you get through this…

Very friendly and clean, great friendly Service, motivated staff, good Breakfast and the best food.

Rooms were clean and tidy with a nice flat screen TV. The air conditioning was a little loud but can be turned off (automatically came back on at 5am, but turned it back off). Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided with a kettle. The bathroom was also clean with a good size bath/shower. Hand wash plus hair/body wash is provided in dispensers, but no toothpaste, so don't forget to take your own. The breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff were efficient and friendly.

Nice Hotel in the citycentre — worth the money.

For the money I would have expected more. It is already everything is very expensive in London.

Excellent location for the sight seeing trip that was as surprise gift for my Wife's birthday. All the staff that I dealt with were very pleasant, cheerful and informative. The breakfast was excellent and we shall definitely being staying there again. First class.

Lovely hotel close to Tower Bridge. Service was wonderful. However a dinner reservation is recommended as it gets very busy in the evening. Breakfast is marvellous and very relaxed.

Great hotel, with a great Resturant serving good food which was also good value for money. We got starter, main course, drink and breakfast all included. Much cheaper than any london City centre hotel. This place was clean and tidy, quiet and only a few mins walk from Tower of London, tower bridge.

Hi Just like to say how impressed we were with all the staff, we were with a wedding party and all well looked after. The one thing I would advise is to watch the taxi companies called in, I know the hotel offers this service which has is not linked to the hotel but £ 25.00 x 6 cabs each when a black cab cost us only £ 7.40 was an expense the bride and groom could have done without.
