Inside one of Europe's largest shopping centres, and directly connected to central London, via tubes, shuttles and buses. London Stansted Airport half an hour away, accessible by bus or train. A short distance away is the Olympic Stadium, home of West Ham.

Location brilliant joined onto westfield perfect for shopping and eating out, rooms great, service great. Sadly when I visited the whole hotel lost hot water! This was also when it was freezing outside. No staff could help, just told me to complain online. Other than that perfect hotel, great breakfast and even a great evening meal with perfect service. We will be coming again!

May Bank Holiday Weekend; typical Premier Inn standards, decent bed and OK shower. Location is bang on. I booked well in advance so pricing was good (before Rolling Stones announcement too). Right outside Stratford International so fairly easy to get to via National Rail. Right next to Westfield and a short walked to Stratford Underground. For ExCel visitors, it's a good alternative for price and location. Straight 2 DLR train right at your door step. Would happily use this again.

Premier Inn is a nice hotel, even though it seems more like a 3 stars than a 4 stars. Rooms are big enough and also have a couch, bathroom is ok, there's not a shower but a bath with courtains. The personnel is nice, they even borrowed me an EU plug adaptor because I forgot mine. Only issue was that in my room there wasn't the card to put outside the door for not being disturbed, so the cleaning service came in my room at 8:30 am while I was still sleeping. Also the hotel breakfast is not that great, pancakes seemed old, definitely not worth 10+£.

Location was easy to get to with fairly cheap parking near by! The area was clean and close to the shopping centre. The room was clean and the bed was really quite comfy! The only issue I had was there was a lack of preparation for the breakfast period on the bank holiday Monday. All the food was pretty much gone and no replacement was made for a while! Overall well worth the money!

Good convenient location, great staff all around. Generally facility is in good condition. Lifts are a joke though.

A decent place to stay but getting to your room is a pain due to the slow an inefficient elevators. There are way too many stairs to practically get to the higher floors. There is a small playground outside which helps keep children entertained. Everything else is about what you would expect from a Premier Inn except it has an Olympic theme due to it being built specifically for the Olympics. The Olympic Park is very close by and easily accessible from the hotel. All in all a good stay.

Great breakfast and meal deal. Restaurant and common areas are comfortable. Beds very comfortable and two singles for the children in the family room was a bonus. Bathrooms are fine if basic. Rooms are relatively small, especially when setup to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children! Staff friendly and polite. Pond park kids play area right outside the front door. One of the three lifts was broken which can be an issue at busy times due to the being around 130 steps from ground to the first floor! Good location.

Hotel and room was lovely, very comfortable and relaxing overnight stay. Great location for the tube and for the shopping centre. Easy to find and friendly courteous staff.

Nice hotel, as all Premier Inn hotels l have been to. Excellent location.

No hot water for my stay and room was so cold I had to ask housekeeping for a heater. To me these are basic things. Staff were professional and pleasant. Breakfast was good. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend Premier Inn to my friends.

Good hotel to spend a few days. In the Olympic park!

Located right next to Stratford rail and DLR stations, access is easy. The Westfield shopping centre means you don't have to travel far for shopping, really nice bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean and well decorated. The room was fairly standard, no iron, but tea/coffee making facilities and a TV. Air conditioning was free. Breakfast was all you cab eat buffet of the usual suspects; cereals, breads, cooked, yogurt and fruit. It was well stocked. I'd stay there again.

Typically good hotel that is part of the Westfield site and has easy access to DLR and all the shops and restaurants. Room was very good with air conditioning, lovely bed and free Wi-Fi (albeit you have to pay extra for a faster service, but good enough for email and general browsing). Unlimited buffet breakfast was excellent (£10 extra per person per night). Didn't have evening meals there as so many dining options available outside.

Very nice room. If you can book rooms *01 — *04 they have views over London's skyline. The top floors are better and is just by the lift so no walking noise from the corridors.

Stayed in Premier Inn Stratford for West Ham game in may 2017 with family. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, breakfast great, and staff friendly and helpful. Also the price was more than reasonable. They even got us a top floor room with a view to London Stadium. Highly recommended! Next stay booked already.

This is one of the newest, if not the newest, Premier Inn. Love the family rooms offered by most Premier Inns. It's very hard to find hotels in London where two adults and two kids can stay in one room. The price is very reasonable too. Excellent location as it is right next to the huge Westfield mall and Stratford station. The breakfast is decent, especially since kids eat free with each paid adult.

Three days in to our five day stay and it has-been perfect. Our meal on the first night was lovely. The waitresses were wonderful to us. Breakfast was fresh tasting. Hot and with a lot of choices. The room was clean and tidy. Anything you wanted to ask for could be 24/7. Absolutely great.

Some work was being undertaken on the property during my stay so 4* staff were very helpful and when I needed moving to another room due to missing ceiling panels this was done promptly and without fuss. Will return on my next trip to London.

The hotel is situated in a perfect place. Right next to Westfields shopping centre which has everything you can ask for. Also the tube station is a 5 minute walk so very reasonable. The hotel standards are as expected for a premier Inn, very clean, well maintained, easy to find the way around and breakfast was good. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much to ask. A great place to stay if you are doing anything in the surrounding area, would recommend.

This is a really good premier Inn, great location handy for the o2, also right in the middle of a huge shopping and restaurant complex. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, the bat was great with friendly staff. In the morning the breakfast was first class. My only complaint would be the three taxi drivers we used whilst there all had real difficulty finding the entrance which caused a bit of a headache.

Hotel was great, room was lovely and spacious. Just far too warm but that was due to being on the 9th floor, room had some kick ass AC so it didn't last too long!

This was our second trip to London, and we decided to go for a comfortable hotel (previous time was at a Holiday inn Express), so we chose this Premier Inn. When we looked at the website, we expected to receive good treatment and a comfortable sleep, they were so sure that we were going to sleep well that they offered us our money back if we didn't* (*on the website). We arrived straight from the Heathrow airport: took a train to Paddington and then took the tube via Bakerloo and Jubilee lines, then went through the entire Westfield Stratford mall to get to the hotel. We finally arrived and were not very friendly-welcomed. It was more like a "please pay now before you even settle down and rest for a bit", the receptionist didn't care much that we were foreigners and had a weird accent, she expected us to understand everything she said. Then we got our room, at a third floor… on a hotel with 10 floors. That doesn't seem nice if you are the traveller. You feel like you're left out of the good rooms, even if you booked the room months away. We expected to have some kind of nice view (we're tourists at London) and we got a view to Westfield's car parking. I suppose british people who is familiar with the city get the rooms with a cool view of London. The room was pretty clean at least, it seemed comfortable, until we laid in the bed. A double sized bed that bounced like jelly. I think it was one of the worst beds I have slept in, ever.

Fantastic hotel! Brilliant staff, location and rooms. Can't fault the Premier Inn at all. I have stayed here a number of times and it hasn't failed to disappoint. I will be back!

Weird sort of first floor reception, but self service atm tills are good. Bar didn't seem to stock crisps. Great night sleep here. Just wish I could have had more of it.

Not very central to most of London's attractions. A walk though the shopping centre and then onto the tube. This is reflected in the cost for a room which is much cheaper then all the rest. The rooms were comfortable and the right temperature for a decent night's sleep. Breakfast was buffet style and all the food was nice. The staff were very helpful and cooked me some fresh eggs how I liked them.

Great views over the park and into the city, especially from the gym. Very convenient for Stratford and east London as there are so many tube and rail connections. Book in advance to get the best deal, they seem to be pretty busy through the summer.

The hotel is 5 min walk from the Stratford station so you have easy access to the city centre. It's also nice and clean. However, the lifts are ridiculously slow: even though there are 3 lifts, it takes few minutes for a lift to arrive. I'm not talking about couple of minutes but more like 5 minutes! It was annoying.

Wir hatten ein Doppelbett und ein Kinderbett für einen 13 jährigen. Das Hotel hat 10 Stockwerke. Eingang ist nur von Außen, nicht von innen im Einkaufszentrum, also mussten wir vom Bahnhof durch das Einkaufszentrum bis zum Ende durchlaufen, dann nach außen und dann durch den Eingang im Erdgeschoss ins Hotel. Die Rezeption ist im 1. Stock (mit dem Fahrstuhl). English: I found the hotel to be well positioned for public transport to London and airport link to Stansted. The facilities are as to be expected for a chain hotel. The staff are helpful. This is a fairly large and anonymous hotel, but the rooms and breakfast are adequate and the staff work hard to help the guests. Access to the hotel is not so straightforward when arriving via public transport: Walk through the Westfield centre all the way to the end (300m or so) from the station, then exit the building via a r/h exit and then re-enter via the Premier Inn entrance on the ground floor at the back of the Westfield Centre at the Stratford International Station (north) end. There is only one external entrance to this hotel; there is no entrance from inside the Westfield building. Once inside, guests have to take the lift to floor 1 reception (which is actually about 5 floors up).

Stayed one night after a corporate event in November 2014. I've always had my stereotypes of what a standard Premier Inn/Travelodge looks like but I was proved wrong by this one! The room was very spacious with a huge comfy bed, a sofa, lots of space for clothes and other personal belongings, and a nice tub in the brightly lit bathroom. Also very impressed with the breakfast buffet in the morning — you can order eggs (cooked the way you like it) from the staff and help yourself to a wide range of hot and cold food. The hotel is also very conveniently located at Westfield shopping centre so you have everything within a stone's throw.

Staff very helpful nothing too much trouble. Room was the standard we have come to expect from Premier inn clean well decorated plenty of towels and extra pillows. Ert Removals recomended.

I really enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn London Stratford. My room was en-suite and spacious. The room was nicely furnished with double bed, sofa, desk, chair, TV, bedside tables, two mirrors and shelves. In the bathroom there was a shower bath, washing basin, hair dryer, toilet and a mirror. The bed was soft and comfortable and you also get a "Good Night Guarantee", which means that if there is noise or you are not happy with your stay you get your money back. In the morning you can enjoy a delicious English or Continental breakfast and you can eat as much as you like.

I loved it! The room was comfy and everything made me chillax! I was also given amazing food and I loved how Westfield Shopping Centre was right on your doorstep! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ★★★★★ 5/5 stars.

It was terrible had to wait 2 hours for food and the staff are not nice at all.

24 Dec 2014 to 29 Dec 2014 We booked 2 x double room and 2 x twins room. The Twins room has an extra sofa bed and the room is bigger. Very comfortable stay. Good for shopping, Westfield is just next door. Car Park whole day/overnight parking at GBP 9.

This hotel was an amazing place to stay. Clean, affordable, great staff and a wonderful location. I would definitely suggest this to my friends as a far superior hotel to others, which I have previously stayed at in London. Wish I had known about it before. Will most definitely go back. Their dining room and menu is good value compared with other hotels. I found the transportation links to be a huge factor. Everything close at hand. I just hope they maintain this standard.

Best hotel ever! Nice staff, great bedroom. Nothing bad to say only good things.

5 star experience for my family when they stayed here for 5 nights and at a great price. Rooms were big with a double and single bed, more than adequate for the three of them. Lovely decor in the ground floor entrance area especially the lights! Lots of choice at self service all you can eat breakfast which was all cooked beautifully. The only complaint that I heard from my parents was that they didn't like the Twinings tea, swap it for Tetley or PG tips and they'd have been extremely happy campers.

Very good hotel, I had the opportunity to be hosted during the Paralympic Games and is an excellent place to work and relax.
