Great hotel, good price, my 7 year old did not pay, about cleaning I would say 5 stars, the only thing I did not understand that they gave less and less towels than they should give us. COLATION EVERYTHING is yummy from salty to sweet. Great location near the subway earl's court another important thing there is an Italian girl for those who do not know English well.

Very good night's sleep! But more machines than humans (showing my age here? ). That said, the staff I did meet were lovely! Also very little available for gluten intolerants unless you like gluten free white bread! BUT, happy to go back and as I say I slept LIKE A LOG! ❤

Be careful at their restaurant. I had my backpack stolen with all my electronic devices. They let someone walk into the restaurant without checking if he was going to dine. I know that because the manager Amol let me see the security feed and we saw the whole thing. I did not expect someone from outside to walk into the restaurant like this. The police is lazy as they left me on hold and I was never fully able to report it. They never came in to take a report or collect the security feed. The hotel had insurance but manager refuse to file a claim stating that it was not in a secure room so they are not responsible. They were the one who let that outsider in.

Great location to see a brilliant bit of London, right near a wheelchair accessible tube station which is really handy. The reason I've marked it down, though, is the access is not good at all. I booked a wheelchair accessible room and found my standard size wheelchair could only nose into the bathroom and then couldn't manoeuvre within it. This meant the washing and toilet facilities were inaccessible. Worse the accessible loo on the ground floor by the restaurant was flooded too! I had to leave the building to use a toilet. Not good. Fortunately, the restaurant staff were absolutely amazing, really kind and thoughtful, the tables were of different heights and I was able to be fairly comfortable. The food was very good quality, but the absence of accessible toilet facilities does tend to limit the amount of time spent on the meal and the number of coffees drunk!

Great Premiere Inn, had a very comfortable night's sleep. We left early so didn't try the food. The hotel is split into two parts with some rooms on the check-in side of the hotel and the rest on the other side of the overpass. The rooms on the check-in side are not as clearly signposted.

Had a great stay stopped one night. Meal deal in the restaurant very good which included price of the breakfast. Food was delicious and rooms clean and comfortable would definitely stay again.

They didn't have our reservations when we arrived. The good thing is that we made the claim to Europamundo and they gave us dinner. Pretty good breakfast.

Very good hotel we came with our little kids who are teenagers and they loved the comfort of their room and especially the Super Breakfast. Thank you.

Prefect location, about a 2 minute walk to Earls Court station. It's inexpensive compared to other hotels and is best to reserve in advance as rooms fill up quickly. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The underground transportation goes underneath the hotel so it's best to get a room above the first floor. While the rooms are clean, the place as a whole could use a bit of a touch up compared to other locations.

Comfortable, central, near the metro station, great breakfast, varied and abundant, spacious room and spotless.

Excellent service and room for budget hotel. Help yourself to as much tea, coffee & milk as you like in reception. Room clean and everything needed for a trip to Royal Albert Hall. Second stay there & still good. Perfectly situated for tube, shops and restaurents.

Comfortable as we expected. Silent and quiet. Good bed. Nice shower. Good cleaning. Great breakfast. Worth every penny for tired and hungry tourists.

Nice enough hotel. Negatives would be no parking. Shower wasn't great, and room was very close to train line. Double glazed window did well to reduce noise. Food was lovely, and service excellent. They also booked me a taxi, which arrived when ordered. They do offer a valet parking service, which I didn't use, which will help with parking. At at cost though.

Pretty standard for a premier inn. Price is debatable considering how dated and worn this "value for money" hotel is, but I think the location has a lot to do with it. Clean and a comfortable bed. My only major complaint was the heating. I was absolutely frozen as the beast from the east hit, the temperature control didn't seem to want to do as I asked. Requested for a heater, but it wasn't a great one. The hotel team were very friendly though, and I did get a free hot chocolate.

For the fact that there was a tube line running right under the hotel, it was surprisingly quiet, warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we didn't have breakfast booked but they got us straight in! Literally 2 minute walk from Earls Court underground station too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Staff were really welcoming both at breakfast and reception. Rooms were really nice and clean. Perfect location 1 minute walk to earls court station tube, and also in London zone 1.5 minutes walk to Hyde park. Breakfast was really good. Will deferentially be coming back.

If you want to stay in a hotel where the tranquility reigns and the service is super correct this is the place. Mention special deserves Marlon, an educated receptionist and with whom we made good crumbs.

Environmental health hazard, dangerous flooring and shockingly poor customer "care" Long transatlantic flight getting to this hotel when dark. Luggage was placed on spare bed. Every day we commented to each other how London must be damp as the bed felt just that. No extractor fan in bathroom meaning all humidity would be absorbed by soft furnishings therefore the bed. The bed was old and uncomfortable, the mattress needed replacing. The room and bathroom were tired and in dire need of updating. The flooring in the elevator had risen up and broken a slip/trip hazard for anyone especially partially sighted or those with physical issues. We were there 6 nights. Staff told us they were fully booked. We had a cab collecting us at check out and when we moved our cases off the bed to leave we noticed black mold on the walls and water running down the wall. Internet was dire, I ended up tethering off my cell. Due to cab we could not hang about to speak to staff choosing to email our concerns including images posted below. A week went by and nothing. We choose to use "Resolver" Very slow to respond, no responsibility taken or explanation offered for why a room with this health risk was allocated to customers. They refunded one night — we were not happy with that, but to be honest had they responded appropriately they would have not upset us OR lost our future business.

Very nice, polite and helpful staff. We did not eat breakfast but the breakfast times were very good. Prices were excellent. We payed 110£ for a room for 2 people. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only small negative things I found, were that you could hear voices in the next room so I guess the walls are pretty thin. Also, there was no toilet brush in the restroom. We would stay there again anytime!

Standard for a premier inn really. A few things to note is that half of the hotel is on the other side of the road to the reception area and there is a long walk to get to rooms on the other side via an enclosed walkway and two different sets of lifts. If you have mobility problems I would ensure you specify staying on the reception side of the hotel for ease of use. Otherwise the food is ok but could be better. Black pudding must be requested in the morning if you want it. For some reason it is not on display which I find unusual as this differs to every other premier inn I've stayed at. Bar area is small but well serviced. There is also a room you may use to store baggage in for the day of checkout if you need to.

Very handy of the subway. Picadilly, District and Circle Line. Spacious rooms.

Very good position the hotel, all of the highest quality, of the best beds I have tried in a hotel, a receptionist super nice and great attention to a customer.

It was a great surprise… quality very good price. We have been with children and have been very comfortable. Clean and spacious rooms… breakfast very good, the dinners are a plus… PQ are very rich… and after a non-stop day is grateful to be in the hotel.
We recommend it completely.

Very well located, a five minute walk from the Earl Court Metro stop. The bed is large and very comfortable and the breakfast spectacular. I do not give the five stars because the heating and air system was not very easy to control.

Get your eyes closed! Good value for money and well placed in London!

A good priced hotel close to the tube with above average food offering. Perfectly serviceable place to stay when budget is a factor. Like all premier inn's, the beds were very comfortable.

Good hotel near the Metro Earl S Court… so central! Great Breakfast with good children accommodation.

Not bad as Premier Inns go, but we were staying in the "old" half meaning we had to navigate the rabbit warren of corridors to get to and from our room. They could rethink the access a little in that respect. Our room also had a funky smell which we assumed was a damp carpet from it being cleaned after a spillage (or some other accident). Good service otherwise, as you come to expect from Premier Inn hotels.

Checked in via machine. First time I've seen this. Room was comfortable as were the beds. Breakfast was a bit of a fiasco. Place was heaving. No glasses for orange juice etc queue for the toast machine was so long it would have been lunchtime when I got it. Fried eggs were over done scrambled eggs were hardly cooked. Hash browns soggy and sausages anaemic. But the bacon was ok. Would stay again but never for breakfast!

Very good hotel, friendly personel, convenient fares if you book in advance, excellent breakfast and is very important that is nicely located in the middle of Kensington, very close to the tube station of Earl's Court, with connections to trains and most important places in London. Bad side, the beers are not good at the hotel, but there are very good pubs nearby.

Rooms are basic but comfortable. Staff are very polite. Restaurant/bar is clean and tidy.

Excellent location only five minutes walk from Earl's Court station. A bit noisy as the district line passes underneath though and walls seem a bit thin. Also the beds whilst comfy are ridiculously high, so good if you want to pretend to be the princess and the pea.

In a great central location, close to the Metro, recently renovated, clean, comfortable, an excellent international breakfast with dishes from sweet to savory and beverages of all kinds.

Location easy to find, check-in was quick and simple. Rooms are typical premier Inn so comfortable and efficient. Right next to the railway line but room was well insulated so didn't disturb me at all.

Really friendly staff and great, central location. Food was great and beer is a reasonable price too. If you're looking for a low cost London stay this is definitely worth considering.

The hotel was our base for our 5 day visit to London. As such, it was perfect for our needs. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was nothing flash but, it was more than adequate for what we needed. The bed was very comfy and, despite the occasional rumblings from the underground which runs below, we all managed to sleep well. It's location is perfect for a sight-seeing visit. A short walk to Earls Court tube station and various eateries and shops. The V & A Museum, The Science Museum, The Natural History Museum, The Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace are all only a short walk away. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

Outstanding with what we expected in London after reading reviews of the hotels. Certain taking a little bit of price, but it was worth it for the room, cleanliness and especially the staff.

Comfy room, service was amazing and helped me check in early so I could get ready for graduation which I am so grateful for. Super close to earls court tube station for easy travel. Restaurant had good food at a decent price. Very happy and would recommend :)

Really close to the tube station which was good. The room was clean and represented good value for money. Breakfast was good and offered a decent selection.

Amazing breakfast, it was even better than some five star hotels. The rooms were neat and tidy, which can even be said about the whole hotel. Staff were friendly, and good atmosphere.

Very decent hotel for a cheap price. Nice restaurant, good breakfast and a nice bar. Staff is very friendly. Tidy rooms, a bit cramped when a third bed is in the room. Not much outside noise and in a fancy neighbourhood. The underground is like 10 minutes on foot and there is a big supermarket just around the corner.

Close to the underground, clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfasts! Also has a bike rental station right outside the hotel.
