Very good facilities. Polite and friendly staff. Everything looks new. Recommended. Parking available by for £5 fee.

Nice comfy air-cooled modern rooms. Thyme restaurant but no bar, just fridges stocked with bottles. Soft drinks are expensive, l limited options on the beers but fairly standard prices. Staff are lovely and very welcoming. Chef knows how to cook a decent steak too!

Absolutely fantastic staff. Felt very welcome reception staff were amazing. Will go again all thanks to them.

Great rooms really comfy beds the food is better than other P. Inns I've stayed in. The disability access rooms are large with low beds and large ensuite wet rooms. The staff are excellent very professional.

Stayed at Hendon a few times whilst attending Middlesex University. Very reasonable room rates helpful staff and nice clean comfy atmosphere.

Pleasantly surprised, clean, quiet, comfortable with a great shower. I was impressed with the quality of the breakfast, very tasty and filling. I was impressed with the the dining area it felt very inviting. I would be happy to use premier inn again.

It's in a little run down area. But the hotel it's self is plesent. First day of breakfast wasn't as good as the second day breakfast. I suppose thats just on who cooked the breakfast that day. Staff are always willing to answer any questions you have or help you find your way round London.

The premier Inn is standard, you know what to expect! Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great, hot and fresh. The tyme restaurant is great, but can run out of various foods, especially baked Cheese cake! The rooms are air-conditioned, but the window's are sealed shut, no natural air circulation causes problems with sinuses or for allergy sufferers. We are cutting or stay by 24 hours due to the above mentioned issues.

It's a Premier Inn, you get what you get. Polite staff, clean room, comfy bed. A bit too far from tube/train to get into London. Twenty and Thirty minutes respectively. Convenient for M1, about 20 mins.

First time staying in Premier Inn and was presently surprised. Staff lovely and helpfull, food fab had something in the evening and it was top class and breakfast was plentyfull well laid out and something for every one Rooms clean and as advertised. Great value for what's offered Will see be booking again.

The place was neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would most certainly recommend it for anyone looking for decent accommodation at an affordable price.

Staying on the fifth floor as a regular Premier Inn customer I was not disappointed by what I found. It has had the TV upgrade with AV input panel which is good. However there is no bath, just a roomy shower cubical. The view is good, I'm up high enough to hear no traffic or night life. I would happily choose this one again.

Receptionist on duty was not particularly friendly. We were happy to wait while she dealt with another guest but we were directed to the self check in. Unfortunately, as it was our first time using it we encountered a small problem. She made us feel a little bit stupid. Not a great first impression. Room clean. Very comfortable bed. Luckily, a much more pleasant person on duty for check out. Would return :)

They don't mow their lawn and only one elevator works, the one that's slow as hell and where you need to be a cm infront of the door to open it when the elevator's been standing still for half a minute already, it's faster to take the damn stairs! The room's good though, nice big beds and good breakfast. 2/5 — mow your damn lawn, cunt.

I say it was a very comfortable stay I loved the fact it was near to so many things. Like Jd the train station Lidl Macdonalds.

Perfect location for everywhere I needed to go, freindly and helpful staff and clean rooms.

I stayed here for 3 night's last week for work purposes. The room was comfortable & very clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful especially Floyd. The food & service was very good. Unfortunately, it had been raining hard most of my journey there & when I arrived the car park wasn't obvious, so I wasn't in the best frame of mind when I arrived, but once I'd checked in I soon forgot all of that & really enjoyed my stay.

The place to stay. On the northern line taxi 6 pounds and easy relaxing and enjoying stay.

Comfortable bed, quiet, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Room was clean and comfortable, quiet environment and up to date fixtures and fittings. Breakfast was very good, everything you could want, unlimited amount and cooked well. Evening meal was not cooked the best and staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.

Good services for a 3 stars accommodation, suitable location if your business interest area is Hendon, secure access to upper floors and rooms, TV and Wi-Fi services. The windows are not opening, breathing air only through central air conditioning system. No refrigerator available in the room.

We stayed 2 nights with the kids. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Kids love the place we feel were at home. Lovely to stay in and very clean. Easy car park access and secured. Wifi is not too bad and free. Colindale underground station and Hendon station are the nearest access going to Central London. So you have choices. Complete Breakfast excellent! Lots of choices and Value for money! You will not be disappointed. 5* Recommended. We will definitely come back again when visiting London. Thank you.

Not bad, room was pretty clean as it goes. But paid extra for faster Wi-Fi which did not work.

Paying £5 for overnight parking it's to be very clearly marked and told to you at check in. I was very disappointed when it came to checking out. Otherwise the room was lovely and comfy. Very quite.

We are in the evening reach the hotel with two tired children that they in London the end of a busy day. From the US to the restaurant, Natalie and we greet the beginning she would do all it can to ensure we enjoy a relaxing dinner. The service is great. The food here is delicious, the whole night it was enjoyable.
