Very friendly staff room was lovely good value for the money.

Easy to get to and the staff are always friendly. Plenty of local eating places.

Evening staff whacked heating on her words as she was cold when she came on shift it was very uncomfortable far too hot eating dinner and then struggled to sleep probably worst night sleep I have ever had in a Premier inn
Churros (my favourite desert) very greasy and u edible after one as so greasy
Room up to great standard as usual but let down on bathroom skirting as needs a good coat of paint and cleaning around shower cubicle.

Good food and staff very nice.

The place is in a great location. Bus stop right outside the door, the bus takes you straight to London bridge. Train station is 5 minutes walk. The rooms are immaculate and smells like lavender. We had two rooms and had no complains. Staff was really helpful. We needed extra linens for the boys, they promptly brought it to the room. Printed maps for us. Gave us complementary tea while we waited for my husband. Packing is 5 minutes away and cost 9 dollars a day. It was really worth the stay.

Great location for our stay in London. Wonderful hotel and enthusiastic friendly staff. Clean rooms with the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced. Highly recommend! as the position is perfect everything you need just out the front door or close by. The over ground railway is just across the road and buses pass by regularly. Will be back.

Staff very friendly. That's the only positive I can give. Location is terrible as is trying to find a safe parking location. Hotel and rooms in dire need of working ac. Rooms grubby with stained carpets Shower looks outdated and dirty. Very small bathroom. Had to ask for towels as not enough were supplied still waiting for them. Likewise with tea and coffee. Rooms not cleaned very well and had to remake bed up ourselves as not made up properly Highly unlikely to stay again and would not recommend it to friends. There.

Hotel is conveniently close to dalston station, but location is the only positive. The manager was the single worst member of hotel staff I've encountered after having stayed in countless hotels in the UK, America, Carribean, Asia and Europe. He zero communication skills and when I raised an issue he was confrontational and dismissive. Why is someone who is incapable or unwilling of being hospitable working in hospitality? Absolutely terrible! The rooms however were clean, but far from quiet. On my stay there was extremely loud thumping coming from the room above as if they were throwing things around. When I told the "manager" he suggested that my pregnant girlfriend should have called down while it was happening, or come down to reception in a tone which suggested she had done something wrong while shrugging his shoulders. Being a heavy sleeper I slept through bulk of the noise waking when it had died down to find my girlfriend awake but trying not to wake me because she didn't want us to both have poor sleep. Obviously I stayed up with her and to be honest I don't even mind that, but the staff member we spoke to was so rude to me and my girlfriend that I had to let others know. I won't go into the full conversation, but needless to say, it really shouldn't be possible to experience hostility from a hotel manager when a pregnant woman politely tells him about someone else making noise. stay somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the staff are absolutely brilliant can't help you enough.

Loved this one. Great reception from staff on arrival. We'll placed near to Dalston Junction with some great bars nearby.

Good quality premier and always consistent. Kids love the. 'moon' hotel.

Stay, very pleasant, comfortable hotel, clean, close to two stops of the overground that well connect it to the center. Nearby very shops.
Very professional and courteous staff, a special praise to Cristina who has pampered us during the wonderful breakfasts, however all good even the guys at the reception, for other Italians.

I remember when £134 got you a damned good deal more than a night a 'Premier' Inn in Hackney. Unloved room with exposed screw heads in the bathroom along with a faint odour of damp. Marks on the wall and rubbish view. Premier Inn also offer no discount for loyalty and spending £800 or more a month with them I expected more.

Very familiar attention the very soft foods natural and delicious… I'm sure I'll repeat.

Classic premier inn and everything associated with it. Attentive and professional staff, big comfy beds, well appointed bathroom. If you need to stay in the area this is for you. Easy public transport links on the doorstep.

The room was clean and comfy but there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. It wasn't a bad smell, just weird. Maybe it was the detergents they use to clean there…

Nice Stay, the staff is good. There was one staff names Paris, I liked her behavior and customer care with honest inputs. Will love to visit again and get my friends and families too stay there :)

Location is ideal as it's on the major bus routes and 2 minute walk from the tube. Staff were friendly and really helpful and the rooms were basic but comfortable. The only complaint we had was the bathroom smelt of mould but we weren't there enough to bother us.

Good location, reasonable price and friendly staff.

Good hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast food is best at busy times as it doesn't get time to dry out on the hot plate/under the food lamps. Evening meal we had there was ok. Children portions are large so best to share one between 2 children.

Situated in Hackney (almost next door to Dalston Junction this is a very good hotel. Staff were friendly. My room had a couple of stains on the carpet and some minor damage (markings in the bathroom) but I would recommend starting here if you want a good and (relatively) cheap hotel.

A new Premier Inn which is in a really good location for getting around London by train or bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't try the food so cannot comment. Room very hot at night, but soon remedied by asking at the desk to switch the air con to cold air flow.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Friendly staff. The location was convenient to the tube station.

Easy to find. Easy transport links to get to the concert we were at. Breakfast was more expensive than sister company 'hub by Premier Inn' but was still good. Room was well sized and had everything we needed including HDMI port for the TV. Rooms didn't have a plug by the bed, and the air conditioning fan was quite loud when it did come on. Overall a good experience for the price especially in London.

A very modern hotel with comfortable and clean rooms.

Stayed here on a family trip. Rooms are clean, tidy and modem. Breakfast is good value — children were free. Staff were friendly and efficient. Creation of the London Overground to complement the Underground makes the hotel easily accessible. Only minus mark is a lack of parking.

Handy location (short walk to Dalston stations for trips to eg Stratford for Olympic park). Number 38 bus takes you straight to heart of London for sight-seeing. Usual comfortable bed.

As all Premier inns, hotel was clean and comfortable. Check inn process is now fantastic making it straight forward, quick and easy to obtain access to your booking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed if small, however if new, due to rearrangement of rooms they were damaged.

Well, it's Premier Inn, which is fine. You know what you're getting and everything is to an acceptable standard… Apart from the food… Oh my god… It was… Awful! For example… A sirloin steak cooked medium turned out to be full of gristle and had been cooked beyond well-done… In an oven… Yup, that's right, an oven! And a lamb burger turned out to be a lump of processed and reformed mutton like you might buy for 50p from Iceland, and it tasted bland and tasteless. Not quite the worst meal I've ever experienced, but not far off either. To their credit, once we complained (and believe me, this is not just a case of the traveler having unrealistic expectations, we're pretty down to earth people…) They knocked the bill down and were really helpful. They took the criticism positively and clearly wanted badly to put it right. To be fair, I felt sorry that they'd been given such dodgy fayre to sell. By all means stay here, it's convenient etc but if you want to eat in the evening, look for a local restaurant instead.

Overall what I'd expect for a Premier Inn room. Clean and with good quality furnishings. I slept well and had a very good breakfast in the morning before I left. Only two problems, I got a nasty bug bite on my ankle of the kind I usually associate with fleas, not jumping to conclusions because one bite is not even slightly definite. Second problem was that the bath leaked HORRIBLY. Not sure if it was from the water overflow or the plug, but I ended up with water over the bathroom floor from inside the bath enclosure. Warping of wood shows its a long term problem. Had to bail it into the bath using a floor mat towel as a sponge. So yeah, some problems, some good. 3 stars.

Brand new Premier Inn in with great staff and rooms. Great dining area for any type of meal. Very close to central London. Recommend.

Very helpful staff. They dealt with our queries and requests very well. Good location and very clean room.

Good service from staff. Morgan, especially went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The heating system was rather erratic, though Morgan did his best. The hot breakfast isn't — — the heating method is inadeaquate.

Lovely Premier Inn. It's a new one so it was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely too. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and we had an evening meal their twice which was lovely too. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

Stopped here a few times but this has to be the worst. One very grumpy chef in the restaurant on the Friday night and he completely messed up our food. The manager Luca really needs to learn some customer service as he avoided us and couldn't even apologise for the mess and left one of the waitresses to do it. Also why are housekeepers knocking on room doors at 9.15 when they should just wait for people to have checked out. This place was like unorganised chaos!

Stayed two nights. All well. Good staff. Hotel surprisingly quiet both inside and from outside noise. Excellent for public transport. Buses to and from everywhere in London stop just outside and Dalston Underground Station 100 yards up the road.

Great location, within 100 meters around there is Metro station Dalston Junction, very comfortable place, dear, tidy and clean, great restaurant, you sleep divinely! Super recommended! Even for those with small children! Any tears do not feel in adjacent rooms!

Great hotel. With a great location. Only thing the hotel lacked was car parking. There's a car park literally 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel however it was extortionate. £15 for 9 hours of parking. Hotel was great. Breakfast was good. But didn't have much choice however you can't expect a buffet breakfast from a budget hotel. Would definitely consider this hotel again.

Good value, very pleasant staff, relatively basic room but it contains everything you need for this price. Not a very touristy area but if you have to be here you couldn't find a better place to stay. Very close to stations too.

I have stayed here a number of times and as always with Premier Inn the standard is very high. Food was really nice and all the staff are helpful Thanks allot.

We stayed at London hackney hotel for 1 night. The hotel is in a good location, close to local transport links. There is a shopping centre nearby as well as local shops. The main problem for me was the lack of car park. I had to use the car park for the local shopping centre which cost me 15 pound for overnight. The hotel should have an agreement to validate. That has put me off staying there again.

Took 3 attempts to get a drink, I asked for the hot dog and received half of the meal, the waitress took the complaint to the chef and the chef asked to look at the menu, (huge issue there when your waiter doesn't know what's on the menu) was told stuff missing and cheese would take an hour to defrost as frozen, no real apology just a sorry about that and waitress walks off. If I want half a meal I will ask and only pay for half. Worst serving so far and won't be back here again.
