Unprofessional staff very poor service.

Very understanding and accommodating when it came to discussing the needs of my family, especially my disabled son. They went above and beyond to make sure we was Comfortable and had everything we needed. They had the room ready for us by 9am, left goodies and a treat for my son. Organised a room with extra space and in a quiet part of the hotel. Very thoughtful. Lovely breakfast. Would recommend!

Stayed here 3 night whilst touring London, food was excellent meal deal was well worth it.

Cannot believe you guys cant date amend a booking due to the Casual Dining show being canceled until July. It not by choice as i'm sure you have heard of Coronavirus! Not great customer service!

Friendly receptionist checked us in early. Clean lovely rooms. Food in restaurant was lovely… better than I expected. Overall fantastic value for money. Will use premier inn again.

Just left after a 4 night stay here and had to pop on a review as the whole stay was made so fantastic by the amazing staff. Each and every one were attentive, thoughtful and could not do enough to make our stay superb. The customer service was fabulous.

We are very regular here. We always booked this hotel once were out and about in London. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Spacious room good facilities. And most of all my son has Autism so he wanted to stay in the same hotel everytime we are here in London.

Typical Premier… you know exactly what you are getting, but the food here was disappointing on my last two visits. (Part of the reason for a low score) South side rooms on higher floors are noisy — very close to the DLR tracks, and trains start running very early.

Noisy. Dirty. Not a good sleep at all. Normally have good experience at every Premier inn I stay at. Didn't arrive till late 1st night. (Blood on carpet, shower head disgusting. ) Upstairs guest banging and stamping all night. 2nd night the same. Plus discovered hair dryer didn't work. After an exhausting day in London, didn't even have the energy to complain. Checked out as quick as possible. Other guests in our group had issuesas well I don't know if the noise issue is just the hotel not being as well soundproof or not. Just could great every footsteps above us.

Great hotel if you are visiting the o2. Cheap prices for London, a short walk to the Emirates cable cars which take you to the o2 entertainment park. Easy to find by car and rooms up to the usual Premier Inn standard.

Good location. Free parking after 17:30 a bonus. Room as expected. Old format but clean and well maintained. Has air conditioning and a window that can be opened. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant also good and welcoming.

Fantastic food, lots of choice on menu, good selection of drinks at the bar. Great nights sleep, friendly welcoming staff. Great value for money all round and ideal location for airport and excel.

Staff allowed us to book in early as we had popped in on the off chance we could leave our suitcases as attending a convention. The staff here were friendly & helpful and the rooms were of a good size and really clean. As always in the Premier Inn the beds were comfy and a good nights sleep was had. Really close for ExCel just a really short walk would recommend if you are going there or indeed a short taxi ride to London City Airport.

Stayed here for a night and was warmly welcomed by Olga at reception. We were early for check in but she did everything she could to get us a room straight away. The room was lovely and clean with fresh towels, tea and coffee waiting. This Premier Inn is a 4/5minute walk to the Prince Regent DLR which took us easily to the air line, straight to the O2. Later on in the evening we went down to the bar/restaurant where there were 3staff on hand to welcome us. The room was quiet and bed was extremely comfortable (we had the opposite side to the airport so can't speak for the other side sorry). In the morning we went down to breakfast and was welcomed by smiley staff — The only one downside to the breakfast was that the bacon was dry and VERY chewy. Other than than thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to see you again soon.

Stayed in loads of Premier Inns & this was one had one of the most comfortable beds ever. The staff in the restaurant are fantastic.

Really nice rooms, comfy bed and suprisingly quiet dispite the nearby airport. Staff are extremely nice and helpful, especially a guy called Ethan who goes the extra mile every time. 2nd time staying here for the nearby MCM and will definitely stay here again and again.

I hate the carpet in the room is not hygienic!

Nice, clean and tidy rooms. Good quality bed and comfy pillows. Overall a really nice short stay. Only down point was the rowdy people in the bar.

Decent food, good service and reasonable quality rooms. Only Downside was a room next to the noisy dlr line.

This is a business hotel very far from Central London, although it is well connected using tubes. Rooms are smaller than I have seen at other premier inn properties outside London. Tube station is just walk able from Hotel, there is parking available near hotel but I am not sure if it is free or paid parking.

Lovely food. Superb staff and even though you have an airport and train track outside, the rooms are pretty much silent! Also great value for money. Got 4 kids so needed 2 rooms!

Decent hotel. Standard premier Inn menu. Convenient for the Exel exhibition centre. Has parking at reasonable daily rate.

Fantastic place 5 mins from Prince regent tube. Staff superb especially Agnes who went above and beyond to help our family.

Slept well it's a standard premier inn not more to say. It took over an hour after my starter to get my main meal and then it was wrong… sure this isn't a common thing as loads got served fine while I sat there and watched…

Walking distance to exel centre. Parking cheaper than exel. Modern, big rooms, clean, big TVs. Decent menu. Attentive staff.

The room was clean, and staff were helpful as usual. A great breakfast with very fresh croissants was a nice bonus too. Parking is free between 17:30-09:30 which is very good too.

It’s a nice hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. There were variety of foods. We paid extra for our guest. It was busy and service was great.

Pretty good location if you need to stay in this end of London. Obviously this is perfect for the ExCel exhibition centre. Breakfast is a good mix of cereals and hot food, teas, coffee and fruit juices are also available. Parking is £12 from 9:30 till 18:30

Good usual Premier Inn, great size room and really comfy bed! Restaurant includes good choice for kids and adults. Staff friendly and resolved issues quickly.

Clean, warm and extremely hospitable. Amazingly genuine staff and one of the best breakfasts ever. Second time here, just as good as the first so we'll definitely be back. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Stayed 1 night. Friendly & helpful reception staff. Lovely comfy room. Breakfast — self service. All hot & plenty to choose from. Parking reasonable rates being in London. Great for transport, only few minutes to DLR.

There were no major problems, and everything was generally up to the standard expected. Breakfast was good, with the full English selection being kept in stock well. The only issue was that booking two rooms, we were unable to get them next to each other or even on the same floor.

Good friendly service, especially in the restaurant. Room was clean and well presented. Bathroom facilities in good condition. Linen etc clean. Overall a pleasant experience, would stay there again. Excellent location for the Excel.

Well located for ExCeL and The O2. The bed is super comfy and the air con decent. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bit of noise from the DLR. Nothing too bad though and not enough to disturb sleep. Pub right behind is well priced for drinks (even for London) — much cheaper than the bar in the hotel…

Experienced the usual high Premier Inn standards; excellent room, quiet and comfortable, even though the hotel is under the flightpath of flights leaving London City Airport. The Meal Deal is good value for money and the food is excellent, I had the most delicious black pudding starter then a chicken burger for main. I'll definitely be back if I visit the ExCel again!

Comfortable clean and well stocked room. Hotel is not in an ideal area when walking back late at night though. It's very dark and quiet. Unable to book for dinner as restaurant didn't open early enough for our plans. Helpful friendly staff.

First Class service. Friendly staff. Even had rain ponchos for the British summer. My boys aged 9 were entertained by Tommy in restaurant at breakfast time. Thanks and will be back.

I stay in Premier Inn all over the UK & the service here has been the best by far. I stayed here for 4 night with my wife & 4 year old son. I spent time at work in the City then undertook the London Triathlon, so work & pleasure. The staff were very accommodating with our needs for example, we arrived back late on Friday evening & the restaurant was busy so it would have been to late for my son so they sorted him out with his favourite food to take to the room so he could eat then settle for bed. The staff are amazing & thanks to all.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Close to the tube station and great access to the 02 arena. The cable cars are a must if staying at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpfull.

Sometimes cheap and cheerful is the way forwards and knowing what you are going to get from Premier Inn to Premier Inn sincerely helps. However the only reason I am not awarding the 5 stars is due to the cost. Occasionally I can get the local Hilton for the same price, which does offer a higher standard of room. But only just.

Lots of parking free when I arrived at 1pm and was even happy to check me in early as I arrived ahead of schedule. 5 min walk to the overground which gets you around london on a £12 travel card. Comfy and clean room, and a well equiped bar for a cheeky drink or snack. The restaurant was lovely too albeit I only had breakfast. Would stay again.

This Premier Inn was much cheaper than others that are not to far from this one. Was told about paying to park. Which is to be expected. But we got lucky and arrived just after being charged for the night. And we left before we would have been charged. So saved about £20-£30 on parking here. Over all, a very good Premier Inn. Will use this one again if in the area.

Rooms clean. I always sleep well in the beds. Staff very friendly but always under staffed. Price good. Location good for 02. Only down side was the toilet floor was soft and smelt a bit.

The staff were all really lovely. We were the only family so kinda felt out of place but everyone was really nice and extremely tolerant to my 4 yr old who is hyperactive. I found it noisy at night but my boys slept through. I found the continental breakfast a little poor compared to places like harvester but the cooked breakfast was lovely and both my kids ate free which was great value.

Booked a quadruple, paid not little while considering the high standards of London: Being in front of a double bed + a kind of sofa adapted to single bed makes me wonder how materially they could enter, even before we sleep, 4 People. Good location, two fathers by two Metro stops Zone 3, great continental breakfast and good cleanliness overall. If the rooms were larger they would deserve a higher rating.

We got here a sufficient family room for 4 persons at a reasonable price. Breakfast OK, restaurant also. Good connections about the DLR.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were eager to help. The location was perfect for the Excel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and plenty to choose from. Lacking a gym is the only reason I didn't give this five stars. Would definitely stay here again.

We just returned from a 4 night stay. From the second we walked in the staff were excellent. My husband is in an electric scooter and the staff were very helpful in making sure we were in a comfortable room with plenty of space. They always made sure we were seated well. The food was excellent and service was very good. We would definately return and recommend to our family and friends. Thanks again to all the staff.

The location of the hotel was very clean and the rooms were very good. Recommended!

As usual clean room. Large bed choice of pillows etc etc. But as usual no staff, like a faulty towers hotel. One man Cheeks you in. Then runs round to serve you a drink at the bar then appears to book your table in the restaurant. Sounds funny but this hotel has more rooms than faulty towers. You have to wait for every thing. Don't count on the use of an iron, service rooms on the floors are no longer available. Reception will assure you they will bring one. In between running the bar and restaurant as long as the last guest has returned it. Staff are friendly and apologise continually. In short if you are after a clean room for the night it will suit. But if you are after a hotel try smaller groups or Idependants.

Room was great! Although the temperature in the room was a bit of an issue (My girlfriend's coconut oil stayed in liquid form for most of the time spent there), Wi-Fi had odd connectivity issues in the late night but asides from that, the staff are incredibly friendly and genuine, and absolutely no other complaints of this hotel asides from that!

Our room was OK, however it was very warm and opening the window was just too loud as there were planes and trains and people shouting. The breakfast was OK, again not the best and no one every explained where things were. The restaurant was again ok, the food was alright, the puddings were great except one member of our party is allergic to malt and there was no mention of malteasers on the chocolate sundae.

That hotel was perfect for the ExCeL and had good access to the O2 via the Emarates Sky Ride. The rooms are a good size and the resturant /bar was very much to our liking. Well worth the money.

Stayed at the Premiere Inn next to the Excel London. Comfiest best in world. Amazing breakfast that actually lived up to the poster. Really friendly staff. Will stay again. Really short walk to the Excel. Excellent location.

Great place to stay, everyone is very polite. I had a problem with my room and I was in a new room within 5 minutes of my call to reception. Great service.

Hotel was clean etc as expected, breakfast and front of house staff all very friendly. Really good water pressure on the shower. However we arrived at the hotel late and hungry to be told the in house restaurant was fully booked. Having 2 small children this was not good. I mean, premier inn hotels out of town are hardly destination places to eat are they? There were certainly empty tables visible as we walked out to the car to find another place to eat.

Quality that you expect from Premier Inn. Clean rooms, polite service. Convenient for DLR and excel.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. Slight noise from the planes but this cannot be helped. Good service in the restaurant and dinner+breakfast meal deal is great value.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed, although the temperature was a little warm, even after the fan had been operating on cold overnight. The food was very nice, and the Meal Deal was excellent value.

I always book Premier Inn, I'm never let down by any aspect of the service. My stay at this hotel was no exception, staff at the desk were very friendly and accommodating, the proactive offers to book a table for dinner that evening were very helpful. The general area is quite nice, room had a good view. I have my next room booked already.

This is the second time at the hotel. Great location for london shows etc. 10 mins on DLR. Despite being next to a railway and adjacent a motorway. It is quiet. The service is great and the breakfast is an excellent buffet style. Recommended. I have stayed in many hotels and premier inn are the best chain so far.

Excellent location for London City Airport and the room rate was excellent value for money. £8 for a taxi is somewhat steep for the very short distance to the airport terminal but I suppose these guys have to earn a living. I preferred the Fox and Connaught bar down the road to the one inside the Premier Inn but I couldn't fault the room or location.

Loved this hotel, lovely and clean, breakfast excellent, staff friendly and value for your money. The only thing is it's a little to far from central London.

Stayed here with my family for 6 nights and could find very little fault. What a lovely staff — everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even as Premier Inn regulars we were still impressed. Very close to Prince Regent DLR station which made getting in and out of central London very easy and reasonably quick.

Never made a choice so apt! Good location, great overall structure, great cleanliness, excellent rooms and beds, varied breakfast and plenty. The icing on the cake? The staff, all very helpful and courteous! What more do you want?
