Really amazing location right behind the London Eye, just down from southbank, houses of Parliament and Waterloo Station. Very easy to get to. Friendly staff and normal Premier Inn room standards. Don't expect a room with a view though as the building does not face the river but internal courtyards. Breakfast is excellent and well needed for a day walking round town.

We were immediately greeted upon entering. Staff walked us through the check-in process and offered helpful information. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. This was just a start of our love of the Premier Inn hotels. We stayed at many other locations around the UK & enjoyed them. Great for families as kids eat free when adults purchase breakfast. The breakfast was amazing considering it was a traditional English Breakfast. It was a plus for me to not cook whilst on holiday.

Stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor. Big room, very clean, comfy bed, good sized bathroom. Had a great nights sleep. Position is fantastic. Buffet breakfast was good value as only had to pay for adults and kids ate free. Friendly helpful staff. They will keep left luggage until late into the evening after you checkout which is really handy.

Lovely place to stay. Very central but amazingly quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. So comfortable. Always first choice of myself and family.

But if you want to be like me immersed in the most popular London, take a hotel on the Notting Hill side.

Quiet Hotel. Booking adults with a child 10 years home coffee tea but nothing planned for it lacks fruit juice or chocolate and maybe a little cake accompanying to review.
If not good breakfast both French and English. Approved by the complete family. Pleasant.

The location in the centre of the city and right next to the London Eye a very reasonably priced hotel with 24h reception. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and appealing. The rooms are older, but this did not really bother us. There was nothing to do with the noise in the rooms. Small children stay for free.

Great location bye the London Eye off the Queen’s Walk! They hold your luggage before and after your stay, with free restrooms! Affordable, clean and friendly staff. Comfortable bed with with standard linens. Room has a desk and chair, there is tea and coffee for the morning with milk and sugar and hair dryer. My complaint is that for a 2 person room there were only 2 towels, one per person, (not one for hair) and the wash was a combined shampoo and body soap. You could tell this is where they were saving money. My husband didn’t complain, but apparently their hair care wasn’t up to snuff for me, but still 5 stars :)

Quality Hotel with exceptional location to do everything on foot between the bridge of Westminster and the Bridge of London. Very clean, quiet, golden staff and hearty continental breakfast! I recommend!

Great location, comfortable clean room. Would definitely stay again. Would not recommend the restaurant though. Breakfast items not so fresh. Kept too long in heating light and fruits in the fridge without being refreshed. Alot of nice restaurants around instead.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for anyone who wants to hit tourist or transport hot spots. Very friendly staff, breakfast buffet had a great selection, and got a completely undisturbed night sleep. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in London. Pic is the view from our room.

Excellent location for sightseeing and public transportation. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Staff was helpful. The only think I wish it had was a refrigerator in the room. Everything overall was great.

Location is very central to London and great transport links with Waterloo and local bus stops. Room was nice was in a wheelchair accessible room so rather large for a premier in room. Very comfy bed. Very small TV. Shower was very poor, too weak, small spay and not powerful. Breakfast was fantastic all very fresh and all the staff were helpful and very friendly. Would recommend and would return.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Functional and without luxuries. Take the power adapter you'll need. Attentive staff but only speak English. Stairs to the entrance not adapted. Good trip.

Such a useful, quality and affordable venue in the very heart of London. Easy stroll from Waterloo. Within easy reach of all central London sites. God's range of restaurants and coffee shops just opposite. Book early for excellent prices. Booking in a breeze. My hotel of choice in London.

Convenient location for food, courtesy and availability.

The location was great, close to the key attractions and Waterloo Station. But the hotel and room were below average. The hotel felt like a tired and worn hospital and the room was not very comfortable. While the bed was nice, the TV was tiny and the air conditioning hard to get between cold and hot. The amenities felt budget and lacked normal things like an ironing board and iron. The food that I ordered from the restaurant is best forgotten. I don't think I will be returning here.

Exceptional! Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are extremely helpful and do absolutely everything to try am accommodate you. I stayed with family for graduation and received a small bottle of bubbly and a hand written card which was an extremely nice touch. Excellent value for money, I stayed at the Edwardian last week and this was without a doubt significantly better and at a fraction of the cost. Would definitely book again. Keep up the good work!

The staff here in nice but the experience is consistently bad. Having stayed here a couple of years ago and had a theft from my room, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately my expectations were met with a fire alarm going off at 3:30 in the morning and the whole building being evacuated with all residents onto the streets. Well I finally made it back to sleep at about 6 o'clock I then had to be up half an hour later. With a full day of meetings ahead I was not a happy customer. No apologies were really made despite it being flagged as a fault with the neighbouring Hotel. When I challenged the staff to honour their goodnight guarantee I was simply advise they couldn't do anything there and then and I had to follow it up via emails to get a refund. Other hotels have offered this when I've had noise issues without any quibbles. Won't be going back again… Ever.

Impersonal and expensive Hotel. The area is very moved and if you want to eat well… do not go to London. You pay a lot for bad quality. Don't waste time, go eat fast food.
The hotel restaurant is normal but expensive.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. It was my husband's 60th birthday and staff had put balloons, a card and wine in the bedroom which was a lovely touch. We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location, right by the London Eye, Southbank and just across the bridge for Embankment tube. We will definitely stay again when we return to London.

Great location if you're visiting London for the first time. This hotel is great for families. The rooms are good size and ours had a great view of the London Eye. You are close to everything. Walking around seemed ok there. The weather was perfect for us and luckily it didn't rain while we were there. The staff are friendly and I had to get used to not seeing a big front desk for check in.

Clean, comfortable and efficient but quite anonymous. Very convenient to get around the city being in front of the London Eye, one minute from Westminster and a 5 minute walk from Trafalgar Square.

Hotel is very convenient for the location. Definitely different from the adjacent Marriott, this hotel is dedicated to young travelers and more budget-conscious travelers.
The rooms are clean and spacious, pretty basic but comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was excellent in variety.
The only downfall is the free internet connection: slow and virtually unusable.

Fantastic London Location. This place is great, comfortable, easy to access and convenient. The breakfast is delicious and the beds are perfect. The staff are a bit too eager to take your dishes at breakfast, it makes them hover and steal cutlery you are still using. Aside from that small irritating habit the place is perfect.

A repeat visit after a number of years! Not disappointed! Excellent service from very pleasant staff, excellent breakfast and v good value meal deal to include dinner!

1st time I have stayed in a Premier Inn and was impressed. Staff helpful and friendly. Had the best nights sleep for a while there, roof was comfortable and quiet. General decor was very good, better than expected for a so called no frills hotel.

Good, clean hotel as can be expected from Premier Inn. Friendly staff. Comfortable stay — a twin room had two double beds. Was too warm in the room, even in December and had to open the secondary glazing which allowed a bit of noise from outside to be heard. The Premier Inn just over the road has air-con, this doesn't, but a pleasant stay nonetheless.

A beautiful building in an an iconic setting next to the Thames and London Eye with a view of big Ben across The river 2 mins walk from the Waterloo station so easily accessible.

Perfect location for visiting the tourist sites in the heart of London. Twenty minutes walk from just about anywhere you would go in a short break.

The location is ideal and seems close to everything. The staff are very helpful and competent, the room is spotless and fits in all respects to what I expected.

Location was ideal as it was in the heart of central London and close to a training venue. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

The location is fantastic, right where you want to be and great for the Tube Station. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. We only had the breakfast, but what we had was lovely and plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The location was great. Right next to Waterloo Underground Station. We were able to get quickly to all the places we wanted to see. Located right underneath the London Eye. That was pretty neat. Check-in and Check-out was very quick as they do most of it online. Bed was super comfortable and just what we were looking for after spending the whole day sightseeing. Room was clean. There is no AC, and while we were there they were providing Fans/Lighter Sheets/Ice Water to the guests. We didn't find it hot in the room at all while we were there.

Perfect Location, the service is amazing, the staff couldn't do enough to please us. The value for money you get at this place is off the chart! brilliant stay for a London trip with our son.

Fantastic location. Big ben chiming within ear shot and The Eye visible from the window — just. Very quiet within the hotel. Staff exceptional — very available via phone or in the foyer or cleaning staff are in the corridors in the mornings. All very helpful. The room was well designed, clean and neat — the quality of the furnishings and fittings was very good. Room was light and pleasant, 2 large windows looking admitting lots of light but only looking onto an internal courtyard used for servicing — not beautiful. Highly recommended.

Good location though after paying for rooms I expect Wi-Fi to be included in the price. I was disappointing that there was no air conditioning and amazed to discover I need pay to use the room safe. On a plus side the staff were helpful.

A fantastic budget hotel with an unbeatable location — in the evenings we opened our window and could hear Big Ben's hourly chime drifting through the air! Comfortable, clean, quiet, and spacious (for London) rooms with a staff willing to help with anything and everything on a moment's notice. While the interior doesn't have a ton of character, it meets every requirement of an inexpensive home-base from which to see the city. With its proximity to the Underground and bus lines, there is no sight in the entire city that isn't within easy striking distance of this hotel. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Dealing with the client, close to major sites and good connections with metro and train. That's great.
