Brewers fayre I was at not premier inn. Its a good place for home cooked food a family meal type of place pretty good most of the time but now and again there can be a wait for food. There's not a bad dessert choice + buffet options available depending on the day and there's free parking a bar and play area for younger kids. Kids food menu and and 2 meals deals on selected dishes. Only down side is no cocktail options for drinks only beer and wine + hot drinks.

You get what you pay for but lovely.

A bit out of the way but the DLR station is right next to the hotel! Clean and quiet, in the midst of nature. The shopping mall in which to shop is right in front of you!

Go to the brewers fair restaurant situated there. Lovely food staff are friendly nice atmosphere. Waiting times for food can be a bit long sometimes but it can get busy at times.

Friendly staff good food meal deal's and evening buffet is good if your on a budget just make sure your there early or book as it sometimes get quite packed.

Great place for the money, attached pub serves good food at cheap enough prices. Staff all seem friendly and helpful. Good value for money but if you want to visit central London, it's not that close. (Train station next to it though). Been here about 10 times for work and never had any problems.

Warm friendly welcome, very clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious… cooked to perfection! Highly recommended.

We arrived at 2.30 and the main restaurant part was closed off for the breakfast area? Waiting for a drink and to order food as only one barperson. Food was lovely though and what staff were on was nice. It puts the staff under pressure, need extra staff.

We've just spent a great weekend at the Premier Inn at Beckton and really enjoyed the experience. The staff in the hotel and the restraunt are lovely and hard working people. The management should be proud of the staffs commitment and customer service. The free car parking makes coming, leaving and having a day out in London an easy experience. We are now regulars at Premier Inn at Beckton!

Very cosy place located a few meters from the metro station. Very clean room and everything in a professional way. Zero complaints about the service we have been offered. Totally recommended.

Excellent staff, they couldn’t do enough to help a credit to the company. We had someone noisy it was dealt with quickly with no problems Breakfast staff the same happy and helpful Will def be coming back and staying in this hotel. 5 Stars.

Modern, clean & quiet rooms. One main building plus two anexes (single females stay in the main building) Food by Brewers Fayre, good breakfast, main meals what you might expect from this group, but excellent service. Free parking and close to public transport.

Clean rooms with a comfy bed and good facilities as usual. Plenty of space in the car park. The brewers fayre that is linked is a very busy pub so best to avoid that if you want to do any work in the bar! Standard brewers fayre with food and drink options as usual. Hotel is right next to the Beckton DLR station. Literally a 1 minute walk.

A fantastic location for visiting the O2 and London stadium. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful… especially the Operations Manager. 5 stars!

Nicely placed hotel with great staff always clean an friendly was my second visit an they remembered me.

Medieval 90s decor, or may just need a good clean? Order something that can go in the microwave, otherwise it's an hour+ wait on food. Staff are hit and miss, depending on how much you drink while waiting for food. Assume the 5 star ratings are from people who got good and drunk while waiting? Condiments are closely guarded, be sure to order with your food.

The eatry that's attached to the hotel is a joke… Wouldn't take our food order 30mins before they closed and closed the bar early when we complained… Shower is poor and the single bed is hard as stone… Customer service at reception was great and the cleaning staff were lovely but wouldn't be my first choice when coming back to London.

Very run down hotel. Stained carpet in the room, 'ultimate' Wi-Fi sporadic at best, the room corridors smell of years old smoke. Stains in the bath, remains of a security chain on the room door. Have to cross the car park to go from the rooms to reception and the restaurant, awkward at the best of times, a nightmare in bad weather. Local info cards missing from the room, no cutlery on the breakfast table despite being very quiet. Would not advise staying here unless you have no other choice. Staff mostly give off an attitude of uncaring disinterest. For someone with anxiety issues, on their first solo hotel stay, not encouraging.

Usual premier Inn standards, but at the moment, Oct 2017 very noisy, due to building work. Not ideal if night working. The staff moved me to a quieter part of the complex, which is better.

Excellent customer service we could check in earlier than stated because the room was ready. Room was lovely and clean. Great location to get into the centre of London via the DLR. Would definitely stay here again.

Premier Inn is standard as you'd expect, clean tidy and friendly helpful staff. Whereas the attached brewers fair is of the lowest standards I have seen, poor upkeep, terrible service, the breakfast is hit and miss most of the time there is next to nothing on the hot counter. Avoid the juice and if your a big coffee drinker like me your screwed the coffee machine is either empty, broken or your coffee comes out cold! Disgusting quality of service. Avoid.

Poor in every way for the price paid. Hotel is run down. No water in room, no cup for cleaning teeth. Do not bother with the food. There were flies present in the main eating area. Cutlery was filthy. Had to find a clean cup and one that did not have a crack in it. On the fourth attempt I selected one, never bothered with the food due to the above. Staff friendly but hygiene does not seem to matter here.

Rooms are comfortable. Staff have been nothing but good. Friendly with a great sense of humour. Very welcoming.

Room were tidy as expected from Premier Inns, customer service excellent only thing that slightly lets it down is not having their own street entrance. Having to go through the pub to get street side can be daunting especially with young children. Thought to be clear this did not ruin our enjoyment of our stay.

Clean, quiet, central and excellent customer service. Recommended for anyone visiting the local area, 24 hour supermarket across the road and pub with playground on the same property. Nice if you have to leave vehicle to do business as parking is free. Bus terminus and train station literally next door. Local corner shop 5 minutes walking distance in case you stay on a Sunday when Asda is closed. Staff extremely polite and go above and beyond for the guests (like when I left my cards and keys behind)

Always professional whichever premier inn you use but this one has aircon already on. An extra sheet in case you're too hot. As well as the usual excellent service and decent restaurant with beer garden and small play area. Another pleasant stay and happy customer.

The room was pleasant, and they provided a sheet (in a twin room) to use instead of a duvet because of the heat. The restaurant service was abysmal however, with countless issues with the meal service, rude servers, and errors with the measure provided and the billing. Staying another night, but eating elsewhere to avoid the rigmarole.

Friendly Hotel people weren't close to the DLR stop very convenient to get to central London.

Clean and comfortable hotel, helpful staff, great and plentiful breakfast.

Family friendly staff, comfortable beds, large TV, free but slow Wi-Fi, good English breakfast (not included) at the restaurant that is worth visiting for dinner too. DLR train station is near the hotel (25 min to the Tower of London) and there is a large supermarket across the street. Playground for kids. Don't worry about the airport. You can't hear it. The only issue in the hotel is the air conditioning. It's too weak and doesn't cool down the room! Don't go there in summer.

Great Premier Inn, but is in need of a little TLC, looking a little tied. Very helpful staff and close to the DLR.

Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Room was clean and a lot bigger than I expected. I had a good nights sleep (always do when staying in premier inns). Breakfast was good, only fault with it was the fried eggs, slightly over cooked but was still edible. The location was quiet considering it was within walking distance of London City Airport. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in that location in the future.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable room, and not a bad price for a hotel so close to London. Not overly impressed at paying £9 for a breakfast that is so often included as standard with similarly priced rooms elsewhere, but at least you know what to expect with Premier Inn wherever you are!

Very clean. Staff is helpful. Reasonably priced. Really nice rooms. DLR Beckton just few steps.

Great location for Excel and great hotel. Only issue was they weren't prepared for so many people wanting breakfast at the same time due to the event and they struggled to keep up. However, did not detract from the experience and recommend this Premier Inn.

I am here now. We work all over the UK and live in Premier inns. This one is much the same as all the others. We have had the buffet from the pub next door which was £6.99. Fantastic value for this part of the world where down the road they would charge you that for a brew.

Excellent value, clean and reasonably priced. Handy for DLR next door. Watch the steps out from restaurant. A number of people have fallen here.

Bathrooms are horrible but it's at 2 minutes from DLR and there is also ASDA in this area. I don't like also the reception, rude and not ok Italian tourist with family.

Easy access to Excel conference center an exhibition hall. 2 minutes from DLR station. Easy access to London with DLR/Tube. Easy access to London City airport with bus or DLR. Nice breakfast at a reasonable price. I would eat my dinner somewhere else.

Good position for the Underground, great rooms and bar and restaurant, easy parking, staff really helpful and friendly.

I know this is a bit out of date but I stayed at this Premier Inn 18 months ago while I was attending an event at the ExCel London. I was quite impressed by the standard kept by the staff with what I know about how PI work there staff (Cleaning and Re-occupying of rooms and 'Front of House Staff). The staff were very helpful and more than willing to have a conversation with you. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to visit this part of London.

Perfect for a visit to London, if you travel by car (free parking). Terminal of the DLR (kind of automatic and own RER) next to the hotel; 40 min and you are @ Tower of London.

Nice place, good position at 30 mt from Dlr. This is the 7 th Times in this hotel.
