Beautiful place to stay and the bed was so comfortable. Sally was an amazing host, so friendly and welcoming. Her homemade mince pie was delightful and she even went out of her way to make me a takeaway breakfast and a sandwich for the journey home. We will definitely be back, and will be bringing our son next time! Thank you again and see you soon x.
Perfect location for our needs in Tooting & Balham. Wonderfully comfortable rooms and excellent personal breakfast. Our new go to location for staying when we visit family in this area.

I stayed in the Loft room. Wonderfully comfortable, clean, airy, quiet and well equipped. The private bathroom is modern with a wonderful shower and double doors that open to a rooftop view.
Host Sally and son Chris were welcoming, helpful with local recommendations and made me feel right at home. Breakfast I have to say was a culinary delight with a creative and delicious offering every morning. If you like coffee then you're in for a real treat!
Restaurants, shops, pubs are all in easy walking distance from Parklands. I really enjoyed walking through the parks and commons that are just a stone's throw away. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.
