I like the hotel. It is a modern style hotel. The receptionist and so friendly. I lile the smell and the decoration of the lobby. They have a very nice atmosphere in the swimming pool area and clean one! We paid for the breakfast but I don't recommend it as it has less variety and not that much yummy! We also asked for room service but was really awful! The stupid thing was when we asked for a late check out they asked us to call again at 7 AM! The location was excellent near the London bridge and London eye and opposite to the underground station.

The rooms are fantastic (for a hotel in London), definitely much bigger than what I have been used to at many other comparable hotels in London. The SPA is great. I absolutely loved their hospitality and customer service. E. G. I have a situation where I can't sleep without the sound of a Fan and I forgot to pack my travel fan. Called the front desk and they immediately arranged for one. Definitely going to be my go to hotel every time I travel to London. My only complaint to management would be — please put Shower curtains, I know from a design element it looks nice without it, but not very convenient.

3 night stay was wonderful. Location is great. People are helpful. Little confusion for Uber with another Park Plaza being around the corner. Rooms are good size. Bathrooms are nice.

A really good Hotel. Very comfy beds, modern rooms, large bathrooms and great breakfast + helpful staff. Hard to see anything that is missing. Must make sure I have time to visit the Spa the next time I'm there.

Poor variety of services offered for the price payed. Standard English breakfast in the morning, some baguettes and cereals offered too. Lots of tea, coffee and juice options. Overall hotel seems pretty high-tech and stylish.

I have attended a professional meeting at the hotel. Although the staff at the reception didn't immediately knew we were attending, they promptly found out and guided us to the designated room. A simple but nice breakfast was available in a small lounge. Coffee machines were freely available throughout the day. Bathrooms were really nice and clean. Our meeting room was clean and ready. We were provided a notepad, a pencil and some mints which were a nice touch. Overall really good experience.

Seriously good for the money. Nice big modern and well equipped rooms. Great food. Nice leisure club with an unusually large swimming pool for central London. Friendly and efficient staff. A stones throw from the nearest tube station.

A really quality hotel experience all around. The room prices were competitive and for what I got I was really pleased. The location of the hotel is a 10min walk to Big Ben, the Eye and Westminster Abbey. We easily walked passed Buckingham and a few other locations within 30min. The accommodations were great. The room is updated and modern. No view from the lower floors. There is a restaurant I didn't get to try but the Illy Cafe is great to grab a quick snack and coffee to start your day. The staff were really helpful and quick. Would stay again.

A cozy place. The employees are good professionals, although I have not found any that speak Spanish.
The location of the hotel is good although there are rooms that overlook a few train tracks.
Inside the Hotel there is a restaurant where you can eat or dine well at a reasonable price.
It has good additional amenities such as SPA, swimming pool…

Good location. But there are no slippers, no toothpaste, albeit 4 stars. For breakfast in 08:00 the turn is big.

Lovely hotel. Warm welcome at reception. Room lovely. Breakfast could be improved. There are omelettes and poached eggs at on offer but I ordered a poached egg one morning which never arrived. The usual breakfast fare was there anyway so it was fine.

Centre. A modern hotel for those who are not ready to give up comfort. Breakfast is good and varied but day by day unchanged.

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of the London Eye & House's of Parliament. Modern hotel with contemporary design interior and very pleasant rooms. Loved the touch pad controls for the lights, blinds & air con… although could have been placed higher as my 16month year old daughter loved playing with them to! Excellent buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Dinner menu was a little expensive (but there is a good Chinese restaurant opposite! ). Would definitely stay again.

It was a good 4 Stere hotel.
The shower a little too unclean and with too little pressure.
Otherwise satisfied with everything, very nice interior design.

Spectacular. I found very few hotels at these levels. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, perfect rooms in every detail. Recommended.

Very good location, in walking distance to many attractions including Big Ben, London Eye, and others. There are also a subway station and bus stops right in front of the hotel. Also multiple supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Room had nice facilities with a great view. I enjoyed looking at trains entering and exiting Waterloo station. Recommended for travelers looking for a decent hotel at a reasonable price.

The Hotel was very clean and clean. The indoor pool is right but of cold water. Staff very good. In the rooms that look towards the Tàmesis you will hear the noise of the train. Very good location for stroll.

We stayed in a Studio King room for 3 people and once the sofa bed was set up, there was hardly any room for us to open our suitcases. It would be much more comfortable if there were only 2 people staying in the room. The decor is modern and the bed was comfortable. The only negative comment we have is that the reception advised that the room’s sofa bed had been set up already when it hadn’t and the amenities (towels and slippers etc. ) were set up for 2 people rather than 3. However, this was quickly fixed with a call to guest services. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, good location, good connection to underground and bus. Little things could be improved. E. G. Shower, has a low water pressure.

Splendid and modern hotel, breakfast at the top, helpful staff and super well placed! At which point, we will definitely return! and the instant Pool Spa… Grrr… After a few kilometers on foot, a pure happiness!

A nice newly renovated hotel. Steps from Lambeth North station. Views from upper floors are great and you can catch the sunrise from the floor to ceiling windows in your room. The first night we arrived, the room we were assigned had a horrible smell. The hotel desk apologized and moved us to a much nicer room, which was much appreciated as we were only there for two nights.

Quite a nice hotel, but pool area was disappointing and cold. They really could have done with a hot tub to offer somewhere warmer to relax. The food service was very average. The rooms were modern looking with some nice tech to set the mood lights, open the curtains, switch on the TV etc. Speaking of the TV though, the hotel system was down so when you switch it on it just had an error. You can switch it to Sky which offers an impressive channel selection for a hotel, but it wasn't intuitive to find so most people will probably struggle if they don't fix the initial screen.

Good rooms with blackout blinds. Weird showers that are open design and get water everywhere in the washroom. Great breakfast buffet. Good location. Would stay again.

Very modern and pleasant hotel with its swimming pool, sauna and spa. The staff is a rider and is interested in the customers. Access to the subway and bus is easy. To be recomanded.

I really loved this place. Super close to public transportation. Great modern rooms that are super clean and spacious. A staff that is incredibly attentive and professional. Plus they are amazing for kids (they provide a little snack pack and a small gift for each of them! ).

We had the Executive Suite. The room is pretty big and is very up-to-date with technology. The bathroom is nice, however lacked a bit of thought into the design as there is no glass or barrier to prevent water from splashing out to the toilet or the rest of the bathroom floor. If we had kids, it would have been easy to flood the floor. Staff at check in are nice and the view from our room is nice.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Unfortunately I asked for an early checkin and they couldn't accommodate. Also light under bathroom sink doesn't turn off and is somewhat annoying at night. Overall happy with the experience. Great location.

This is a good hotel. They make good efforts at customer service and they succeed. The rooms are clean, very modern, and comfortable. The ambiance is stylish, perhaps too stylish for me, but that's hardly a drawback. The restaurant staff is solid and on point. The bar staff is a bit overwhelmed even on slow nights, which is odd. Like many London hotels, it has a bit of a humidity and mold situation, but it is not a problem unless you are very sensitive to it. Good location, right next to Lambeth tube station (closer to that than Waterloo, despite the name).

The hotel itself is nice. It seems newly built and all. The staff or management is a bit below expectations. I asked for water, they promised to deliver, but never did. I asked for help to unfold the sofa bed, they promised to send someone, bit never did. Breakfast was not worth it.

Top notch service (Pieter at the front desk was excellent), very high quality breakfast (including for Americans), quiet room, and a sophisticated and pristine hotel. Only negatives (which are truly minimal) : bed could be a little softer and we are used to a slightly colder room. 3-4 min walk to the tube as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very practical location. Incredibly well kept all round. What you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Very comfortable room and our favourite brand of toiletries (Elemis). Smart controls for room climate, lights and shutter. Smart TV with lots of functions. Would definitely return.

Beautiful, modern hotel in walking distance to Westminster Bridge, the London Eye, South bank restaurants, and all major historical landmarks. Tube station next to hotel for greater ease. Staff not so warm and fuzzy but can't say anything terrible. All in all a stellar hotel, fairly spacious rooms, many nice ammenties. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel, although perhaps more of a modern decor than our tastes, was very nice. Everything was very clean and new. The buffet breakfast was also very nice, and we appreciated how each day they offered different food. The location was also very convenient for a lot of London sights. Additionally, service was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, kind staff and close to transportation. The hotel itself is ultra modern with control pads in the rooms for lighting a/c and window shade control. A true luxury, these were some of the most comfortable beds in the UK. The bar staff was relaxed and very personable, the hotel staff were so kind. They found out that we were on our honeymoon and they treated us like royalty making sure that it would be special. The London Underground is mere steps away, so essentially you have London at your doorstep.

Great modern hotel in the heart of London. Within walking distance of Westminster and the Imperial War Museum and next to two tube stations and plenty of bus stops. There are direct buses to sights like the British Museum just around the corner. The rooms are modern and clean with a nice bathroom. Swimming pool, sauna and gym facilities are great! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Despite being next to the rail tracks, we didn't hear any noise (room on 8th floor)

Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable! The staff was friendly especially after a long flight delay and IT issues with BA.

Great hotel. Friendly service. Good English speaking staff manning the concierge and counter. Check in and check out process was seamless. Breakfast food is typical continental breakfast nut no honey and waffle. The room was sooo comfortable but a lil bit small.

Mostly ok… room wasn't ready when they said it would be. They found us another one, but it still wasn't ready when we entered and had to find housekeeping to make the bed. The lobby had an overpowering scent that made me cough and I found it difficult to breathe. I found it to be quite awful. I assume it was some perfume or scent they put in the air to make it smell good, but it had the opposite effect for me. Staff was very quick to put an end to the party going on in the room next to mine. They were playing heavy metal music VERY loudly and it was very disruptive. I just made a call to the guest services and the music stopped within minutes and never started again.

Could use better management. It's a new hotel, and to try and make a good go, they're offering reasonable rates. Sadly, this draws customers that are not a good fit for the stature of this establishment. Management needs better training in dealing with drunkards, the classless, and incorrigible children. Otherwise, it's an outstanding hotel with immense potential. Base level employees are very attentive and positive to deal with.

Stayed here on Tuesday as I went to see the lion king. I booked here as it was relatively close and the pictures online looked good. In reality the hotel is just ok, my room was quite small and dark due to it being on the inside of the facing the inner block terrible view considering we paid £180 for the night. To make thinks worse the room flooded when I was in the shower on the positive side the bed was very comfortable and the TVs had all the sky channels. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to stay. Room was clean and tidy. Modern design and new facilities were absolutely spot on. Although overall nice personnel, the reception staff was rude and impolite. It almost spoiled my whole stay. Fortunately, when checking out, nice receptionist made so good impression, that I'm looking forward to visit Plaza Hotel again.

Went for Sunday lunch on Mother's day. Fantastic friendly service who helped to accommodate a 1 year old with a high chair. Food was amazing and can recommend the lamb roast dinner.

Outstanding hotel at a great price. Great staff and a wonderful pool. From walking distance to many important London landmarks.

The hotel was inaugurated in December 2016. It is very good and 10 minutes of the Big Ben.
