Spent £200 to get locked out of our room and spent the entire night on the floor of the corridor ringing the duty manager who wouldn't answer their phone — assuming because he didn't want to do his job! no toilet in the building, nowhere to sleep. Then when he finally showed up at 11am and spent 45 minutes opening our door told us it was our fault neither of the 2 key cards worked on our door and no apology whatsoever! absolutely disgraceful imagine if there had of been a fire in the building or a stabbing! I WANT A REFUND! Horrendous service and our rooms weren't even ready 3 hours after check in when we arrived.

I have been ringing this apartment for the past 4 days after a disgraceful stay this weekend in which resulted is me and my friends spending half the night sleeping in the corridors locked out of our rooms. 1st of all we arrive 5pm when checking clearly states 2pm where beds were still not made. I have pictures of this! 2nd of all we made a booking for 2 2 bedroom apartments which were allocated opposite ends of the building. On first impressions of the above standards we asked to speak to the manager and was told they are not available. When asked for a phone number we was told they are on holiday. Once settled in our room one of my friends took a shower in which it appeared the cold tap was a broken fixture so scholded herself in just hot water. I also have a picture of this. Anyway we were given 2 room keys per room baring in mind there were 3 to a room and after a meal next door at a resturant when we returned none of the keys would open the door. There was a out of hours number on the shutter at reception that just rang out. We spent 3am-6am sat in the corridors freezing u till the rest of the group returned me went over to their room
The hotel receptionist was back at 11am and I at once demanded a refund for the room I didnt stay in and after several attempts of reswiping our card and using another he himself struggled to get in the door and ironically contacted the "manager" who was on holiday to locate a master key.

Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation from the management, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and the accommodation cost will not be refunded.

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Reception closes at 22:00. Late check-in must be requested in advance and will incur an additional fee of £ 30.
