It’s not 4 stars, if it is, we didn’t see how. The receptionist at check in was unfriendly, didn’t chat despite there being no one else there, no mention of breakfast. The room was ok. It cost £550 for 3 nights and had a comfortable bed and a fridge which was handy. The bath plug was and still is a complete mystery. There’s a musty smell throughout the hotel too.

I highly recommend the Park international. Beautiful hotel close to the tube. Short tube ride to all attractions! Amazing friendly staff, extremely helpful concierge. Great bar staff. Great food and exquisite tea time. Eco friendly hotel as well. Look forward to returning to London and staying at The Park Intl again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The food and services are really great, and the hotel is very close to the Tube (Underground). Thank you and we hope to stay here again soon!

My husband & I had a fantastic one night's stay here. The location is great & in a nice area of London. The staff were very welcoming & helpful upon our arrival. The room was lovely & very clean! The following morning my Husband enquired at reception about possibly checking out later, the staff were very helpful & did all they could to let us check out as late as possible without cost. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we stay in London!

A great location to many things. Walking distance to a tube station (just down the street), many restaurants, grocery stores and even walking distance to the natural history museum. You can also walk to Harrods and Hyde park if you like to walk and are able to walk a bit of a distance. We usually walked there but caught the tube back to the hotel. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was ok. I would recommend Garfunkel's down the street. Our room didn't have a bath tub, which was a bit disappointing. The Hotel also doesn't have a pool or hot tub. I'd stay here again, but for family trips, I wouldn't as my kids like to go swimming. We stayed for 10 nights and didn't have any problems.

First time in london. The hotel was excellent in many ways. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are average side. The bar is comfortable and friendly serve was excellent. The room attendant that took care of my room was very friendly and great service. The gym needs to be updated and cleaned more. The location of this hotel is super great everything is walking distance especially the tube.

Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Nice breakfast buffet. Took an hour to get room service to answer the phone. Staff was courteous but don't expect them to go out of their way.

I arrived on July 18 for a week with my 16-year-old grandson, booked a room for two I was given the No. 58, at the end of a corridor that smelled of damp and dust. Room 3metrix3, with a bed 180x160 with a small closet and a coffee table with a chair. The bathroom had a decent shower, but a sink 40cm wide and 20cm deep.
REGRET BUT answered the reception and did nothing else.
Decent breakfast, not very varied, but plentiful. I stayed because of the proximity to the metro that allowed me to turn where I wanted with comfort. But I don't like that on the Hotel's website there are all those photos of large and beautiful rooms and I was given the No. 58.

We really enjoyed our time at the Park International Hotel! We had a triple room with three people, and of course it was a little on the smaller side be that is the expectation we had. Rooms are smaller in the UK and Europe, especially in larger cities with less space! But the room size was completely adequate for us. The location is IDEAL, could not be better. So close to the Gloucester Rd tube station, with Picadilly and District/Circle lines. We could get anywhere we wanted in record time. Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic, so many choices and delicious food. Great service. Loved it!

My daughter and I stayed here in April and had a wonderful time. On arrival we were greated by the very nice reception staff. We had a beautiful heritage room. Nothing was to much trouble, there was a lovely comfortable feeling in this hotel. We had dinner in the bar which was fabulous too. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Disgraceful welcome and service… Mini bar empty and no way to get a bottle of water at the reception. Staff not friendly and I remain polite. Bathroom with mold problem. Tiny room far from being proportional to price!

My rescuer hotel after a horrible experience elsewy. Was able to check into an available room at 2 am having left my last hotel for cleanliness issues. The front desk staff was kind and understanding of my prior bad experience and offered me a late check-out at 12 since it was so late and I hadn't slept since landing earlier that day. This hotel, while somewhat older, was much better and the linens were clean. Carpet was a bit stained and could use a better vacuuming, but still clean. Typical smaller room as normal for London. However, the not so great service: at 2 am I was offered a second night at a specific rate… I was so tired I asked if I could make the decision after some rest and was told yes. When I woke up, I was told everything was full and they'd given the room out because the reservation line didn't know. Disappointing and, as it was my 2nd day in London, I was really let down at the entire hotel experience this far. Both people I spoke to on the phone we're rude, abrupt, and seemingly do not care about people staying in their hotel. I was at least able to have an extension on my checkout to 1 pm seeing as I was now without options and was able to find another hotel for the night.

Great reception staff and cleaners. Less great dining room staff, though the food was fine. Rooms were clean but shower was lukewarm and had a leak from the light fitting! The replacement room had a loose shower head holder. Overall the hotel's offerings were a little disjointed. But they're getting there.

We stayed 3 nights — the room was perfect size for two adults and a 1 year old. The air conditioning unit worked great, it has a TV, desk, phone, night stands, hair dryer, enclosed shower and an amour! Breakfast was great hot food, breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal! My only negative was that we had black mold around our front windows that over looked the street behind our curtains when you pulled them back! Yuck!

Good hotel in a great location (underground about a 5 minute walk away). Very nice staff. The rooms are well furnished. The breakfast is plentiful and it has something for everyone. Only the thick carpets should be replaced once.

Very nice Hotel located in central London, large and clean rooms. With ease it allows you to reach the Metro that leads to the crucial points of the city. Efficient staff, as well as the baggage custody service. Recommended!

Great hotel for the price. Prime location near mass transit and very clean and cozy. Hotel desk staff are attentive and the amenities are of a good quality. Only complaint would be that the hotel bar staff are not the most motivated… but that is a tiny thing. Overall a solid choice for staying in London!

I was there only one day I booked with "secret escapes" and maybe that's why we had a very small room with a horrendous view.

A lovely place in a great area.

We stayed in room 515. The breakfast was great for the price (we bought it ahead of time) and the staff was amazing. The reason for the lower rating is the overall look of the room and bathroom. The bathroom had mold around the bottom of the shower and the ceilings were cracked all around. It can definitely use an uplift. The gym is very outdated and can use a second treadmill + taller ceilings. These were my main down sides. Otherwise great location and a decent stay experience.

Great location for public transport, tidy and clean, friendly staff. Rooms were smaller than I thought were advised and even though we were there half an hour later than our check-in time we were told to come back in a couple of hours when the room was ready which put a bit of a dampener on it (travelled from NZ). Overall I was happy with what we got but I also wasn't overly impressed.

Nice hotel and pleasant staff. Quite a basic room for the price paid. Heated bathroom floor would have been nice for the winter. More toiletries would also have been nice.

Typical London hotel. Small spaces, but great courtesy. Good breakfast and free Wi-Fi. There are no Italian channels on TV.

Stayed here for about 5 days in December. The tube is about a 5 minute walk away and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. We asked for a room in the back when we checked in and got one, so there was no street traffic noise. However the walls in the room were very thin and we could hear everyone who walked by in the hallway. Over all though we were happy with our stay.

Good accommodation for the central location and convenient for Gloucester Road Metro. Clean rooms.

The staff were very friendly and very friendly. The room has a good view and the Nuy bed is comfortable. Very good breakfast.

We booked a 5 night stay 3 months in advance for August 2017 and was given a smaller than average room. We could barely put our luggage in the room. We only found out about this as we came back a week later for an overnight stay before flying out and the room was much bigger (about 50% bigger). I would have thought as we stayed longer than average guests we would have been given a more convenient room. Perhaps they were more interested in satisfying new guests than maintaining loyal returning guests. Having said that the front desk and the concierge men were so helpful in giving directions & helping to book tours etc. Note: We took a taxi from Gatwick to the hotel and cost around AUD 200 for a mini van taxi.

I love the breakfast. It is buffet. Definitely include that with your stay if you can. Internet is good here. Location is also quite good. There are grocery shops and restaurants around as well.

It's a little dark in the room! Not enough lighting! there are rooms just unreal small, with a small crib. The average statistical person cannot be accommodated there. But if there is an opportunity, the staff will willingly change and find a more comfortable option. All in all clean, delicious breakfast, helpful and hospitable staff!

My sister and I just stayed for 2 nights out of a 10 day visit to the UK. This hotel was my least favourite. We had booked a standard twin room through Expedia. We dropped our bags early in the morning for keeping as we were going on an early morning train to Cardiff. When we arrived back at the hotel, our bags were brought out to us to carry up ourselves to our room. I would have expected them to be placed there prior to our arrival. There was no bottled water, hair conditioner or biscuits in our room, all pretty standard amenities in other hotels. The breakfast was okay, I expected something a little more special. Our shower drained very slowly, the towel rack popped off the wall when I tried to rehang my towel. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet and close to the tube station.

The place of the hotel is brilliant. Kensington is beautiful. 2min walk to the underground. 15min walk to Hyde Park, which is a lovely park. Room was a bit small but okay. Good beds. Staff was very friendly and followed up quickly on some requests we did. Main problem was our bathroom which smelled not really nice and the ceiling had some black mold on it. Personnel followed up the next morning and the smell was completely gone after their treatment. The mold is removed after our staying. The hotel was overbooked, so they couldn’t move us and the housekeeper told us that the paintsmell would be really bad, so they couldn’t fix the mold right away. Would definitely come here again, despite this tiny discomfort.

It was my second time at the hotel. First time everything was fine, bit this time room was much smaller, I was looking for something to eat at 10.30 pm and was told there is nothing (discovering afterwards, too late, that it wasn't true), cappuccino was not available and espresso was not at all an espresso.

This is an exquisite hotel! For your romantic getaway or honeymoon (like ours! ) then there is no better choice than the Heritage Junior Suite — and you'd be surprised at the.

Traveling all the way from Australia we were fortunate enough to stay in this fabulous hotel. The room was excellent, the service and hospitality was great. Also, loved the location, we were able to walk and the tube was close by. Would have liked to have had internet in our room otherwise we highly recommend this hotel.

Part of the staff of this hotel do not know to deal with the public and that is unacceptable. At the end of last week, from 30 June to 2 July, I stayed at this hotel having booked a room with two beds and me so confirmarion themselves by e-mail. Upon arriving at the hotel the receptionist of the night shift we were assigned room 15 with the addition of being in the basement had a double bed instead of two beds. When you go to claim it indicates to us that that room is much better than one with two beds, and that all of the customers to which they were assigned were very happy with it. We insist that for very good outside the room (something that was not so because they heard lot of noise from some machines) we wanted a room with two beds which was what we had booked and with bad manners told us that that night could not give us another room but the next day they could give us another. The normal thing would have been to give us an explanation from the moment we arrived and asking us to apologize for giving us a room that did not correspond with our booking, if this would have been my opinion on this hotel would be another.

Wonderful stay at the hotel, we were upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. The room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and the service was impeccable.

I have stayed in a single room. My most important tip in advance: Bring a big suitcase because the room is really tiny. Otherwise, the whole purpose is. So, you can stay there with no trouble. The bed is nice and soft and comfortable (only a bit small. Please Hotel avoid if you are slightly heavier or longer). The bathroom has a great rain shower. Even the water pressure has been fitted, which can sometimes be in London Hotels a Problem. Also good: there is a small fridge that one can use.

Nice enough hotel for the price, rooms maybe a little small and I had an issue on the final day where I couldn't get any hot water from the shower (possibly my fault, and I was in a hurry). Breakfast was ok, not a huge selection if you didn't fancy an English breakfast, but enough so I didn't go hungry. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Hotel in very good location, 100m from metro station Piccadilly. Quiet area in the evening. Staff friendly and not pushy. Rooms frandezza right x a few days citta6, clean overall. Comfortable beds, TV channels a bit short. All very good.

Superb little hotel that keeps the British authenticity!

The hotel is located in South Kensington, very close to the metro and attractions such as the Royal Albert Hall or Hyde Park. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms spacious, extremely clean (as you should expect from a 4 star). However comfortable. Breakfast is relatively good, but something (especially for sweets and the like) might have a greater variety.

OK, however, if you're unlucky like me, it is always in the basement.

Hotel very close to the metro and very comfortable no free Wi-Fi.

The only good thing about this place is that it's close to the tube. Our room was tiny, and our air conditioner had a bad smell coming from it. We stayed on the 5th floor and there was a horrible smell in the hallways, you had to hold your breath to get to your room. The concierge was nice and helpful but the other front desk staff lacked personality and were not every welcoming at all. Also no internet in your room unless you pay extra for it, hardly any decent TV channels, breakfast wasn't that good. Not worth the price we paid.

Service was meh. Room had an odd smell (cat? was as if some animal was in there). Free Wi-Fi only in lobby, you have to pay for access in room. On the bright side, the room was reasonably spacious (in the room for 3 I was in, there was an actual third bed instead of a cot, and room to walk around in) and seemed clean other than the smell. Location is great. Could have been much worse, but should have been a bit better.

Great Location and friendly staff made this a great place to stay for 2 nights. The rooms are quite small but that's London for you. Without exception every member of staff I spoke to from the reception to the bar to the cleaners were polite, helpful and most importantly: FRIENDLY! The bar downstairs is very nice with live music and a menu that offers both quality and value. If you want to eat out there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets all within 2 minutes walk Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the Wi-Fi… It's a paid service which is disappointing enough in this day and age but when pay and still find that the signal continuously drops out every 20 minutes without fail, forcing you to log in again, then that's just not good enough. That said, it's my only gripe. Will definitely be returning for my next London trip.

Conveniently located for my purpose, which was to visit imperial college. Great breakfast. Small rooms, but clean. Internet is an extra charge. Glad I have T-mobile, which works great here (and in china, India, Belgium, Germany, Australia etc without roaming charges. )

I have booked the hotel through your website, asking for a travel cot for my 3 month old son. Since I didn't get any confirmation for my request, I called the hotel and asked them if they will provide a travel cot, or should I bring my own. After a confirmation from the receptionist that there will be a travel cot, I didn't bring the cot that we usually use for our trips. Arriving at around 10pm on the 23.02. We went to check in, and we've been told by the receptionist that we've been "upgraded" to a triple room (I've booked a double). We were given room 207, with one double bed, one single, and no travel cot. I've asked for a travel cot at reception (even that I've asked already twice), and after 15 minutes, I went to reception and asked again. A member of staff came with a travel cot, but with no mattress. I've asked the staff member if they would put their baby to sleep in a travel cot without a mattress, and she said "No", but there's nothing we can do. So I've asked the member of staff to call their manager, and it was explained to me that he isn't available. I've been told also that the hotel is fully booked, and we cannot be moved to a room where we can safely stay with our 10 month old son. So there was 2 options here — either go outside at 10:30pm looking for a new hotel, or deal with the situation in any way possible. I've asked the staff to take the cot away, because it is useless without a mattress.

Booked through last minute secret hotel so I got a really good price. Excellent service at reception. The room was not very big but considering the price I paid and the location I cannot complain. Clean room and bathroom. Nice food and excellent service at breakfast to compliment the stay.

Stayed at the Park International on vacation. Overall, it was an OK stay. The rooms are tiny, and the only Wi-Fi is in the lobby or the breakfast room. If you want it in your room, you have to pay for it. They tried to put my sister and I in a room with just one double bed. Sorry Sis, I love ya but that is not happening. They quickly found us a room with two twin beds (that really need to be replaced). The bathroom looked like it had been recently updated, however the shower did not have a working cold water tap, so we were almost scalded. Asked at the front desk to have someone come and fix it but nobody ever came. The concierge told us to crank the tap all the way one way, then it would work when you turned it the other way (fortunately, that did work). Lastly, most of the rooms are right on Cromwell Rd, which is always busy. If you are not used to a lot of road noise, this is not the hotel for you.

Pictures of rooms online are not what you get. I paid a lot of money and I got a dingy basement room with no window. Terrible. Shower was all cracked and dirty.

For London, Park International Hotel is an OK hotel for the price. The trouble though is that nothing really stood out to differentiate it from every other hotel in this price bracket. Rooms were functional, the bathroom whilst clean is small. For anyone taller that 6'2 and needing to use the toilet in the room, don't choose room 418. The loo is very close to the wall and feels very claustrophobic. In the room. The shower works great, the bed though, actually the mattress, feels a little thin. Not supportive or sumptuous in any way. I slept OK but it could have been better. And if you hit London during the time of any heat, the aircon in 418 worked really very well. At breakfast you'll find the usual varied selection which is mostly self-service apart from tea and coffee. The buffet centre has a wide variety including, and from memory, Japanese rice. I didn't try any, it looked porridge-like only with rice. Of note, if you like scrambled eggs you'll certainly not be wanting in terms of quantity but the pastie anemic look might put you off. Anyway, at well over £125 per night I object to having to pay an additional £9 per day for Wi-Fi when in my room and yet free if I wandered in to the lobby. I don't understand the logic and feels greedy since I'm spending money on the room, evening meals and drinks in the bar. For residence, Wi-Fi imho should be free. Overall, the hotel is OK or what it is.

Stayed here once and was allicated a room in the basement with no window. Complained then got an equally horrid room below pavement level. Shower was cracked and dirty. Paid lot of money for nothing.
