We went for the Indian Afternoon Tea which was a birthday treat. Whilst the food was nice, the customer service was very poor. Due to IT issues the receptionist did not record our booking and they blamed the error on us when we arrived. This was quite upsetting. They left us unattended for an hour waiting for afternoon tea. Service was not only rude, but poor. For example, we asked for a spoon and we never received it. Our tea arrived after an hour, once all our food had been finished. I sadly would not recommend this experience.

Great hotel with very helpful and smiley staff who genuinely seem to be happy at work. Room was very nice and clean, a tad small you have to squeeze past the bed and table. We visited the hotel for our anniversary and we were left a bottle of red and chocolates with a card from staff on the bed which was a very nice touch. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Would defiantly use again.

The room was very comfortable and decorated very tastefully — shower and bathroom were excellent and the breakfast was perfectly fine for what you pay for. The staff really make this place and they couldn't do enough for you. A couple of downsides: the air con in our room wasn't working and it was very warm out, we were told at reception that they have maintenance staff on site so it could have been looked at to be fair but it was very late at night when we got in and realised. The second and a bit bigger gripe was that the staff in the kitchen didnt know that their sausages were not gluten free, and as a coeliac that could have resulted in my being very ill. The chef even told me it was gluten free but thankfully a member of the waiting staff interjected before I ate any of it.

We visited the Hotel on Saturday the 5th of May to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and my wifes Birthday. The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been any nicer if they had tried. The room was decorated beautifully and we had a wonderful experience over the weekend. Top class service.

From entering to leaving, the staff are superb. Nothing is too much trouble and all done with a smile. The room was large and very clean with everything you might want from a well lit shower to an ironing board and steam iron. Kettle and drinks facility and a huge TV, queen size bed and a very peaceful nights sleep even with the windows open. Breakfast has everything you would expect from full English to Continental and lovely staff to help you enjoy it. We will be going again very soon.

Really lovely surprise to find this hotel hidden away but so close to Earls Court tube station. The staff were exemplary in their customer service and the room was well presented with everything needed for a short stay. Will definitely be going back.

It's a very nice place to stay, the room is very modern with drinks, a microwave, of course there's a safety lock and the best part it's that there a telephone for service. I've been to more than 100 hotels and this is one of the best hotel that I've been to for now. And there is lots more! Sadly there's no pool. So I highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Staff and hotel in general very nice!

Very well located, close to everything, the bus C1 passes just ahead and also a subway entrance. Very friendly to the service, you can ask for cleaning…

Room was fairly small, as expected in this area. But the staff were very hospitable and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

Nightmarish Hotel… We were assigned room No. 115 on the first floor. What about? A cubicle, small bathroom with an indecent shower, lurid glass and balcony. On the balcony in addition to a pile of cigarettes there were many broken glass, among other things dangerous. Bad breakfast: dried and cold bacon, fruit salad with hair, Cornettini, chocolat and small pulleys with bad quality raisins, orange juice with insect. In the room is provided a small plate of fruit (but without dish or cutlery…). One night I asked for a plate and cutlery to eat an apple, the next day (late afternoon) The dirty dish, with the dirty cutlery and leftovers from the Apple had been left on the tiny desk. Who knows maybe I should have used the same dish and the same cutlery for the entire stay?
Despite all the inconveniences described I kept it hard for two days. The third, however, in front of a cap of the shower blatantly recycled I claimed. In the face of my complaint, they apologized, they cleaned the balcony from the butts and glasses, they offered us a dinner (which we refused), a bottle of wine (which we left) and a small box of chocolates, also they changed room sending to Fourth floor. The new room was a little bigger: at least the two small suitcases you could open…, the always indecent shower had also the silicone shower tray. Also the bed sheets were dirty and I had to insist not little for the change.

My family stayed here when they came to visit me. They were delighted by the staff and the premises. 10/10 would recommend.

My room was small, as you'd expect for London. Outstanding customer service from all staff I encountered over three nights, I can't speak highly enough of them. More akin to that you'd expect from a 5 star boutique.

A beautiful hotel with modern design, equipped with all the comforts and especially the staff was very kind and very welcoming.

Very clean hotel in a great location close to the underground. Smallish rooms but fine for a business trip. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Only had breakfast in the restaurant but it was also excellent.

My go to place in London. Centrally located in Earls court. Rooms modern and clean. Good business rates. Food is good, and staff friendly. Recommended.

150 meters from Earl's Court tube station and from a whole bunch of good places to eat. Big clean nice rooms, a good breakfast and a very friendly and competent staf.

Great location, nearby subway and many restaurants, great service, very nice room and the bathroom floor was heated! I could just sleep on that floor since it's pretty cold in the room. (took me a while to figure out how to adjust the temperature)

Awesome staff! Professional, friendly, efficient! Breakfast buffet needs some expansion but food is tasty. Room was devine! (But move the 'old' chair to the desk and get rid of the small chair. It creates way more space in the room! ) Overall:Highly recommended.

Rather lovely hotel with comfortable and modern rooms. The room has a microwave which is a plus for me. I asked for slippers and the house keeping was happy to bring me one. The food was tasty. The bathroom was amazing, the bathroom had a floor heating button which heated the floor. Though I had issues with turning the heating on they have came few times to fix it for me which I am grateful about. I would definitely recommend this place.

Room was nice and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs could have been a bit nicer but there was a good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location too, close Earls Court Station, local shops and restaraunts.

Great staff and helpful. Breakfast was pretty ok but limited choice. Room was down in basement area even though it was a superior room but good in size. Bed unfortunately was really bad and very soft… had a terrible nights sleep.

Great hotel. Desk staff were very acommedating and courteous. Sebastian and his team are awesome people and will always try their hardest to make your stay exceptional A++

Staff very helpful and a lovely breakfast. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though. The disabled bathroom had dirty tiles and the hair dryer was covered in someone's hair. Also the lights would only turn off by taking the key card out of the socket as the switches by the bed wouldn't work. Paid quite a lot for a 'deluxe triple room for myself and my two daughters. A little surprised to find a 'deluxe' camp bed The pictures on the website seemed to indicate hat there'd be ample proper beds in the room. £215 to sleep in a camp bed? Not impressed.

Rooms are good — refurbished /modern. Staff here (especially the ones at the front desk) seem uneducated in terms of the service they provide. Rude and lazy.

The staff was very accommodating. Location was central to the tube and other necessities, and tucked away from the city noise and commotion. Rooms were tidy and modern — they had a US outlet option (definitely a pleasant surprise! ). Due to our long stay, they offered to upgrade us to one of the largest rooms (no charge). Would recommend and would visit again!

Staying the weekend. We were given a basement room. The room was of a good standard, slightly small but well furnished and comfortable. The sound insulation between the rooms however is poor. It's very easy to be disturbed by other guests. The breakfast is good with a wide selection of choices.

Great location but low value for money. Small rooms, little clarity on the costs of food/drinks in the room, limited accessories, disappointing breakfast. Friendly staff, but they did not miss Misguides L.

Good location and affordable prices.

We stayed for four nights and had a great stay. There is also every room with ironing board!

Ideal location in London. Can catch a single line train from nearby Earls Court station to Heathrow Airport. High standards all round; staff were exemplary and work as a team when required. Breakfast area decor, effective layout and the staff provided an memorable experience. A bonus was the skill of the barrister making superb flat whites.

For 100£/night we had a very nice and modern twin-bed bedroom.
The bathroom was very clean and modern as well.
The people at the welcome desk were very helpful.
It's located very close to the Earls Court station (5mins walking distance) and there is everything you need nearby.

Fabulous rooms and facilities very worths the price.

Nice room but felt cramped for the price. TV was a very good size.
