My daughter and I have just stayed here in room 912 for three nights. The hotel is amazing. The staff are fantastic. Breakfast in the hotel out of this world. The gym, my daughter tells me has magnificent views. I would highly recommend any one to stay at the Pullman. It was my birthday treat from my daughter and it had been the most wonderful time. The hotel is perfectly situated to go any where in London sightseeing. Just perfect if I could give it ten stars I would. Thank you so much for making my birthday do special x. Nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pullman. Staff (including door men and front desk) were very polite and helpful. The room was big, clean, modern, quite, and had a great view of the British Library. Nice touches like power plug built in to night stands, waterfall shower in bathroom, and complimentary glass water bottles (flat and sparkling) in the room were greatly appreciated. Polite staff + Large, clean rooms + beautiful views = everything you can ask for in a hotel stay.

A very good experience and people at your disposal. I preferred to have English breakfast as a French brunch, which allowed us to dine that evening without too much spending. The weather was misty but it's worth going to London.

This place was wonderful. My wife frequently stays with the Pullman group and she wangled us a family room upgrade with some loyalty points. We had to be moved from our first room due to some noise issues, but the staff were brilliant about it and offered us a complimentary breakfast to say sorry — by some margin the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! We dined there one evening too — the food was universally excellent. The views from the floor we stayed on were also amazing. I would stay here again without hesitation — the best hotel we've stayed in in London. Were also surprised to be gifted a massive M&S Easter egg on checking out too — thank you Pullman hotels.

Visited recently and the staff could not have been more polite or helpful. I was helped to the pavement with my bag as I left as I said thank you, I was told 'You are welcome madam, it is The Pullman Way. Old fashioned style and service in the modern day. I will return.

Very nice hotel, nice and smiling staff, prices "londonnien". Full breakfast (sweet, salty, hot, cold, vegan, gluten-free…). The view is nice especially at night and in the high floors. One of the three elevator is glazed outward which is rather nice (it would have been better if it was the one that overlooks the big Street but good…). A 3-minute walk from St Pancras train station, ideal when you come by Eurostar. Too bad there is no child space so they can wait when the adults are waiting.

Very nice hotel. We are very well received, the reception agents speak English and French, are very kind.
The hotel is super beautiful, well placed, the room comfortable and large.
There are offers a discounted rate interesting punctually (for our part the booking site) I would return if I go back to London with pleasure.

I'm writing this review after staying at another Pullman location. So, I can compare. I stayed at the Pullman St Pancras at the end of July 2017. The hotel is in a great location. One block from King's Cross: a major railway hub, with railway connections to any location in London (including London's Heathrow and Gatwick). All major Underground lines stop at King's Cross. The hotel is relatively modern, with a fashionable decor, in line with other Pullmans properties. The quality of service and housekeeping could be refined /enhanced to meet the standards of an upscale business hotel. (That said, and can be noticed reading other reviews and comments, — the management is open to feedback and continuously work to improve service and quality. ) Overall, the hotel does meet the level expected from a high scale business hotel.

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel for our wedding night. The staff there were really friendly and helpful, plus they upgraded our room upon arrival and went the extra mile to make our stay with them even more special. We stayed on the 15th floor which had an amazing view of London. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a good hotel to stay in central London very close to King Cross. The bed was very comfortable. In my case it encharcó. The best breakfast.

Excellent location and close to the Tube and bus stations. The service by Racquel at check-in was attentive. The rooms are spacious unlike most hotels in London. They have a small well-equipped gym but you must ask that they grant access with your room key (rather strange procedure as you would expect this to be automatic). The breakfast buffet is healthy and sumptuous and caters for all diets with coffee and tea as you like it. Almost everyone is friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, great facilities, speedy check-in and check-out procedures and a wonderful breakfast. The restaurant is really good too and there's live music. Wifi works perfectly. Provides the convenience needed for business travel and many options to relax after a long day of work.

Wow, what an amazing stay we had at the Pullman hotel. Would like to say a massive thank you to Jessica from reservations who looked after us throughout our stay ensuring everything was perfect-which it was! Room was incredibly spacious and clean and all staff were kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Very good for a business trip in London this hotel is ideally located at the exit of Saint Pancras station.
The rooms are spacious, the bed is 2m wide!

Great location! You'd be about 20 minutes away from a lot of touristy areas. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a buffet (quite decent). The only downside is that the rooms don't have drawers which is an inconvenience if you're staying in the area for longer than a few days.

Good hotel with comparatively large rooms. The receptionists are helpful and friendly — for operation at the hotel's bar for not so.

Hotel near St pancreas. Convenient to visit London by public transport. Excellent breakfast. Quiet rooms.

The stay was good, the problem was only presented when checking out, as the room was paid and I charged the two days, plus I paid 500 pounds and only were 400 the billed and today I have not received the refund.

I was here for a conference. It is very convenient for Kings Cross St Pancras rail and tube stations. The conference theatre room we were in was fantastic — really big, with great acoustics, very well set up and well run (I guess by event staff and hotel staff). The ante room was also nice and big, with good space for exhibitors and multiple areas for refreshments. Also good acoustics here — even when there were hundreds of people chatting it was never too loud to have a conversation at normal volume. The service was all fantastic, which again reflects well on the hotel staff as well as the event staff. Great!

Anyone who has ever been to London knows that hotel rooms can be insanely small. By contrast, the rooms at Pullman St Pancras are really spacious and we had no problems getting this down despite a large amount of luggage. The hotel's location at King's Cross is ideal for sightseeing.
Attention! The surcharge for a better room category is not worth it. We decided to upgrade at check-in (to a deluxe room) — friends of ours against it. The room size was unfortunately the same afterwards.

I organized a group bloc at the hotel as we had an event at the Shaw Theatre. Pullman is a very chic, upscale hotel. Clean, nice facilities. Breakfast was great and the bar vibe at night was cool. The guest services manager took the time to write a personal note and had treats delivered to the room, which was a really nice touch. Something you would think more hotels would do when you bring them business.

Very satisfactory. I meet all expectations. All the staff very friendly and willing to help and immediately fix any questions or problems. Very nice experience in the hotel which was also prolonged.

From the moment we entered the Pullman we felt special. We were welcomed quickly even though the staff in the lobby were all attending to other customers. The service was friendly and personal. Our room was large and quiet. We had a great sleep ahead of our train trip to Paris the next day. The hotel is close to lots of places to eat of varying types and prices and very close to St Pancras International which was great. Our checkout was fast and easy and off we went with smiles on our faces.

The room was very comfortable, and I was surprised by how quiet it was in this busy part of London. With minimal noise and with great black out curtains, I was able to get really good sleep while still enjoying a great location. Food was good too. One minor complaint: I needed to leave to catch early morning flight. Early morning staff was just one person (fine) but she was very slow checking me out. (Why? I didn't even have room charges and was just paying with same credit card on record. ) No one available to open door, so a little tricky getting my suitcase out especially since revolving door was locked. No one available to call cab. But these things are minor compared to the great night's sleep I got. Would definitely visit again.

This was our second trip to London and we like our first stay in this hotel so much, we chose it for our second trip. It is located between two train and underground stations. Great restaurants in the area. (Although, we had the hotel breakfast every day to get us started. ) The room was quiet and again. This will always be our hotel when we come to London. We have also recommend this hotel to several of our friends who have since stayed there and also speak highly of it. If you want a hotel in a great location with easily accessible services, Pullman is the place.

I am never disappointed staying at the London Pullman and this time was no exception. My room was quiet, comfortable and accessible earlier than the regular check-in time which was fortunate as I had flown overnight to London and needed a rest/freshen up before my first meeting. Staff are very friendly while being professional and no request is too small for them to consider. Even the bellmen are very friendly, remember you, and give invaluable information on places to go and things to do in London. Staying at the London Pullman is like returning to your best friend's always welcoming home.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. We had a short weekend visit, and the staff were professional, attentive and personable. The hotel and the room were well apportioned. The location is excellent. My wife became unwell overnight and the front desk staff were especially helpful arranging a hospital visit and ensuring our comfort upon return. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The Pullman was fabulous. The location is super central and located right next to Kings Cross/St. Pancras train stations. The staff was extremely welcoming and the doorman went out of his way to help us. The hotel is very modern and the room was new and lovely. Large by London standards. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a very unfortunate experience yesterday with the front desk manager yesterday morning (July 10 2016) at the Pullman Hotel Kings Cross. We had been staying at the Novotel Excel in Docklands for the previous four nights, and had arranged with the friendly front desk manager there at the Excel for us to leave our baggage at the Hotel Pullman (which is also part of the Accor chain) prior to our train journey later that day. He had telephoned the Pullman the evening before and had said it would not be a problem. The Pullman is very close to Kings Cross and we had a train to catch later that day, so it would have saved us a trip back to Docklands. When I arrived there with my wife and two children we were given a very frosty greeting and told by the manager that this was a most unusual request and that he would have therefore have to telephone the Excel Novotel. There was a different manager on duty at the Excel that morning and he could not confirm that the arrangement had been made the night before. So instead of using his discretion and simply believing the customer, this manager decided that he would not to allow us to leave our suitcases at the Pullman. I simply could not understand his attitude. He was basically implying that I was lying, Not only that, but we had to wait a good thirty minutes while he telephoned and spoke with his line manager and colleagues at the Excel.

Great location and facilities, but mediocre service. A bit over confident that we should be proud to spend our money here. Reminds me of Parisian service, the customer is not the priority here.

Exceptional service! Rooms are spacious, with good facilities. Ideally located for sightseeing or travelling to other locations.

I always stay here when I can grab an eligible rate for my business. Very quiet, well-built & well-appointed rooms — HVAC that actually works, overlapping blinds, spacious showers and decent beds. Lovely views on the north and east sides of the building. My only complaint is some of the breakfast food in the room meal options are a bit lacking for the price (and comes with overwhelming portions for fruit and bread) — I recommend the morning buffet over room service.

Our sleeper train arrived from Scotland early in the morning and we were departing later that day to Germany via train and needed somewhere to rest and freshen up. We booked a day room at the Pullman and arrived early, as the room wasn't ready we left our luggage which was waiting in our room when we returned. The location was perfect in between Euston Station and St Pancras International. The room itself was immaculate and well presented and it was a shame we were only there for for a few hours. The only complaint I have and this is why I gave 4 stars is that we had two or three interruptions from staff who were surprised there was someone in the room.

I just went to the restaurant. The service was great. And the food was good but not worth the money in my opinion.

Stayed for one night while doing the tourist thing in London for a couple of days. My first impressions weren't great as the room wasn't set up as I'd requested but a chat with reception sorted it out. The room was a great layout for two adults and two young kids as the bathroom is between the main bed and the sofa bed meaning they felt nicely separated. The rest of the room was fine but we struggled a little with the air con. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast which was really high quality and the selection was vast — it really set us up well for a day of exploring. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, the location is great for Euston, St Pancras or Kings Cross, and the Wi-Fi was pretty good. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and enjoyed our stay. We'd go back again and we'll recommend it to friends.

Great hotel for Euston, St. Pancreas or Kings Cross station. Exactly 1/2 way between Euston and St. Pancreas. Modern rooms, very nice re-done bathrooms, both human and ATM style check-in machines (take your pick). The lift was a bit slow to the higher floors. Still, great location for North London travel links.

Amazing breakfast, very nice restaurant (the steak is amazing! ), comfortable room with big TVs where you can plug your computer to! Wi-Fi sucks but you forget about Wi-Fi when you have breakfast :-)

Excellent hotel to stay over in London. It is really close to the St. Pancras station and other tourists hotspot. The staff here is also really helpful and friendly, who can always provide excellent tips on travelling around. The continental breakfast is one of the best in London, which makes the stay even better.

Stay a night. Distance from British Library and St Pancras/Kings Cross is very close. It's kind of pricey, but the rooms are big and comfortable, there was a big bed. It's quiet here, we have a fourth floor room facing the road, so isolated from traffic noise. The bathroom large and lovely.

Very good hotel, go to Euston and St. Pancras is very convenient (a few minutes walk). The staff were very helpful, the room was good, too. Our room on the 4 floor. Although in bustling Euston road, and no noise. The rooftop view is very good, it's worth the Elevator to see it. Than the same region in the cheap hotel room, slightly expensive, but if you want good treatment, you want Breakfast in the morning.

Hotel facilities excellent, staff very friendly, helpful, check in and check-out were very quick in the hotel can enjoy the beautiful view of the city. Near St. — Pancras International railway station and the London underground. I come again and will come back again when in London.

Lovely hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The food was amazing. Great location. One downfall you had to wait 20 mins at the bar need extra staff at the bar that's my only fault.

Perfect place located just 3 minutes from St Pancras International on Euston Road. Service is impeccable, really professional. I came in early to deposit my luggage, and while I did the online checking, my room was unfortunately not ready yet this early (9 am). The hotel staff was efficient and let me store the luggage in a dedicated room till the evening when I came back. I received the key after signing the confirmation (online checking) and giving my credit card information in case I used the mini bar or other services. Breakfast was not included which suited me right as I like to enjoy breakfast in the city. It is possible though to have breakfast on premise. The room is neat, offers some nice Damann teas and infusions, and C. O. Bigelow (NYC) bathroom products. Wi-Fi is easily available for free throughout the hotel. Only issue I had was that I forgot a plug adapter at home, and they didn't have any left late in the evening, but I managed without it!

Amazing experience! Excellent customer service, lovely modern rooms, huge bed and a breakfast menu to satisfy anyone. I'll definitely be back to stay again… plus they make the best espresso martinis.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had traveling in my life. I am working in London for the week and when I first arrived on Sunday, I was quite pleased with the accommodations; however, when I woke up on Monday morning, my legs had some bug bites. I thought nothing of it at the time. I wasn't going to jump to the conclusion that I was bitten in the hotel, but then when I woke up with even more bug bites on my legs on Tuesday morning, I knew there was a problem. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for a new room and for all of my belongings to be laundered, for fear that there were bed bugs. Fine. They put me in a new room. They rushed and got my laundry so I could have them the same day. I was an hour and a half late to work dealing with this. I left early to speak with the manager and see if there were any updates to the situation as it is a very upsetting thing to deal with while traveling internationally. I waited patiently for a concierge to speak to me, but none of them would. I heard one of them refer to me as 'the lady with the bites. ' How embarrassing is that? To make matters worse, the manager sat me down on a couch in the busy lobby, surrounded by other guests within earshot. He informed me that pest control had been there earlier in the day and they hadn't found anything; therefore, the hotel would not be covering the expense of my laundry (thought it was all clean and neat and was only cleaned as a PRECAUTION).

Absolutely brilliant, the doormen are the best I ever encountered, the staff are simply amazing. This will be the only hotel I use when i'm in London.

This was one of the first hotels I stayed at when I came to London. At the time it was a Novotel and the lobby alone was striking and beautiful. Over time is has changed hands but I would still recommend it as the standard of the hotel has not gone down at all. For London, the rooms are very spacious and the amenities are fantastic. The beds are extremely comfortable and I have never had a problem with noise when staying here. The breakfast is delicious though and even the room service is good! Though it isn't close to many attractions it is close to a tube station and a main railway station too.

Great hotel, no ifs or buts.

Fabulous rooms and a great hotel experience. The hotel was busy Friday and Saturday in the run up to Christmas and I found the service extremely slow at the bar and restaurant. The queue at breakfast the next morning was completely unacceptable. I would return for the room and general amenities offered by the hotel but go elsewhere to drink and eat.

Small things make all the difference. Went for a long run, came back exhausted, doorman was waiting with bottle of water and towel. Stay here regularly on business and ticks all the boxes. I am still in reception sweating as I write.

Ultra modern hotel aimed really at the business traveller, but in an ideal location for anyone exploring London with superb transport links. Breakfast is exceptional with a vast array of options (first time I've seen congee outside of China) and the bar has an superb selection of single malts.

It's a brand new hotel at an awesome location. It's just besides Saint Pancras, which makes it easy to access if you're coming with the Eurostar. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. I've been here twice in the past year, the first time in February, we had a delicious steak, they prepared it in such an awesome way! It was really nice to have the special salt etc. However, the last time I've visited (December 2013) it was no longer the case. The steak was still good but not special. The rooms are super, they're great and clean. It's awesome to relax after a hard day of work.
