Very good hotel, in optimal position to move around the various areas, a two minute walk from the subway. Provided with essential spaces for overnight accommodation, with daily linen and towel change and breakfast included. Staff available 24 out of 24, always very friendly!

Great location near Hyde Park, subway stations and bus stops. Friendly staff and clean rooms. No elevator so if you, like us, get a room on the third floor, be prepared to climb some steep narrow stairs…

Definitely not recommended!
Far too small rooms. Far too small breakfast room. No choice at breakfast. My room was in the basement.

Microscopic room, very uncomfortable bed, but the location and staff are great, considering the cost I wouldn't call it wicked if you want to save.

Genuinely bad. Small, noisy, filthy, and the staff stole from me while I was out of the room. I'd recommend sleeping rough over this place.

Central. Clean rooms although quite old and without any comfort. The two really serious things are: the absence of a lift that forces you to walk steep stairs of carpet up to the 4 floor and a restaurant with only 4 microscopic tables. He waited for access in this space placed in the subscale made on steep steps.

I give it a good rating for the quality price that this hotel offers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are two supermarkets at the exit of the Metro that after 7pm reduce the value of fresh products made in the day, in case they walk on a more economical budget and want to save.

We had a great day, we were on the first floor. It has no elevator, very clean rooms and hotel despite the carpeting on the stairs. In the rooms there is parquet. Breakfast included but served in a very small room so I would recommend getting down early. They are found for breakfast: brioche, Nutella, jams, bread, ham and cheese, canned fruit, cereals, milk, coffee, tea and orange juice. Very friendly and helpful staff. They give you the option, after you check out, to keep in a room apart from your suitcases if you want to take a still a ride to London. Great value for money Beautiful and quiet area well provided by means, if I go back to London I would choose this hotel again.

The worst hotel I have stayed in to date.

Stayed in room 20. Nice hotel for the price, but breakfast room is very small, their central heating system can only be switched off or on. We had to get a electric heater to get trough the nights. Building noise coming from the refurbishment they are doing in January. It made it difficult to sleep if you had to have an early night. Lokation was great. You are very near to Notting Hill fate St and queensway.

Typical English hotel, without lift and with 4 floors.

The location at Notting Hill Gate was very good. A few steps from the hotel is the bus stop "palace Gardens Terrace" from which the buses take you directly to the Piccadylli circus. The free Wi-Fi was also great if it worked.
The rooms were only accessible by stairs. It was very laborious to haul the heavy suitcases over three partially narrow stairs. The room was a few crowds OK, but the bathroom is not for people with room anxiety. It was very cold in the room at night (November). The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The room was very cramped and very warm. The choice was very very modest. Is absolutely not recommended.
Intressant is also that the payment is done at check in and that the room key must be given before leaving the hotel in order not to get lost.

The Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Central area. Convenient. It was a very small room. Stained and covered floors with hair… The hotel staff does not speak any other languages besides English.

Nice hotell, lowley staff. Small breakfastroom and a lots of stairs. Nearby the Subway, rekomendable.

Good hotel, comfortable, friendly staff. Only downside The breakfast room is very small. Close to a large park where a space for our small children from 1 year to 12 years, can relax in the various activities (free) offered. Close to the city center. Bus and Metro close to the hotel. Is.

The location of the hotel is nice. That's it. No elevator, rooms are small and the breakfast area is so big that over 5 people can sit and have breakfast that too at the same time.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel room was very tiny and very hard to move in with 2 adults and an 8 year old boy. We had our own bathroom which was also very small (but better than using a shared bathroom). Breakfast was provided, but the breakfast room was very tiny and can hold only 4 adults with comfort at one given time. There are no elevators and therefore we had to go up very long stairs to get the the third floor where our bedroom was. The services was not that special. Hotel is very close to the entrance of Hyde Park and the Notting Hill Underground station which is a place. All in all we paid a lot for very little quality.

It is alright for the money we paid. For me too soft bed and noisy from other rooms… we had the double room on the top a floor with window. Air-conditioning, nice clean bathroom, breakfast was actually with nice choice cornflakes, Musli, white brown bread toast, boiled eggs, croissant, cheese, ham, jam butter, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk. Shops and restaurants a few minutes walking distance.

Cheap but no aircon, fan provided very noisy, tiniest room and even tinier Breakfast room. Bit of an embarrassment as a Brit surrounded by tourists here. Not exactly heralding all that's good about our capital.

In a strategic position sins of comfort and services… old building without elevator… small room x 3 with tiny bathroom… breakfast little varies… disappointing!

Staff at reception are nice, room is small with just a double bed and no real space to hang clothes. The bathroom is nice, in fact nicer than the room itself. Breakfast is limited and served in a small room with about 5 tables so gets very cramped. However it is cheap and in a reasonable location right next to Hyde Park and only a short walk from tube stations.

Hotel with no special demands! Conveniently close to the metro station and Notting Hill area.

Classic 3 star London hotel. Cleanliness above average.
More than good the area (NothingHill), enslaved by 3 lines of the Tube, a little busy street, 10 minutes from Portobello Road.

Avoid this station like the plague during carnival time.

Good value for money just enough breakfast is tea coffee toast croissant boiled egg orange juice. Staff are nice very clean. In very good area center of everything buses available right outside the door :).

Good cost x benefit in London. Great locations and clean room and bathroom. We got a room with a very nice view. Breakfast doesn't make you very happy. Staff is nice but they should offer the service to go up the stairs with the guest's luggage.

Good value for money for London standards. Rooms very small but clean, no elevator, decent continental breakfast and the location is great for getting around by metro.

Great value for money. There is no elevator, uncomfortable if you are on the top floors, the rooms in the attic are so small that the bathroom is almost bigger in the room where you sleep. Convenient just to sleep. Decent breakfast.
