Small and comfortably hotel, the breakfast is amazing, a nice location, and a good price for what they offer, the staff is amazing, the young guy from staff is really kind, but the internet connection need improve, it takes too long to load one internet page.

This quiet Hotel is centrum-close in a pleasant Neighbourhood, ideal for Holidays in the City of London. Public Transport is a few Minutes "walk away. The Staff were very nice and accommodating. The Room and bathroom were super clean, the Comfort of the Beds great. The Early Pitchings were extensive and tidy. In other words: Value for money is great.
We felt very comfortable there and are definitely booking this hotel again on our next Visit To London …

It is a very nice Victorian style hotel, a very friendly and friendly staff. Great for those who want to visit the city as it is very practical to get to downtown. Very very satisfied.

My wife and me were there during January 2018. The hotels' position is perfect to access public transportation service. Victoria Station, Pimlico Station and Belgrave Road bus stops S and R are all within the 1km range, so all of them can be easily reached by walk. The hotel has recently been renewed and the rooms are comfortable although quite small. Overall the cleanliness was good, apart from some details (one of the towels we found when we arrived was a bit dirty, but honestly this happened only once: for the remaining three days of our stay, the towels were perfectly clean). Our room included breakfast, which was quite good, although we hoped for a larger selection of foods. Friendly staff and convenient fares, compared with similar hotels in the same area.

My daughter and myself have just got back from London and we stayed at this Hotel from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with a warm welcome, the rooms are excellent, the continental breakfast was amazing, and what can I say about the staff well they are all so polite and can not do enough for you. The next time we are down London I know where we are staying. Plus I will recommend to friends and family Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

This is a house hotel and the family runs the business. The best part about the hotel is the friendliness of the staff. When it comes to room, the rooms are small which is fine in London but the beds are not comfortable as it is supposed to be. The breakfast is decent for the price we are paying. Overall not the best option in the near vicinity as we stayed in another property which is the proximity. Another major issue is with the staircase as there no lifts. The staff is very courteous as they allowed us to keep the luggage in their reception till the evening at no charge.

Well-located accommodation, 20 minutes from Big Ben. We were in a triple room with no problem. It has breakfast in a very familiar dining room. Very good deal with all the staff. Nice and friendly. A good option if you go with kids.

Nice hotel and lovely staff, too bad the director is a terrible insulting, racist and mean person who treats both clients and staff in such a despicable manner it is surprising he is even allowed to stay open.

Horrible don t go there! the manager is so bad omg! the room was horrible. I ve seen a mouse in the corridor!

Underpay their employees and mistreat them with emotional abuse and insults. Our society should stop supporting businesses owned by terrible people who can't respect simple human rights and dignity.

Very good location and very nice building! but at what price? The owner doesn't pay his staff and mistreat them. I prefer to put my money in
another hotel where human dignity is respected.

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from Victoria Statiin. Rooms are small but very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Nice continental breakfast.

First stay here, whilst the hotel and room were very clean it was rather dated. Excellent location only a 5 minute walk from Pimlico station. Be warned there is no lift and there are rooms on the 4th floor! Health & Safety isn't great, had to boil the kettle in my room on the floor as there was no power supply close enough to use the kettle safely… overall, 3 stars due to no lift, dated decor and unsafe kettle use.

Stayed 2 nights. This hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was adequate and appropriate. Staff polite and professional. Chose this hotel quickly due to it's proximity to Victoria coach station and the 3.9 rating. Would visit again.

Good hotel in good location.

Very close to bus, 10 min walk to Victoria Station. Staff Nima provided useful info about currency exchange and transportation to sightseeings. Owner John remember guest's breakfast preference, he is very nice and after many years management, continue seeking improvement of service. Room is small, no lift, but that is what I expected.

I stayed with my family x 5 nights. Friendly hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Central and quiet location. At 5 minutes from the metro PIMLICO. Council bus stop in front of line 24. This makes 24-hour bus 24 and stops in the middle and several strategic stops. Hotel staff very obliging. In short. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our 6 nights in this quiet spotlessly clean hotel. Recommend it most highly.
