Arrived late due to train problems but there were no issues from the hotel. They sorted me out, no problem. Clean, modern room, seamless check-in/out and great location.

Had a fantastic stay, thank you. It is always difficult to find affordable but comfortable accommodation in the capital. As a single f traveller I felt safe and it was within easy walking distance of the underground. A fantastic location in all respects. Staff were friendly and the room had everything I needed — the kitchen area was a bonus and I had a great night's sleep. I'll be recommending it to friends and colleagues.

Hotel very well located and maintained. The rooms are clean and the walls a bit thin (awakened in the middle of the night by the ringing of the phone from the next room)

Clean comfortable hotel 5minutes from Baker Street station.

Best price to quality ratio. Rooms are decent, not as cramped as some in the hotels around. Prices are best in the Merylebone area. If you book in advance you may receive decent discounts. The only issue may be the service but if you request directly bed change or cleaning it will be done in no time. Highly advise!

Thank you to the kind gentleman who carried my case from reception up the third floor! Really appreciate it and the rooms were lovely too! Would highly recommend this place for a central overnight stay on a budget.

Das Zimmer zur Rückseite war schön, sauber und ruhig. Badezimmer relativ neu. Der Manager freundlich. Lage ist perfekt! Alles in der Nähe. Gerne wieder!

Clean, spacious, kind and helpful staff.

Clean and tidy rooms, the perfect location for touring London with the bus stop right in front and Baker Street Tube 5 mins walk away. The staff have made this stay most pleasant and enjoyable. The room came with a kitchenette which meant we were able to save money on breakfast by eating in and buying all we need at the nearby Tesco and Sainsbury. There was a mini fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates, bowls, tea cups and saucers. There were also coffee and tea for you as well. Kudos to the staff!

Perfect. Clean, cozy, quiet, easy to get to by Metro or bus. Bus stop right in front.
Only flaw. The shower or bath has problems regulating the temperature.
Hard to Wash.

No elevator. Large rooms.

We had a room on the third floor without elevator, the staircase rises quickly and is covered with a very thick carpet that absorbs well the noise.
The room is large and has a kitchenette with microwave and sink, there are dishes at our disposal and a small couch under the TV.
The bathroom has just room for the toilets the sink and the shower, on the other hand I did not understand how the shower worked and suffered the hot and then icy assaults of the system.
We were giving on the street which is very busy but we were not bothered by the noise.
The staff is discreet and the hotel is really well located, plus the shuttle bus to the Warner Studio is at the end of the street!
If I return to London I will surely return to this hotel.

I have stayed this weekend in Family room and again, (it is my second time at this Hotel) all was wonderful. Clean, warm, no noise room. The located is perfect, walking to Oxford St (10 minutes), Regents Park (5 minutes) … The only I missed is this Hotel has not a restaurant for Breakfast but you have the possibility to buy yourself in the supermarket or go out, many options. If this Hotel had the restaurant it will be great!

The good. -Excellent location. -Clean room. The bad. -Not friendly staff. Actually rude staff -The single room is a joke. It is actually a small corridor with a tiny bed. -This is a converted home so no lift. It has 4 stories. So based on point one expect to carry all of your luggage up and down. -the check in is at 14.00 and the checkout is at 10.00 (which is somehow early).

Good staff. Great location. Room was warm so had to have the window open. Very clean and double room was a good size.

Really nice hotel. Booked a double room for the night. Close to baker Street and Oxford Street. The room was large, big flat screen TV. The double bed was too single beds withal a double bed mattress. Bed sheets were thinking. But the room was a good temperature until night, when it was too hot and I couldn't get the window open. Nice size bathroom which was modern. Room had glasses, plates and a microwave! And for soundproof walls, not so sure about that. Apart from that really classy looking hotel.

The location is perfect. Bus stop in front of the door. Near all the services. Bus or subway. 1 block from supermarkets and shops. The room I get is spacious, clean and very confortable.

Handy location, bus stop just in front of the hotel, tube & train station 5 minutes walk. Quiet street over night. Clean & spacious rooms. Reasonable price.

Comfortable and great location.

Convenient location, big rooms, big bathroom. Close to the tube, bus stop outside. No traffic noise at back of hotel. Would suggest two pillows per person on the bed :)

Very good budget hotel near Marylebone station. Rooms come with a kitchenette and microwave, which is a convenient way to save money on restaurants. My top floor room was quiet at night despite being on the street side.
