Pls dont stay this hotel ever. It has mouse to bitten my bag and my bag costs me gbp300 pounds. Room is like boiling heater even their kitchen looks much nicer and cooler in the room. By the time I checked it, it didnt have elevator I need to walk stairs to 10f. Staff was not helpful at all. It really sucks. Mouse was really big.

Amazing location for a great price. However our room had a not so appealing musty smell.

Big room clean room, and a great location. One complaint would be that the common kitchen was very dirty and unusable, but didn't matter to us because we ended up walking to a great coffee shop down the street.

Gives you all that you need for a good value nights rest close to all the famous London landmarks, just don’t expect all the facilities of a hotel.

Located in central London, the hotel has modest rooms. The bed is small for two people, 140cm. Tiny toilets. A curtain separates the shower from the toilet. Water in the whole "bathroom".

Brilliant food, people here eat with their hands though. Kinda weird. Will investigate.

The location is very good. A few steps from trafalgar square and close to restaurants and theaters.

It's cheap student accommodation in the city centre. Great location and security but even for student accommodation the rooms are really run down and the shower and bathroom is essentially a portaloo. We had a "double bed" which was two singles pushed together, however the springs on one of the beds was broken so as soon as you slept on it would literally sink down. Don't expect to be comfortable if you stay here but the location makes up for it especially if you are on a tight budget and plan to spend the entire day out.

Perfect for what we needed. The rooms are basic and the bathroom is even more basic (the toilet and the shower were far too close! ). Decent for London prices so central. Fantastic location.

Really convenient for sightseeing. Only yards from Trafalgar square, opposite the Sherlock Holmes pub. The room was large, plenty of electric sockets and desk space. Access to a kitchen but no kettle in the room. Also had to ask for çups but they were provided reasonably quickly. This is a sudent hall of residence so not the plushest of decor but good value for money and a place I will definitely be returning to.

The room is basic, but bright and clean. A very good price for an amazing location, and the staff is really friendly. Will return a next time for sure.

Staff and location were the best parts. The chap on security was extremely helpful. My room had definitely not been vacuumed for a while…

Residencis that is used as a hotel out-of-season universities, the best ls location 50 metres from trafalgar square, a luxury in london, the room is just right for what you pay for but just get out of the hotel and been there at tragalgar is worth to choose it, room is clean.

A Hotel with a perfect location right in the centre. The price for London is also ok. Only the rooms are more than used to. Although they are very large, they are equipped with old furniture like from a holiday camp. Also the cleanliness and functionality of the shower were not really good.

Cheap and cheerful. The location is excellent, though the room is very basic yet functional. You get what you pay for! If you're after an actual hotel this is not for you.

I lived here when I was an undergraduate student at LSE. The location is unbeatable. It is right by Trafalgar Square. I think the house used to belong to a king, and it feels majestical. Always enjoy having a doorman at my house. To the left is the Nigerian embassy and to the right the Club Quarters, right where LSE belongs between luxury and corruption.

Bit on the small side but fantastic location right in the city centre. Friendly staff and very clean room.

If you like indian food please Try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

Worse hotel experience ever. Staff holding money from my credit card by mistake. It was not solved after I talked to them for 5 times. As a result I lost more than £1000 to spend on the trip. Totally ruined. Also, it doesn't look as nice as in the pictures.

I canceled my stay because my visa was refused and there was no way that I could travel. I tried to cancel but instead they took the 612 pounds for the stay, it is 900 and some US dollars. It is sickening and sad.

Fantastic hotel. My clients liked it here and talk about a central location. It is 50 yards from Trafalgar Square.

Its hard to find a good hotel in London, but I'd recommend this one. Walking distance to big ben, westminster abbey, and area pubs. They have free water bottle fill stations in the halls which is unique.
