You will notice that all of the reviews are from visitors. For students, you are limited as to when you can bring guests in to your own home and are constantly under video surveillance. Staff are over managed — not their fault — and this filters down to the way they interact with students. Do not stay here if you are a student. Oh, and I would add that there was deafening construction work beginning every weekday at 6 AM for the 9 months I stayed here as a student.
➜ Comfortable as a location. A Stone's throw from Covent garden. Nice and friendly reception guys. To improve cleaning.

From June 2023, the following essential upgrade projects will take place at High Holborn Hall of Residence:
Reception Upgrade: Complete upgrade including public foyer, Reception and the back office. This will deliver a modern Reception facility for guests and residents.
Accessible Room Refurbishments: Complete refurbishment of 2 flats to provide improved and flexible accessible accommodation for our guests.
LSE and our Contractor will work to minimize the impacts on guests, however, some disruption is expected due to the nature of the projects. Working hours are generally 8am to 5pm, with noisy working only permitted between the hours of 10am and 4pm to reduce the disruption as far as possible.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
