It’s strange that concierge don’t have any newspapers. I was there for a meeting and had some time before meeting and wanted to read a paper in physical form and there were none. Cost cutting every where, even in Mayfair. Very disappointed.

I had one of my wedding events at this great venue. The rooms where really nice as was the main hall. Fantastic location. We were recommended the venue by Green Leaf catering. My family and guests really enjoyed themselves and I would highly recommend it for any medium to large function.

The restaurant staff were polite, but the check in experience was poor at best. In fact rather pretentious and inefficient. We will not be staying here again.

I Would love to give more stars, but I cant. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels before that was better. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean, but something is missing. Just doesnt feel 5 star. I paid about 450usd/night and can definitely find better ones in this price range. Location is very good and convenient if you're visiting London for shopping, sightseeing etc.

The hotel is lovely. Wonderful location and nice clean rooms. But check your bill; we were charged 2 times more than our confirmed reservation amount. We booked three rooms, were overcharged on 2 of them. Still working with them (2 billing cycles) to correct.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. Great location, excellent staff and red-carpet treatment from beginning to end. Special shout-outs to Kelly in Guest Services and Agathe and Rachel in the Lounge — while the entire staff couldn't do enough for you, those three went the extra mile to make sure we had a best-ever stay.

This has now become my favourite place to stay in London. Apart from being conveniently located near Hyde Park, Oxford street, Bond Street etc. The hotel staff are ready and willing to take care of your needs. It offers a wonderful app with services like check in check out requests for additional toiletries, bedding, housekeeping etc etc on your finger tips. This time I am given a room with beautiful view of garden.

Great location, the service was immaculate. Was there for an industry award ceremony and I have to admit the whole evening was excellent, very swanky without the unnecessary attitude that you would expect to get due to the location. Did not stay overnight as a guest, but in terms of the space as a venue it was excellent.

Great hotel, staff is friendly, house keeping is good. But the shocking part is when I asked room service today to send me an EMPTY plate with a fork and knife they said they would charge 4 pounds for that. However upon over shock revelation to the operator they ended up sending it for free but really were they serious when they mentioned about the charge.

A very well located hotel if you are a visitor and want to shop in London. One of the most friendly staff I have ever met in any hotel. Some of the rooms have an excellent view of the park.

Upmarket Hotel. Top quality service. During the Nov 2017 Oxford Circus security incident, they opened their doors to anyone running away from Oxford Street. They offered a safe refuge in both basements. Tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks, & Cookies were unlimited & on the House. Absolutely Amazing service. They looked after all strangers seeking a safe shelter.

Great locations, very close to oxford st. And close to bond underground station. The customer service was great. The rooms are very small and the rate is high.

Burns charity Global Make Some Noise night fabulous, but toilets too far from function room and heating way too hot in both areas, went to cool off but hot water came out of cold water taps.

Staff and service were excellent. Rooms were clean If a little small and dated. Small TVs etc. Hotel is in an absolutely fantastic position and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Modern Hotel, with a large hall for events, conferences and meetings. Located in central London, how much with shops, stores and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is so loud, has poor service and is at best a three star property. I am a loyal Spg platinum member and business traveler and have been so incredibly disappointed with my stay. I had to move rooms twice due to a noisy electrical panel and then a party going on next door. The hotel manager fought with me to refund my points saying that it was my fault I didn’t report it earlier and they can’t control the noise levels. I had to escalate it to the Operations manager who resolved it to my satisfaction but the whole ordeal wasted several hours of my time. That is perfectly fair if you are 2-3 star hotel but I expect much higher service from a 5 star property. I will never stay here again for work or pleasure and do not recommend it, especially with some many other amazing spg properties in London.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Both check-in and check-out are carried out very quickly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A very quiet and privileged location one block from the Oxford and the New Bond.

Horrible staff and service. Myself and my family stayed here recently and our "free" breakfasts were put on our bill at check out because we ordered them to the room! Yes breakfast was included within the exorbitant room rate but they forget to tell you that the exact same breakfast via room service is chargeable if you don't personally go down for it. We complained and we were met with Ivan, an obnoxious foreign man who is apparently a hotel supervisor; all he did was grin and say "I am very sorry sir but you must pay the £120 for the 4 breakfasts because they were delivered via room service". Asked why, if it was completely necessary to pay another fee for the breakfasts, there wasn't just a tray charge (like any other professional hotel) we were met with more grinning and more "sorry" whilst looking extremely happy at the same time. AVOID this hotel and if you do unfortunately end up staying here and you find issues, ask for any one other than Ivan.

Attended an awards ceremony here. The venue is stunning with beautiful light furnishings and the chandeliers to die for. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. There were around 350 of us and the food came out in excellent time, all piping hot as there were plenty of waiting staff. Good quality food — not huge portions (except for the dessert which was an enormous jam jar of delicious lemon posset! A lovely afternoon. Highly recommended as a venue.

Attended an event in the ballroom. The meal was very well done considering the huge number of guests. Have only used the common areas of the hotel, which were well presented.

We were in a very large event room for 300+ people. It had just been refurbished and looked really nice. Service was a little bit military but understand due to size of event. Long way to toilets and no dedicated facilities for the event room. Lobby a bit tired looking and no help finding the room when we arrived.

Attended an awards ceremony in the Westminster suite. Great venue. Excellent vegetarian food and the colleagues' who had meat said it was good too.

Set in a redbrick building in Mayfair, this upscale hotel is a 4-minute walk from Bond Street tube station and 0.8 miles from Hyde Park. The contemporary rooms have flat-screen TVs, marble bathrooms, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Upgraded rooms add sofabeds and access to a lounge with free English breakfast and snacks. Suites add sitting areas and 4-poster beds; some have balconies. Amenities include an Asian-French-style restaurant by acclaimed chef, Gordon Ramsay, a New York–style steakhouse and a 1920s-era bar with 24-hour room service. There’s also a fitness centre and a game room, plus a business centre and 14 meeting rooms.

A very welcoming hotel located next to Oxford st but far from the chaos. Perfect for enjoying London, or holding an event. You will always feel looked after.

Nice hotel in a great central location just a minute walk from Oxford Street. Room size was typical for London central hotels, just about big enough and very clean. Executive lounge was more practical for breakfast as it was buffet, unlike the main restaurant where you have to order most of your meal after you are seated. Liked the mobile phone offered during the stay with free calls and internet.

This is a true Jem. From the incredible check in from Joana and the warm incredible service from Omar in the Congergie. This place is a small heaven in London. Great service.

Our stay was really great! The front desk was very helpful with everything. Love the nightly turn down service, and definitely looking forward to breakfast room service in the morning!

Totally love this hotel with awesome location, incredible executive lounge and delicious English breakfast. Thought the bed was very comfortable but the room small. Very clean rooms. Did not like that they said VAT was included when booking but then front desk said that it was not upon check out. Had to dispute with credit card.

Check in more rigorous than usual as a result of increased security and caution — no problem with that!. Room fine although no complimentary upgrade and a very dark room in spite of good weather. Facilities good and concierge service excellent as usual. Housekeeping annoying — knocked to come in 3 times — 8.40 woke us up, about 9.00 and again about 9.15 — we forgot to put 'do not disturb' on outside of door but did put lock bar on. Housekeeping were so intent on trying to come into the room they actually damaged the door lock and we had difficulty getting out of the room! Reception were informed and were to investigate. Bar staff and surroundings excellent. Very nice air freshener in reception area — nice touch!

I had a good time at APS London. The conference was great, with lots of time to meet and chat to people. Really well run and organised and a lot of fine. The Marriott was nice and they provided plenty of food although it lacked seasoning. But it was a good space to hold and attend a conference in.

Spent almost a week and it is so strategically located. I could walk practically anywhere. Love it's location and service. Good restaurant inside too.

Spent a week here and it was perfectly comfortable. We loved the central location and the stylish neighborhood. Service was very friendly. When you book, you may want to request a park view. And the breakfast and lounge amenities are great, if you are a Marriott frequent flyer. The gym looked very fine too.

A good hotel but the service for me was far from the one you would expect in a place like that.

If you like indian food please Try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

Poor room service because the hotel does not have their own restaurant, it is leased out. This is the only Marriott where I have struggled with getting basic services, like getting salt at the room! Rooms are small in size as compared to Marriott properties across the world. If you are planning to stay in central London I would suggest using other Marriott properties in close proximity to this hotel.

Grosvenor square is beautiful. Upon entering, I came across the front desk concierge who was of great help and offered assistance to booking a table at maze grill for the evening, where the food was simply superb. The rooms were large, as we went for one of the garden rooms, with a private garden balcony and was reasonably priced compared to the suites. A great stay all round.

The place is very convenient and accessible. Great place, quiet and comfy rooms. The hotel is modern with great customer service. The staffs arevery friendly and accommodating.

Im very dissapointed with hotel, no good service, dirty, food was mediocre. Im never return in my life. Much better hostel than this hotel.

Charming Hotel with beautiful rooms, located in a rather central location and privileged, cleaning service unbeatable, but I did not like the treatment of the maids.
