Wonderful stay lovely rooms great staff convenient location.
Staff seem unhappy by takeover from international chain, overall lack of willingness to help or attention. Fire alarm went off at 2.30am with no guidance or explanation from the team (the entire hotel evacuated) — no apology the next day (in fact the team at the desk didn't know what we were talking about). Took a long time to clear any drinks or food in the lounge area. Music far too lounge to have a conversation. Great location but would not recommend or go back given all the above situations we experienced.
