The hotel is very well placed, there is a Boots (supermarket) at 3 min, as well as shops. My roommate was pretty open, we talked a lot.

I find a nice support of the team at Leinster House, great place to meet new friends. Shopping centre at 5 min walk, three supermarkets and 2 Underground station on the area. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and the relaxing atmosphere of Hyde Park.

There was an ever present organised and dedicated staff there to help you. Convenient facilities and location. The atmosphere was clean and quiet and overall an excellent stay.

Amazing location. The refurbishment plans look superb.

Is cheap if you gonna stay more than 2 weeks, but everything is old, not very clean and the showers are terrible.

The hostel is well located in central London next to hide park, but this is only good think the staff is very very unfriendly. they are trying to restrict you in all possible ways. During my stay, the Common room was locked and they didn't give any explanation about it after I understood that one of the managers was coming back from holiday and he kept his stuff in there for about 3 weeks what a ridicules situation. Some of the reception staff are not able to understand or speak good English (like the Portuguese women) so useless and unfriendly. There is a kitchen on every floor but they are all dirty and everything is so old. some of the room is in really poor condition. there much better hostels from the same association LHA. Giving one star only for the location. All the staff working in the night time are from India again super unfriendly poor hygiene really Rude and sorry to say that but not civilized at all. They are having dinner sitting on top on the tables with cross legs and eating One of them probably hasn't take shower for months. don"t recommend this place stay out!
