Room was dark, as lights very dim, cold as air-conditioning not working. Had to use the lamp sockets to plug in a replacement heater, had kettle in spare socket. This was because the original socket it was plugged into wasn't working. Had to run hot water for over 15 min (as advised) to get it just lukewarm in the morning, gave up with shower. Hair dryer kept cutting out. Thin walls — then again it is an old building — so could hear next doors TV.

Charming building in the super friendly area of Earl’s Court. Continental breakfast is a true European one with tons of options to choose from. Staff is exceptional and takes great care of guests; it’s nice to feel feted with specialty coffees by them each morning. Huge private garden located in the back. I have a phobia of dirty hotel rooms and bathrooms but my room was immaculate upon arrival. Bonus points for walking distance to tube and also easy to take tube from Heathrow to hotel.

We have really enjoyed our stay here at the hotel with our 2 boys. Large rooms which are very luxurious! Very central location and would highly recommend secret Thai if you are staying here!

This place was beautiful. I loved it. In a nice neighborhood. Close to a lot of things. We stayed here on our last day, but it was good.

Great. Air conditioner in rooms. Staff is the best. By far I would be glad to return and stay here anytime. Wonderful motel. Breakfast is at the top. Staff was very helpful and friendly to assist in any way.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We stayed only one night and they treated us so well. It was our anniversary and we were given sparkling wine and chocolate and a room upgrade with glorious views. They had our room ready hours before our check-in because we had taken the red eye from the US and were exhausted. They were honest about where to eat. I can't say enough about the overall friendliness of the staff and this gorgeous hotel.

Had a pretty terrible experience at another hotel and actually canceled my reservation there and picked up K+K Hotel George at the last minute as a replacement — thank goodness. What a night and day difference! So clean, much more spacious for a London stay than I've seen so far (note… If you're from America like me, get used to smaller rooms, that's the norm here! ). Lovely staff, reception was easy, stored my bags while I waited, and the most adorable back garden to lounge in. Bar was pleasant and the location as a whole was ideal — a block to the tube station, a block to coffee, a block to the bus, and I walked to the museum section easily within 20 minutes.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and went above and beyond our expectations, from complimentary upgrades to even just offering an umbrella as it was raining. The location is amazing too. Just around the corner from Earls Court station.

Wonderful hotel on the west side of London, very close to the Earl's Court underground station. Staff are very helpful and kind. Spend extra for the breakfast, it's worth it! We had afternoon tea as well and it was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.

Good room/desk, bed, shower. Reakfast, restaurant good. Meeting room good. Location to lhr and city center good. Earl's court many dinner options. A/c might be spotty.

It is conveniently located in Tepleton Place, between Earls Court and Cronwell in downtown Kensington and ten minutes from Holand Park.
It occupies almost an apple of the houses of the United area and has a. Lovely park on the back.
Lovely at the front desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is not very spacious but nothing is missing and the bed and mattress are very good. Of course it has Wi-fi and TV in the rooms.
They treated us so. Well, you didn't feel like leaving. For your situation we do not cógimos any means of transport, all walking which is as we like to travel mostly to London.

There was 4 of us ladies that came here for afternoon tea. Mersim was fantastic! He clearly wants his guests to enjoy their time and went the extra mile to do so. The food was really nice: lovely sandwiches and scones especially. Only thing that could improved would be to have specialty loose leaf teas instead of tea bags.

Rooms are clean and charming, if small. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. The location was perfect for our week stay, quiet but a short walk to restaurants and the underground.

Clean and the breakfast pretty full. The downside I put is that the elevators were ruined and took two days to fix them.

Although I haven't stayed here I hold a lot of local meetings here and work with the hotel. The staff area always friendly, it has a lovely feeling and is immaculately clean. I popped in to pick up a gift of wine for the local pensioners Christmas lunch last year that they generously donated and then was offered a free and wonderful warming hot chocolate at reception! what a nice touch!

This is a very nice place to stay in. Rooms are okay. People are friendly. Special thanks to Philip and Matthew of the reception area who patiently taught us how to go to places. Philip is so knowledgeable of everything a tourist needs to know. Special mention also to Donald from the Bar who made our stay therein memorable.

Nice hotel very well placed a few meters from the station Earls Court (Picadilly and District Line). Given the standards of the London hotel, the room was nice despite a strong smell of paint and a very very fleecy floor. Big plus for breakfast, complete both sweet and savoury side. The staff were courteous and smiling during our stay.

Went for afternoon tea, the hotel itself is lovely and clean. However the staff are not attentive and the cakes were still frozen. Once we were finally seated and served, we were left and no one came back to see if all was ok. I needed more HOT water and was not able to find anyone to assist. We left early due to this.

Hotel very well located with rear view on a large and pretty garden in a quiet street close to the subway station. Decent room and comfortable bed with spacious bathroom. A large and varied breakfast with a view of the hotel garden. Helpful staff. Small + The hotel has a parking. Little less: products in the bathroom but no soap. Hotel to recommend.

I booked a conference room here. The people were very helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything I needed. The facilities are good, refreshments were similar to large named hotel groups. It was easy to find, small amount of parking, and good service. The conference room was very nice, a little cramped for the number of people I had, but the equipment and facilities in the room were very good and easy to use. Will definitely use again.

My boyfriend as I stayed here for just 1 night but it was great. The location is just a few mins walk away from Earl's Court station so it's very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, room is super clean, and the breakfast is fantastic. Would definitely stay again :)

We had a great stay! The service was very good at check-in, bar and breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The garden is really impressive. Also the food in the launch was really good. The location is perfect anyway, quiet and yet 2 minutes from Earls Cort/Piccadilly line. Price/performance was top, although I booked at Ltur. The only hotel booking without a flight would probably have been more expensive…

Small but very functional room! Very clean and comfortable! I don't know how they knew it was our honeymoon but they sent up champagne and chocolate when we arrived. :-) would very much recommend this place to everyone! Very close to underground station. Didn't take any time to get wherever we were going.

Just stayed at this charming hotel in the Kensington area of London. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, overlooking the hotel's beautiful gardens. Convenient five-minute walk to the Underground. Located in a fun, safe neighborhood with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We just got back from our Europe trip. London was our 1st stop and it was incredibly easy to get to the hotel after a long day of travel. We took the train directly from airport and took it to Earl's Court station which is a 2 minute walk to the hotel! The hotel is beautiful with a historic feel, clean, with a very friendly staff. The breakfast was good (bacon, sausage, croissants, eggs, fruit, cereal, etc). The rooms were small but clean and had everything we needed. There are restaurants nearby (Franco manca pizza was good and inexpensive). The hotel is in a safe area and we walked around it at all hours. We were quite happy with our stay and would definitely visit again.

Great front desk staff and location close to tube, making getting around London very convenient. We'll apportioned rooms, although bathroom a bit on small side. Biggest complaint was the 50 pound "hold" placed on my credit card to cover minibar expenses that "will come off in 5 to 7 days after checkout (? ) " Not sure why the time delay of that length is necessary.

My experience at this hotel was in a professional setting, organising a company birthday party. I was part of the team in charge of organising and hosting, and as such collaborated with the hotel management on many thing — from location, to food, to external services, to catering, etc. I must say that all our requirements were met and the staff were readily available to aid in any way. Hotel management allowed us to use the garden for the main event and served food in the restaurant area. They even provided a meeting room for us to use as a setup room. In all, a worthwhile experience. I do recommend the hotel for events, specially those which are to be done outdoors. Superb management team, thank you very much!

Nice hotel and great service. It's in a good location and a fast walk to Earls Court subway station. My main complaint is that the room was very small, which is expected for Europe, but it was also in need of some updates. I would consider staying here again if I was in the area.

Great location, wonderful staff and continental breakfast that was outstanding. Very personable staff. A gorgeous back garden to enjoy at your leisure. My only dissatisfaction was the size of our room. The two of us could not pass without one of us getting on the beds or going to the entrance to our room. Besides the room size we had, all other amenities were above par, and I would return to this hotel and suggest others to do the same.

Customer service was top notch. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before checkin and were offered the use of the wellness room to take a shower after flying in from the states. That shower felt so good and revitalizing for touring London. Located 3 mins walk from Earls Court tube, this makes it an easy start for tourists. Only downside was breakfast buffet food was not very hot until the dishes were replenished but then the food was good.

The six-month time in this hotel for 10 days&found it to very easy. High floor, room very good, overlooking the garden. With London in other Hotel than this hotel, the room and bathroom very spacious. The The hotel staff can timely meet your needs—very clean&efficient. A hearty Breakfast costs are included in the room rate (I From a British business travel's web-site, and free Wi-Fi) for 10 nights, accommodation is very expensive, but in this bustling city, this hotel is a lovely harbour, and geographical location advantages—walk easily to the subway station, Kensington, Gardens, and museums. Will come again!

With the exception of the small size of the bathroom, home and excellent hotel, very nice staff, well decorated, quiet and surprising as very lively nearby, well stocked breakfast… to advise and will be back for sure… as close to the Royal Albert Hall…

Breakfast was good and the service excellent. A very convenient position with easy access to the Tube. Take the time to look around the area as there are lots of great places to dine as well.

This is a great, standard hotel. It's steps from the underground, in a decent, albeit quiet neighborhood, and it's comfortable. My only complaint is that the gym is very lame.

Very friendly service, breakfast on every room a tablet with Internet connection (if you have not own). Although not very modern furnished rooms, but it served its purpose (we were most of the time anyway on the road). Nearest undergound station: Earl's Court (max. 5 min walk). Pubs, small supermarkets, post office, all in the immediate vicinity. Disadvantage: In the evening they heard the televisions of neighbors – they must have been but also hard of hearing.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and could not rate it highly enough. It has everything : a) location 2 mins walk to Earl's Court station and in a quiet street with beautiful buildings. B) open, clean, spacious hotel with marble and wood finishes and lots of lovely touches c) plentiful and very varied breakfast, everything one could want — right down to Nespresso machine and hot, frothy soya milk to make my own macchiato! d) beautiful rooms, if not huge, very adequate by standards of any big city — rooms on ground floor that have access to the garden are to die for! e) garden — quiet, peaceful and beautiful space — right in the middle of London f) access to several computers on loser ground floor where there is also a gym&spa, I believe, though the weather was too nice during our stay to make use of these facilities, g) EVERYTHING.
