International Hall / University of London Hotel

A good place to stay for a self traveler with limited budget. Close to downtown and walking diatance to British museum. The breakfast are free and really good! They offer towers, shampoo and body washer, but no hair dryer. However there is no central AC nor fan in the room. If you wanna stay here during summer and do not bare hot, think twice before booking. Other than that, the price worth what it offered.

Broken beds. Horrific bathrooms and walls thinner than paper I am too old for this grime.

My year at international hall was amazing! The building is a bit old, shared bathrooms are acceptably clean, but the social aspect of it is great :)

I rent an apartment (type F). There are two rooms in my apartment, one is a living room with a kitchen. The other is bedroom with a tiny bathroom. The room is bigger than I expected. My boyfriend and I invited 6 friends to my apartment. We just feel a little bit crowded. Though the kitchen is tiny, but they provide me a refrigerator and an oven. I really love my apartment!

I stayed during the Notting Hill carnival. Friendly staff, great breakfast and fantastic location. Cheap as chips but great value for money.

Great accommodation! Cheap, close to buses and the tube, having a kitchenette was very handy. Will stay here next time I'm in London.

It's quite close to UCL, you get to meet a lot of people. A standard room is quite small, and it gets loud at night, as is expected from a student hall. Once you get to second year and you get your own place you'll realize how nice it was to have a dining hall, even though the food might not be great all the time. It's cheap, and decent for the price. The staff is also very, very nice and very supportive.

This is a hostel accommodation run by University of London. It has single room accommodation with shared toilets and pantry. Hostel is let out for both male female students. Besides, one wing houses ensure studio accommodation which can be used by married couple/family. They have dining hall at the basement where continental breakfast fast is served. Dining hall is open for dinner. The hostel is centrally located.

Very nice and clean accommodation, you can pay for meals there. The meals have so much variety and are delicious.

Great place to stay for a Holiday in London as it is very central, staff is nice and helpful and the facilities are always perfectly clean. However, the "mattress" if you can call it that, is extremely thin and small, I felt every bedfeather and it squeaked every time I moved so my usually healthy back was a bit sore after a couple of nights. Other than that and a few other very minor details — totally fine for the price if you're only looking for a central place to sleep in.

We stayed here at tourists whilst students were on break. Simple and functional rooms. Breakfast was buffet style in the cafeteria. For great area close to russell square station. Great price as accommodation in london is so expensive.

We were between June and July 2016 for 8 nights and we were satisfied, the rooms were basic but functional, we didn't expect a 5 star hotel, but for a short period, ve more than good, considering that it is only for sleeping and breakfast, and that certainly is the best we have had in London: varied and really full of everything from sweet to savoury and in addition there was the opportunity to take what you wanted in the bags made available to customers; a bit of the cleaning service in the room and you need to bring bath foam and shampoo because he is not reinstated. Considering the price and the location close to the British, and on the Piccadilly line, and I'm certain that I will return and would recommend to friends.

Small rooms, essentially furnished. 1, 40m bed sold as double bed. Breakfast ist the worst. Priceworthy though.

I have stayed for a year at the hall. A bed mattress was uncomfortable and the room is quite small. However, the location is fantastic.

Wonderful memories!

As a place to stay, lower your expectations and you'll be plesantly surprised. The breakfast is average, the walls are pretty thin, but it's quite central in terms of location and has 24 hour security, making it one of the safer choices.

A good place for students to stay. Doesn't have a cramped feeling. Different room options are available. Studio room with attached bath is basic but good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available in the canteen. It takes 5 min to walk down to Russell Square station and 3 min to Brunswick Square. So the location is convenient.

I would not return any time soon. The room was basic to say the least — rock hard mattress and a fridge that leaked all over the floor. The porters who staffed the front desk were generally rude, unhelpful and dismissive. The only saving grace was the breakfast (not top quality, but acceptable) included in the price of the room — which, overall, I do not feel reflected the very utilitarian standard of accommodation on offer.

I was a student at King's College London (2004-2007), and lived at this Hall all three years. I made lots of friends there and one of them is still a very close friend. The staff were wonderful; even the dining staff went out of their way to accommodate my bottomless appetite by letting me go through the line for seconds just as the line was closing. I often enjoyed playing the antique Broadwood grand piano in the lounge. The single study bedrooms were perfect and cozy for me, a single student. International Hall is full of fond memories for me.

Great place to live for undergraduate, post-graduate and also families or for a short stay. Huge hall, central London location, great facilities such as squash court, cinema and restaurant makes this an excellent hall.
