Great hotel. Stayed for a short weekend break as part of a tour of London. Rooms clean and tidy, bed comfortable. Food was very nice. I was going to say one of the staff was exceptional, but couldn't! They were ALL exceptional. Very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.

I've been here during the month of Apr-May 2018. If you are planning to visit during a dry day better to avoid this hotel as it has full glass walls, it is accumulating so much heat inside the room during the afternoon. Apart from that it's a very pleasant stay. Though it is little far form central London, it's a calm place close to the tube stations and well connected with road as well.

It was an awesome hotel. The air conditioning system and the beds' mattresses were the best I have ever seen and felt. I definitely recommend staying in that hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help at any time. The facilities are really useful and make ypur stay more convenient. However, the rooms lack many everyday objects such as flip flops. The view from the one side of the hotel is just a construction site and some giant buildings. Our room was on that side so we requested a change. They immediately agreed and changed our room to the opposite side were the view was some victorian style houses. Overall you get what you pay for.

Great hotel with helpful staff. Avoid 7th floor Executive rooms when outdoor temperature is over 18C They get very very warm high 30s C 24x7 with curtains closed. AC overwhelmed and useless. Also be aware of them over selling the £15 a day parking. Means you get blocked in and have expect a long wait while they locate the offending vehicle owner to move it. Otherwise an extremely nice place to stay for a business trip.

Have been there for a couple of days. The staff is fantastic as well as the waiters and barmen. The lobby is cozy as well as the rooms. A spare mobile phone is given and if you are a foreigner it would be really benefical. Recommend this hotel.

I would be staying again, like the fact it’s a brand new building, so you expect everything to be in a good new standard. Like the wet shower room, although the bathroom sink is very ugly, looks you are in a old train station, whoever designed this, it makes the place looks very cheap. Check in and check out were easy, fast and the staff was friendly. Prices could be better taking the account location which is just in the middle of Zone 2/3

I stayed in this hotel with my parents and we loved it! My mom called it the Dolls House because all the furniture is so cute. The location was the best — — we were five minutes away from Wembley stadium and every day we walked through the park into Central London to visit museums, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, free breakfast. Friendly staff. Right by the underground rail so you can get around easily. Only thing I didn't like was that it said there was food available 24/7 but when we tried to order at 1 am they were already out of food.

A great hotel with a great staff. Very close to the North Acton Station and hence to everything. Easy to reach from the airport. Highly recommended!

Overnight stay for work and a clean modern venue with nice sized rooms and good comfortable beds. All the usual amenities and rooms have wetrooms with no baths but this suited me. Good buffet style breakfast and my only issue was there was only one working lift and I was on floor 6. There is limited parking on site which I used and cost £15 for a 24 hour period. Staff very polite and turned out. Would use again however it was a little difficult for me to get back into central London after due to the usual heavy traffic.

Facilities and room were excellent and staff at reception and bar extremely friendly and accomadating. The one thing that let it down; so consequently lost them a star; was the poor meal and service in the restaurant… very disappointing. We did have a pizza late evening takeaway though and that was delicious.

Great location in London West on the central subway line that makes it easy to get around London. Staff very nice and friendly equipment from the hotel to the top.
A little too hot in the room (stay April 2018) I turned off the heating which allowed us to sleep without discovering ourselves. Kid Friendly.

Beautifully clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff. £15 car park charge is a bit much. Shampoo/conditioner and shower gel all in one makes your hair like straw! Over £100 per night and they supply cheap 3 in one. Very close to North Action tube station.

2017 A little tlc in areas will make this hotel great. Good double glazing. Nice staff. Car park really small but that's to be expected. 23-3-18 Great staff very polite. Good burger too. And was asked by very nice waitress how is your food, which very few places do. Restaurant staff tonight were superb.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stayed here for5 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned once. Complaining to the front desk only led to stories. No bedding was changed. Eventually had to get sheets from the front desk and made the bed. They didn’t even offer to make them. I expected so much more from IHG. Very sad indeed. Even requested for a room upgrade; that turned into gist as well. Never ever again!

Thin room walls. You can hear people walking up and down the corridor which interrupts your sleep. Other than that it was lovely, great staff.

Front desk reception wasn’t very welcoming, but when the phone in my room didn’t work I got exceptional service and was moved to another room. Was very clean, bathrooms were modern, didn’t get a good view from my room unfortunately. Not a great location but is 5 min from the nearest train station. Overall hotel smelled weird and the room smelled even weirder. Was overpriced for the accommodations in my opinion.

Great environment to get some work done or even meeting! Not pretty good if you planning to stay, rooms are not great but match with the price you pay when under promo (£99 per night)

A nice place to stay, decent sized rooms, you can use the HDMI ports in the TV to plug in whatever you want. Your bathroom and comfy beds. Recommended.

I have frequented business trips and many pleasure hotels in this chain, this is the least satisfying. Small room for 3 people and very poor bed.

A well placed hotel for my visits. Staff are excellent and the restaurant very accommodating. Can be a bit busy sometimes, but it's never a problem.

Great hotel. I've never had a good breakfast buffet in London. 3 minutes walk to the tube and get off at Oxford Circus in 24 minutes — in the midst of total shopping madness.

Stayed here on New Year's Eve but despite the date the staff were friendly, attentive and both hotel and room were in great order. The location is more suited to business than pleasure but for reasonably priced accomodation with good access to the local area is it hard to beat!

Used this hotel for numerous meeting rooms. They are clean, well set up and have good Wi-Fi access. For organisations nearby, the holiday inn is competitive compared to nearby hotels. We also used this hotel to host large numbers of staff over a period of high resource requirement, food was top notch and out of 80 staff, not one complaint was made. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice staff modern house with great restaurant.

As always, a lovely place to stay, great staff that are always willing to offer assistance. Complimentary breakfast buffet has anything you could possibly want for. Very clean, comfy beds, big towels!

Reliable Holiday Inn, well placed for drivers and having a big car park. 5 minutes from the Underground, Central Line. Rooms and services up to HI standard, and a very pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet better than most.

Great hotel at a very convenient location for me. 24/7 kitchen which is useful. Rooms are good and ask about an upgrade if you can. Car park can be busy so only bring a car if you need it. Very near a train station so not really required.

Our friends stayed the night and we met up in the bar. Staff were very helpful and polite. Drinks were reasonable and the area that we sat in was clean. We would have stayed but the hotel was full.

Excellent hotel, good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast choice, and evening meals. Only downside is shortage of parking.

Very clean & comfortable stay. Staff are very pleasant & helpful when asked. Room was clean & had no issues with it. However service is slower than a week in the jail. Very limited menu although food is ok. Breakfast is served until 10am. But if you go a little later towards 10am, you're left with the crumbs unless you ask, which in some cases is time consuming if you're in a rush. If you're dining here then please allow 2hrs & that's when the restaurant is only half full with 5 staff on duty. Constantly having to call staff to be served, or order tea/ dessert after the meal. I'm bank next week for a week's stay, if the service can be sorted I'll change this to 5* as that's the only issue I feel.

Modern. Executive room great apart from road noise if on that side. Parking reasonable price for London if get the special rate. Very close to tube station. Pleasant friendly staff. Would recommend.

Room satisfactory but did not feel executive. Not enough in-room refreshments for two. Floor to ceiling windows pointless without a view. Fair price, convenient location. Be aware very limited parking.

Our stay here was great. The bed was very comfortable and they staff were great. Their breakfast is well worth it for all the options they had. The only issue was they had wood floors everywhere, when anyone walked down the hallway it sounded like they were knocking on your door.

Everything perfect very nice room you get comfortably with the Metro from central London are 20 minutes.

Room clean and comfortable. Easy to use heating and cooling. Decent shower. Tea and coffee location lost on me and I found just before leaving. Hotel itself nice and modern and attractive friendly staff on welcome. Bar was busy but not loud. General areas clean. Good signage and quick lifts. Car park a bit small but manageable.

Very nice Hotel, friendly and clean with also mini gym very equipped for size.

The location was good, short walk to the tube. The room was clean and spacious. The reception staff were stressed and not helpful. We returned late at night to several people waiting to get rooms who had prebooked and paid for to be told they had doubled booked and no rooms left. Our door card wouldn't let us in the room so we then got mixed up in the incident. However the deputy manager did help us and even came to our room to check we could get in. Checking out was not great we got told OK thanks. We had to go back to get car park pass and no comments about did you enjoy your stay ect. The female receptionist was the friendliest and the only one who appeared to know what she was doing.

When it came down to the accommodation it was lovely, nice room, beautiful view and lovely food also. Before we stayed at holiday inn we double check we could park there as we had driven 7 hours so needed to make sure we could park, they said we could, before we had even got past the barrier of the hotel we were blocked, you could see the car park was completely full, when we managed to finally get in and parked I stayed in the car while my partner went to check in, in which time the manger came out and asked me to move the car as we couldn't park there, I apologised and said is there anywhere else nearby we could park as we were told we couldn't definitely park at the hotel to which he replied first come first served not my problem, I again asked did he know anywhere at all nearby we can park instead he just laughed and said we just couldn't stay where we were.

Hotel seems to be getting better recently. New management and experienced Staff definitely changed my opinion about this place. Bar Staff is lovely although it seems that bar is understaffed sometimes and when theres only one person on duty theres no way od him/her not to struggle.

Fair price. 5 min walk from tube station on central line. Central line is porbably one of the best for a tourist. Pretty clean, no noise. Guiness is served in the lobby bar… perfect. The only sad thing is surroundings and a sort of industrial district.

We were at the Holiday Inn West for 3 nights from the 18. — 21.5.2016. We were completely satisfied and would come on sweetheart. The staff at Breakfast, reception and the hotel's own starbuck and room cleaning is super lovely, the room and Lobby is great from the decor and cleanliness was. Also the location, if you've made it through London with the car is great. With the Underground (at the Best with the Easter card) everything is fast and super accessible, for example, Notting Hill in just 4 stations to Oxford Street in 8, and from there one is fast everywhere. London you have to see. It is magical! On the every year schedule.

Smart hotel with nice rooms, especially if you go for an executive one. Bar and dining area was renovated in the last 2 years and has a contemporary feel with lots of light due to the floor to ceiling windows (sadly overlooking the A40 in to London). Small gym on top floor which has 2 treadmills, couple of exercise bikes, cross trainer, rowing machine, bench, dumbells from 1kg to 10kg. All the 7th floor is executive rooms. One side has good views out over North Acton out to Acton, Ealing and beyond (on a clear day you can make out Heathrow control tower in the distance). The other side looks out East over North Acton commercial units but beyond this you can see the London skyline in the distance, being able to make out The Shard, Canary Wharf etc… Good helpful staff who welcome you in.

We stayed at Holiday Inn London West for the first time. The staffs were great and very helpful. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Acton and Ealing, being a very short walk from the station.

Relatively cheap room in comparison to central London, and still is convenient to get in on the central line. Lovely new hotel. Was told upon checking in that we had been upgraded to executive for free which made our day. Really cannot fault the hotel, would definitely stay again — especially in an executive as I've never stayed in such a comfortable bed in a hotel before!

It's in North Acton right next to a main road. It's continental breakfast has some good things, bad things, and alright things to eat. The rooms are very clean, and the bathroom is clean. You might need to pay for TV services but you definitely have to pay for Internet access.

A very nice hotel. Very well located in relation to the subway. Nearby there are several establishments where to eat. They have rooms for four. Good relationship quality — price. Recommended.

Easy location off the A40 to get to. Price was great as it included breakfast for all the family (kids eat for free). North Acton tube station only 5 minutes walk from hotel giving quick and easy access into London. Hotel clean and very modern in appearance in reception, bar and breakfast area. Would dedicatedly use again.

Location is ok — pretty close to the next underground Station, but noisy because of bring located next to a crowded road. Breakfast was excellent, room size and equipment is ok, but in used condition. Missing buttons, scratched inventory, bathroom a little dirty… Price (120£) was pretty high compared to condition of the room.

I and my friend stayed at Holiday Inn London – West hotel for 3 days. The hotel is conveniently located within 2 minute walking distance from the Queen Charlotte Hospital. It is one of the best hotels around Wembley. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Great location! You are only 20 minutes from North Acton and 15 minutes from Shepherds Bush. Amazing Hotel that has it all, great architecture, great rooms, perfect service, and great food. Would stay again.

My wife and I recently took my parents to London to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. This was the bone of the best budget hotel in Wembley. Thanks for making a great time. We could highly recommend.

Had a brief stay Holiday Inn London West on a Friday for 1 night. This place is 1st class. Beds were very comfortable. So good start to a short stay. Really one of the best Hotels in Wembley. You would be very happy staying here.

Having stayed at this Holiday Inn London West hotel several times over the past few months, I have been very impressed. Location is very great close to the Wembley. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Recently extended and refurbished, after changing from Ramada Encore to Holiday Inn. Interesting concept of completely open plan bar, lounge and dining area, but tends to get a little noisy when busy. Rooms are nice, especially the new deluxe rooms. Breakfast not the best I've had at a Holiday Inn, but a cut above the Holiday Inn Express breakfasts. Friendly service at reception. If you're travelling by car, try to get there early as spaces are limited — seems to be a disproportionate number of disabled spaces, which are mostly empty. Only a few minutes walk from North Acton Underground station, with a Tesco Express nearby for those items you have forgotten.

Stayed in this Holiday Inn London – West hotel 2 years ago and will be staying here again next month. The hotel was in a great easy to find location and just a short walk from Acton. The place was clean and the staff very attentive.

Hotel, no heating in the room very average meal.

I chose Holiday Inn London West based on a limited budget, and it was cheap and located very close to Acton Town tube station. Room was nice and warm, kettle with tea and coffee and hairdryer was provided. Breakfast is delicious and complete.

Stayed Holiday Inn London West as just needed a hotel close to wembley stadium for my graduation. All staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. We definitely recommend it.

Very good budget hotel In Wembley, staff and managers very friendly and helpful, thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and had a good nights sleep with no noise or disturbances.

We stayed here for two nights as were going to a concert at wembley. It is very convienient to be close to the stadium, and was good value for money. The manager was helpful. I would recommend this as a Cheap Hotels if you are visiting from abroad to london or if you are going to wembley.

Such an amazing place. A place that you can ran if you are full of stress. A place where you can find a peace in you're mind. And a place where you can definitely call a comfort zone. Good facilities, and they have also a nice quality. The service was so excellent and awesome.! Love it.

I went to the IsisMas Carnival Lounge at Ramada Encore and its a great summer evening hangout. The lounge is situated in the atrium, a really nice chill out zone. The bar prices are reasonable and the costumes are great too.
