The staff was really helpful and very polite, as it was my first time in that area they told me where I could go for site seeing. The room was perfect, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Only booked here for parking convenience. A bit overpriced considering size of the room. Parking was extra. Room was clean but breakfast not so good. Very bland & barely warm. I've paid more in central London for bigger room, bigger bed & much better Full English breakfast in the morning. If I'd had used public transport, I would have booked elsewhere.

It would be helpful if on their booking site, they stated car parking charges are applicable instead of parking facilities & street parking. Parking charge signs are not prominent (as they are at a recent visit to Brookland Hotel) & the Receptionist never said a word to me. I have now received a £100 parking fine from a parking company associated with Holiday Inn who shouldn't assume all visitors are conversant with driving/parking/staying in London. Not happy & will avoiding Holiday Inn from now on.

Wow! what a wonderful hotel and amazing staff. I took my Mum for a 2 night stay and she loved the hotel. Ana looked after her so well and she appreciated her glass of bubbles. Very clean hotel and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back xx.

We stayed at this property from 1 to 6 August 2018, three families with their respective children. Rooms quadruple quite comfortable compared to the London standard, quite clean, comfortable bathroom, friendly staff. The only negative note is the absence of a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast is plentiful.

Clean, professional and friendly staff. Generous breakfast. Parking inside. Spacious room. We stayed on the ground floor, no problem with the few cars passing by.

Well I've not stayed in this hotel personally, but I'd like to say a big thank you to the beautiful lady on front desk that saved me at 4am from a crazy crack head that followed me home from the train station. There was nothing open at that time, and I ran into the hotel to ask for help and she kept me inside till he went away. Couldn't thank her enough, she deserves a pay rise!

Good location with 44 from Victoria station or by metro and train at wondsworth Town. Rooms with carpet without bidet but we are in England and "transeat". Friendly and friendly staff a very nice one in Leon…

My stay was very short and very pleasant, the room was comfortable and clean with everything that's needed there, the staff there is very nice, I was greated by receptionist Mikaela, such a nice person! Made a great first impression!

Does what it says on the tin. Not a great location right next to a busy road. But it is clean and has what you need. Decent bed a simple breakfast. Nice staff but only good if you are on a business trip and pricey at £145 for the night with breakfast but then it is in London…

Una permanenza molto piacevole, la camera grande abbastanza per tre persone adulte. Il letto alla francese era esattamente come descritto, anche se mi sarebbe piaciuto un po' più largo. Il letto supplementare è grande quasi quanto il matrimoniale. Bagno pulitissimo, piuttosto comodo. Apprezzo molto la mancanza di saponette, sostituite da un dispenser di sapone liquido. Colazione a buffet buona, ma senza niente di particolare o fuori dai canoni del breakfast. Personale gentile e attento, viaggiando con figli piccoli ho trovato ottima accoglienza.

Very good chain of hotels, good rooms, beds, bathrooms, have to leave the luggage when you check out but your flight leaves later. Recommended.

Helpful staff, especially Michaela on desk and Luke who was pleasant and exceptionally cheery to all guests greeting them for breakfast. Very Clean rooms spotless. Well placed near train station for visiting all over London. Great hotel with wonderful staff.

The hotel does not stand out for any particular point, but it offers a good quality for its price. The proximity to the Wandsworth Town station makes it very quick to reach central London (Waterloo).

There are no power sockets within even shouting distance of the bed. If you want to feel what it was like living in the 1950's, then come to Holiday Inn Wandsworth. If however, you'd like your phone to wake up for work after your overnight stay, then good luck. 3 Stars given only because the staff are really nice.

Just spent two nights at Holiday Inn express Wandsworth… fantastic! Lovely clean comfortable rooms with great staff… helpful and caring! A special mention must go out Leon and Calika who made myself and my wife feel very welcome and could not have been more helpful and caring! A credit the the Holiday Inn group and brand. Customer service at its best!

Nice place to stay in a nice part of London… the only downside is the tube/buses are like a 15min walk away because there's a main road and not very fun when yiur on business in a wool suit! Great place to crash for the night however — would recommend.

Hotel very good for the price, 20 min by bus from Victoria with the line 44 which is direct! The MacDonald in front of the hotel for small budgets. Negative side, lots of nuisance with traffic at night, but the hotel provided the quies balls!

This is my first time I have stay in a hotel. My experience here has been impeccable. Thank you to the staff at housekeeping, catering and for the staff at reception, you guys and gals are great.

Very friendly staff make the stay a good experience. The selection available for breakfast is excellent. Everything you would expext is available in the rooms. The rooms are well cleaned but are a little on the small side however they are perfectly functional for weekend break where you don't plan on spending your entire time in the hotel.

We stayed here for one night. The plug sockets are not near the bed, so not great. The lighting is only ambient, so not great. Breakfast was ok but finished promptly at 9.30 where the doors were closed, so not great. Menus on tables at lunch time, saying order at reception or bar but there is NO food until 5.30 the choice was very limited… if you could wait till 5.30, so not great. The room was clean and the staff pleasant (when they weren't talking to each other in their own language). It was an ok stay… have stayed in better Holiday Inn Express.

Really satisfied with our stay here. It's no frills and what it does it does well. Location is great only a short walk to Wandsworth Town station and nearby amenities. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Quiet even on the ground floor next too the Carpark. Breakfast was really good. Absolutely outstanding service from the staff which really added to the experience.

Good service. Inexpensive. All amenities provided. Breakfast is satisfactory (although minimalistic). Rooms are clean. If you need toothbrush etc. You need to call them. They provide it with compliments. But getting through to reception is a challenge. No refrigerator in room. No complimentary bottled water (which is okay since the tap water is drinkable). Complimentary coffee provided. Parking is £16 a night.

Fantastic stay! Most comfy bed I ever had at a hotel, buffet breakfast is great and the hotel is right by the train station and surrounded by good pubs and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Clean room and excellent front desk staff. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff kept it stocked and clean. Parking is limited but they will do their best to make a spot if at all possible.

Efficiently run HIE close to the Thames and with railway near by. Has good breakfast and pleasant bar. Parking useful but spaces cramped for bigger cars. Good rooms with comfortable beds. They could invest in a delay system to the lighting for convenience to guests. Close to a great pub with excellent beer and food.

We stayed here overnight for a wedding. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet despite being near a main road. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if staying in the area.

The overall stay is not too bad but the breakfast finishing time of 9:30 Monday to Friday is not very good at all Secondly the room is not service every day when I asked why I was told that because is a three star hotel the rooms are cleaned every three days which is not acceptable Finally twenty pounds a day just to parked your car while staying in the hotel is excessively expensive At least if you stay over three days or more you should get a discount.

Great location just south of the Thames it is a modern and spacious hotel. The reception staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. There is a bar and lounge area and offer a hot and continental choice of buffet breakfast. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Car parking is available on a first come first served basis, which is chargeable.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay in London if you don't mind traveling by bus, tube or boat for 20-40 minutes to reach the center of the city. Definitely an option for accommodations on a budget. A basic breakfast was included.

So far our stay here has been excellent. The staff are very attentive and great with the kids. The room is clean and although not massive has everything we we would expect, air con works great which has been good cos it's currently very hot outside. The included breakfast has surpassed our expectations, the description sounds like you only get beans, bacon and scrambled eggs but there is a lot more selection. The location is also great for getting into London to do our touristy things.

Great price for London, a double less than 100 steriline a night with breakfast included.
You don't have to expect great luxury but you defend yourself well.
The location unfortunately is not the most favorable, especially if tourists.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express last night, everything was perfect, very warm professional welcome, lovely room, very comfortable. I stayed with my 7 yr old daughter and we felt very safe at all times. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and went over and above to accommodate. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

The staff were very helpful Nice rooms and breakfast in the morning is rich. Good value for money Also recommended because very convenient with the means, station very close and very well served.

I stayed at this hotel in April 2016 with my daughter and my wife for a short stay in London;
1. Placement Rating 5: The hotel is located 30-40 min from Central London using public transport, well connected with both rail and bus, there are no Metro in the immediate vicinity but this is definitely not an inconvenience. The hotel is located in a very well-tended, quiet area with a high-end population (it is known from the type of car that transits daily.
2. Rooms rated 3: The rooms are averagely well cleaned daily but are too sparse in the square and in the furnishings (business hotel type), our location was found not of extreme quality because the third bed was derived from a Small sofa of very commercial quality especially in the mattress, taking away in fact vital space to the already small square footage.
3. Breakfast Rating 3: Breakfast was sufficient to our daily needs but a little too British in quality and variety of choice; Eggs, bacon and beans in sweet quantities like tarts or croissants much less.
4. Staff rated 5: The staff starting from the reception is always very friendly and helpful for every need, it is the real strength of the Hotel.
Overall hotel with a good value for a short stay in one of the most expensive cities in Europe.

Budget hotel with free Wi-Fi and breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

This hotel is superb the crew rocks shan and hazel great teamwork I will stay again trains and n44 bus free wi fi other hotels I have to pay for half hour. The breakfast is good untill Lunch. The bar is well stocked. And quiet not the noisy pubs.

Met all our expectations, well connected and clean, but what we liked was the wonderful friendly staff in general, but in particular of Ana, a girl from spain that we settled some other glitch, and her friend who spoke Spanish and has helped us plan our excursions. If there is any downside is the repetitive breakfast. When without a doubt.

We stayed for Wimbledon, great location, friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Highly recommended.

Everything is good however food types are the same everyday all day.

Three of us stayed here last weekend. The hotel may be rated 3* due to facilities, however, in terms of service, it's first class. From the reception staff to the room cleaners and floor and back-kitchen staff, it is easy to see that the staff have been hand-picked and trained. Perfectly comfortable beds, buffet of British and/or Continental breakfast, clean clean clean. I had an evening beverage here with a significant member of the Hilton Group, "absolutely fine", was the comment. Declan, Dublin, Ireland.

Excellent value for a london hotel. Staff were very helpful after a terrible experience at another holiday inn. Rooms was in good condition, thouhg I dislike the cramped Holiday inn Express style of bathrrom. Breakfast was OK for an express. Very basic cooked and OK continental. Basically a good Holiday inn which deserves 3 starts, but staff helpfulness puts this up to a 4.

Quite good in every aspect then there's the dreaded breakfast, oh you have not heard? Sausages and powdered scrambled egg.

No fridge, no safe, no drawers, no cabinet in your room. No one takes your bags to your room. Breakfast was too simple and cheap thou you pay a lot. I reccomend another hotel with more services.

A very nice and clean hotel. The bed was a dream! Centrally located. Station only a short walk from S-Bahn. In short distance trains and in less than 15 minutes, it is already in the city of London. In the vicinity there are several restaurants and pubs, and therefore there is something for everyone. A point deduction there but for the breakfast buffet. A larger selection would be desirable (cold cuts and cheese not's). Typical "English Breakfast" just. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hazel.

The hotel offers cheap room deals by London measures and the value is good. There is a pay-able parking lot in front of the hotel which is 10 pounds a day. Usually the prices for parking will go up to 4 pounds per hour in central London. They provide free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel. The Wandsworth Town train station is a 2 minute walk away. From there you need 30 min to the city center (e. G. Piccadilly Circus). Additionally, you find a bus stop nearby from which bus 44 is going to Victoria Station (about 45 minutes to the center and in walking distance to Buckingham Palace). As we had no warm water in our first room we ask for a room change which was no problem. The staff is kind and happy to help with questions. The room was okay, maybe the bed size could have been a little bigger. In the small bathroom the shower head bracket was loosely, so you needed to be careful while showering. Free breakfast was included, but we nearly never used it, because the place was very overcrowded. It was necessary to wait some time to get your breakfast together and you needed to be fast. Overall I can recommend the hotel.

One of the best and most affordable hotels to explore London. The s-Bahn Wandsworth town is located within walking distance, in about 15 minutes, one is in the middle of London City (Waterloo). Perfect connection, delicious breakfast and nice room. Perfect :-).

I can only recommend this hotel. The price-performance ratio is completely OK. Very friendly staff present a very clean hotel and the location is good. Since Mc Donald is in the immediate vicinity, also your children will love this hotel.
