Really good staff, they interacted with our children and were a very happy presence. Room was tiny but perfectly presented — clean and a comfortable temperature (in the middle of a heatwave! ) Breakfast was good, too. Very busy but the seating area was large enough and the staff kept up.

It's a Holiday Inn so as far as facilities are concerned we are quite in line. Rooms that are given for families (4 people) are a bit small, larger there are few. The staff is friendly and helpful and, compatible with the availability, tries to please the customer.

This was our first time in London and we were pleased. We loved the customer service and the hotel itself. Also the convenience to the tube station. Glad we chose this hotel and we will be staying again on our next visit to London.

Amazing place to stay. Room was very modern and has everything you needed including fully functioning air con! Monica on reception was lovely and friendly, as well as going above and beyond during our stay. 5 stars would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel for the price, good service and within walking distance of the Hammersmith Apollo theater. This hotel does have on site parking, but there is probably only about 15 spaces. The hotel charges £15 per night for parking and by the looks of it you could park here as a non hotel guest as well, 24hrs was £30 I think (possibly more but definitely not more than about £40).

Located down an alley off the main shopping street — look out for the big Holiday Inn Express sign. Rooms are clean, but feel smaller than the average Hi Express ones.

A very practical stay; although my room was really small and the view from it terrible, it was clean, comfy and had all the essentials. The breakfast buffet wasn’t vast, as with the room, it had all the essentials (hot and cold options) and the great idea of offering bread rolls so you’re more than welcome to throw together a breakfast sandwich before dashing out for the day’s adventures — sure the scrambled eggs were a little over done and I had a few of the bits of fruit in my compote that were still frozen, but no complaints big enough to ruin your morning. The staff were also incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming. While this isn’t the most luxurious hotel I’ve stayed in, you get what you pay for, and this it’s great value for money. It’s location is super convenient and if you’re going to be out most of the day it’s absolutely fit for purpose.

I was returning a drunk patron to his hotel the staff were extremely helpful and very very friendly. Took him up to his room and made sure he was safe. If they treat their guests who are drunk this way then they must treat everyone else very well. Would recommend on this alone, even though I didn't stay I was very impressed with how they reacted with the situation.

Went for a training day, good facilities. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Clean.

Nice hotel and good place. The only two but it is that they do not have gym and that the breakfast they offer daily does not change. They always serve the same thing. Everything else is great.

A good holiday Inn express with clean rooms and comfy beds. The breakfast is a decent, help yourself affair with both cooked and continental options. They also allow you to take breakfast away if you are in a hurry. Great location really close to Hammersmith tube and local bus connections. Good restaurants and bars nearby too.

Very welcoming front of house staff. We arrived very early and understandably the room wasn't ready. We booked a room with a sofa but ended up with a standard double. Cleanliness needs a lot to be desired. On the surface things appeared clean. However, the bin had not been emptied, under the bed had obviously not been cleaned/vacuumed for a while, there's a packet of something (not going to inspect) and there is a hair clip that has thick dust which backs up my findings. In the bathroom, the shower, sink & toilet were clean but once again attention to the obvious had been missed. The vent was thick with dust!. Please see the photos.

Great place, fantastic location! Staff were wonderful and rooms were quiet and spotless. Wetherspoons is right next door and handy for a quiet bite or drink. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Super Central in London! Very clean hotel and the rooms were also top! Staff friendly and a nice housebar! Good breakfast. We will certainly come more often.

Great hotel 10 minutes from Hammersmith Metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good service for the rooms. Many outlets, a hairdryer, an iron, a small couch with a small table TOP.

For a "budget" it is a lot better than the rest. Comfortable rooms, silent, reasonable breakfast and fairly close to underground station.

Clean and modern room, rich breakfast dv even provide the sachets to take away the sandwich! Close to shops, supermarkets and DV places to eat. Metro 2 steps. Top.

Nice hotel but the staff really made it a please experience. I was driving a large van and picked this hotel out so I had a safe place to park it as I was transporting a painting. The desk manager was happy to come out and help me park it. Great location and comfy rooms.

Everything was great and clean. There is no possibility to complain.

Clean comfortable twin room. Usual breakfast with a few hot options. Good shower, service, and location. Recommended.

Really less than average. Nothing special. 200+ pounds per night is very expensive for this place. I think I would rather go AirBnB and get the same location for less than half the price.

Rooms small long black hair under the sheets not the best breakfast in the world staff friendly and helpful double room booked and only enough coffee for one small cup each would I stay there again NO.

The Holiday Inn Express is an affordable hotel just outside, but thanks to the Piccadilly Line well located to Heathrow Airport. Nearby are many shops and fast food restaurants, so you certainly don't starve. The hotel itself is suitable: the rooms are a little small, practically furnished. There is not a lot of storage space, but it is quite sufficient for a short trip. The beds were great. My room was also quietly located. It is nice to have a simple breakfast included in the price. Negative was that given the size of the room the hidden corners were not so clean. In addition, wood is used in the bathroom, which comes into contact with water. Luckily only a small area, but still not good.

3 Star Hotel but it deserves 4. Only the PC is missing.

The staff were very helpful. The building itself is set back from the street and the entrance could be made a little more visible. The inside seemed very clean and well kept.

Absolutely disgraceful! Some trouble kicked off while I was staying there and I pleaded for the staff at reception to help me. They refused to help me and I felt intimidated by the staff. They made me feel so small! When the police arrived — they made it out as if nothing was wrong. I will NEVER recommend this place! Most staff at hotels etc should make you feel welcome and assist you if you need help, but this one did not! DO NOT expect any help from this place if you need to, because you wont get it! absolutely disgraceful! I will be contacting higher authorities on this matter!

The rooms are beautiful and the staff is always available. Breakfast.

When I had problem with private accommodation in chiswick which I made reservation on Air***, I had to find the replacement place to stay as soon as possible. I had been totally at a loss, walking kings street and found this hotel. Then I entered inside, asked receptionist whether they have room today. I know some hotels are not happy about this kind of sudden question from strangers who do not have reservation, but lady receptionist was very kind and caring, checked the availability quickly, well explained details of room, pricing etc. Her smile and personality finally gave me relax, I decided to stay here. Later I found other staffs are also very friendly and I felt like home because of their warm presence.

Expensive! But the best staff treatment ever. Very pleasant and helpful people who show a genuine interest. Clean an comfortable rooms.

Clean, secure, perfectly positioned… just a 5 minute walk from Hammersmith Station. Staff have been awesomez — really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express Hammersmith and we will be sure to book accommodation here on our next visit to the UK.

Came here for a training event. Very convenient location close to Ravensborne park and Hammersmith station. The hotel has plenty of air conditioned meeting rooms. The room had refreshments available such as make your own tea and coffee, biscuits and bottled water. Overall found the venue to be very good.

I found the room very clean and well furnished. The bed is very comfortable and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location, 5 min walk to Hammersmith station.

Spent 1 week in August (recently returned) 1 adult and 3 teenagers.
Positive: New and/or renovated, clean, friendly structure, friendly receptionists (including 1 Italuana), staff at the breakfast available and manierosi floors. Optical location (2 zone) 10 minutes walk, in the company of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, stores (so do not weigh the way), for the Metro with 4 lines (2 for each station) well-served, quiet, clean room, mattress and pillows Comfortable (that's cool) you stood up.
Wifi free working, flat screen TV 36, Phon, iron, kettle with tea mix and coffee available. Large and clean bathroom with partition door for WC area.
Very enlightened both natural and artificial.
Well air-conditioned and working
Negative: Room too small for 4 people (yes moved with difficulty) was bigger than the bathroom (ha ha ha ha ha).
Buffet breakfast plentiful, but repetitive. (All week no no no change, in fact 2 of us ate, only, sandwiches.
Closet and shoe non-existent, more than anything else a bar to hang some clothes (max 2 people with few changes). Non-existent drawers.
We struggled so much, in fact being in 4, we left a lot in the suitcase.
P. S. I hope that in future you will provide for larger rooms x triple and quadruple.
Some drawers or wall shelves for folding clothing.
About the breakfast varied daily, not quite, and then put some food for children, example of NUTELLINE, biscuits etc CCC.
