Very friendly and couldn’t do more for us.

No customer service and staff are unhelpful.

The Heating doesn’t work, there was no milk and only 4 sachets of sugar with the complimentary tea/coffee, no hotel or local info in the room. When I called reception to ask they just said come down and get some milk and just said they’d get someone to look at the HVAC tomorrow! Won’t be staying here again.

Lovely staff nice and clean and a decently cooked breakfast for once.

Horrible! Got a parking fine.
Hotel provides a free parking for visitors, but it forgets to mention that staff don't care to register your vehicle and add it on visitors list.

‘Only there for one night it was ok. Twin room beds need to be bigger, other than that it served it’s purpose.

Fabulous place that has easy access to motorways and great for meetings with a wicked hot chocolate and great service x.

Well I am here at the moment so far everything is good. Alexandra the lady at reception is very helpful. The room is nice. You must pay before check in though. But so far yes I would say it’s nice and staff are helpful.

This hotel is so welcoming its home from home. The staff are polite and nothing is to much trouble. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that aren't as welcoming. The only hotel I want to stay I whilst visiting London.

Food on a night time is very basic and a few things were not available. Rooms are cleaned every day and nice size. Staff are friendly, when checking out you are asked to rate your stay out of 10, I said 8 due to the food choice, I got the look of death from the two people on reception. After checking out, I get an email to contact the hotel about my bill. When I spoke to them they said items where charged to the room, on my check out the bill was settled and paid by the company, I asked why did I have to ring, he said it’s okay. But it was a inconvenience to have contact the hotel on something was sorted at my check out.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel to attend a family gathering the following day. That morning additional family members flew in and joined us for breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and easily attended to the special dietary requirements (coeliac) of one of my family.
Checkout was very quick and the receptionist obliged us by calling a cab to take us to the train station.
I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here, you'll be guaranteed a warm welcome by very hospitable staff.

The hotel has great rooms decor is just right rooms nice and clean and well maintained, many channels on TVs like the key system when entering room you put your room key in a slot and it turns on power to lights and put A/C on. Staff very friendly and give a warm welcome to all guests. This is the second time I have stayed here and certainly stay again in the future. I also stay in the express in Norwich often it's a great brand.

Rooms are clean, staff are on point but no banter and social skill, also evening food is terrible but the breakfast is good the restaurant down the road is good for food though.

We found the ALL staff so helpful and friendly. The only criticism I would give is that the red fruit salad was more like a fruit pie filling — in a thick syrupy liquid which tasted of saccarine. I'd rather have tinbed fruit in unsweetened fruit juice. I cannot eat wheat so much of what was on offer was out of bounds to me. However I did enjoy the scrambled eggs and bacon. Everyone we came in contact with at reception, bar, restaurant and room cleaning were superbly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you.
