Convenient location, quality on the level, breakfast buffet-somewhat one-bobo. The rooms are cramped. Brake lift.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Lots of USB charging ports. Location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and stores, tube stations, and it's right across from Hyde park. I would recommend this hotel.

When booking a Hilton you expect a certain experience that I feel this hotel lacks. There is some good — the bed is comfortable, there is lots of toiletries included and there are two small bottles of water included in the price. The hotel reception where also able to let us check in early. However — the rooms are quite small, including the bath rooms. The tea and coffee are instant (unlike similar price range hotels with a machine). The towels are very rough and feel like they haven't seen any fabric softener. A large bottle of water on the side costs £4 and had sign saying 'its on us' next to it so easily confused into drinking it. No bathrobes included in the room but advertised on the website. The breakfast was abit of a fiasco — no one to greet us so took a seat, then told we where infact at the wrong table and would have had to move and ended up having to wait five minutes for a take. I ended up complaining about this and the duty manager was very polite and friendly in his apology. Fortunately the food did more than make up for it. The sausages particularly are great. Other than the extra toiletries on the side in the bathroom you could have thought that you had stayed in a Premier Inn but to get your head down not the best or worst place to stay.

Location perfect — walk across to access Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, close enough to walk to many attractions. Underground station around corner. Room clean and staff friendly. Breakfast cooked to liking. Nice place!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was was clean and quiet and in a great location directly opposite Hyde park. It's on top of Queensway tube station and about 3 minutes from Bayswater tube. I would happily stay there again and recommend it to others.

Adorable room but typical Euro size. If you are a suite traveler you will not enjoy the standard room. I loved it and will be back to this location. This is a great location. Next to Hyde Park (if you are a runner bring your shoes, great location for a run) Easy to explore from here. Two pro tips: Skip the breakfast not worth the value. Don't take taxi from Heathrow, train is $10 vs $95 for taxi.

A good hotel very close to the underground and opposite Hyde Park, so the views are good from the front rooms. The service was very good and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable with everything I wanted.

Very nice hotel. A historical location. So expect some older rooms, but they are modern refurbished. Great breakfast and close to the parc and underground. Staff is very very helpfull.

Nice hotel great staff and service. Very old building so all the convenience but worked around the architecture. Slow lifts as a result but there's one to live with given the age of the building. Nice bar though service a bit slow.

Absolutely perfect staff and looked after us very well during our stay. As an anniversary surprise the room was decorated and a bottle of wine was presented when we arrived. Very clean room, no problems with changing when we asked for a bath rather than a shower, and nothing seemed to be a problem. Highly recommend and will be returning …

Very convenient location across the street from Kensington Gardens. Older hotel but very well maintained with modern amenities. Good Wi-Fi, nice restaurant. Staff extremely professional and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Decent location near the tube and plenty food and grocery shopping a block away. Excellent access to hop on hop off buses. Compared to other Hiltons this one's rooms were a little below average but price reflects this…

Overall, staff was very helpful and the room was quite comfortable. After arriving early, they had a room available and I was able to grab a nap before heading out for the day. They assisted with getting me to Paddington for an early train quickly and efficiently. Overall, a nice, centrally located hotel.

Although the guest rooms are small they are cosy and clean. The breakfast is ok, but can find other options near by at lower price. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

It was fast check-in for us, great customer service. Upon arrival we were offered two bottles of water. Rooms are nice and cozy.

Proximity to hyde park and underground is superb. Old hotel with minimal amenities and the slowest elevator in London. Staff is super nice.

It is wonderful property bang opposite Kensington park having quite a no. Of restaurants. Service is good and staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for short visits to central London.

Lovely location if you want to be away from the Hussle. No gym sadly, rooms are very small. Breakfast is very good but as is the restaurant.

As far as a hotel rooms go it was a lovely room, but nothing spectacular, just a normal hotel room. One window always slowly slid shut, and the plug in the sink didn't work. However all the staff were perfectly lovely, one in particular (I'm sorry I can't remember your name, but you were tall, had black hair, and told us about the history of the hotel). The only reason I give four stars instead of five; there are hundreds of hotel rooms in london with an extra edge, and this was just a regular hotel room.

Location of the hotel perfect, convenient to reach by Metro line "central". Cleanliness of the rooms perfect, welcoming and helpful staff at the highest levels. Possibility to book tourist bus tickets and museum directly at the hotel reception.

Very old hotel, the windows of the room were not well sealed. A little broken for the four stars. The only good thing is the location center, leaving the left is the subway, there are many supermarkets nearby restaurants.

Very nice room, and entrance would stay again however would not eat I the restaurant again as not many veggie options or drink option which was disappointing. I would also advise the cleaners to dust the bed lamp shades.

Very good deal for London. Great location, decent cafe, good clean rooms. But watch out for busy waiters who tell you that breakfast is included in the room rate, to avoid dealing with a la Carte orders. You will get charged and 20 GPB each is a rip off!

Very convenient and while being refurbished, quite reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and hotel is close to restaurants in Queensway. On the edge of Hide Park and a modest walk from the museums in South Kensington.

One of my favourite hotels in London, especially for its splendid location. Very friendly and competent staff. Prices vary greatly with season and levels of business.

Maybe deserve to be a 3 star hotel. Yes rooms are relatively clean, but it's very old, no facilities for business traveler, bathroom have occasional waves of sewage smell from and it make strange noises that disturb my sleep. I would have rate it 3 or 4 if the prices weren't that high or the hotel team would actually care or do something when I raised these issues to them.

Clean room. Average bed. No executive floor/lounge, no real restaurant. Not a great Hilton.

Overall, the room was nice but the bed was hard. This particular hotel nickel-and-dimed me. They charged me for early check-in and Wi-Fi. (Not that unusual but annoying since I have status) I was also offered a room upgrade and breakfast for additional fees.

Made a bad first impression with its tatty low slung reception which made it feel like we had stumbled in to a travel agent. The room itself was clean although looks tired and the bathroom was a little grubby. Being greeted by a bottle of water with a price tag on it also doesn't distill a friendly welcoming vibe. A loud banging started a 8:00. Poor sound proofing also meant anyone moving around sounded like they were outside the door. Its redeeming feature is its location.

Although my wife's and mine reasons for coming to like this hotel were different, we agreed that as soon as we can afford another trip to London — we will return. I personally appreciated the fact the staff were attentive without being intrusive. On the other hand my wife was impressed by such petty thing as a conditioner. She said that even in more expensive hotels it was rarely provided. It is something women will understand I guess.

In January my wife and I stayed here for the second time. On both occasions we found the hotel to be excellent. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and with a good supply of toiletries. The staff were as friendly as we remembered them to be.

This is one of my favourite hotels. Love how clean it is and how helpful the staff is. I enjoy breakfast very much, solid Hilton quality! Some may find it expensive though. I would agree if you only have a cup of tea and a slice of toast, but if you like having a big breakfast it is definitely worth it.
