We had the mid year deal, so the price was very good. Hotel is very nice, clean and modern. Stuff were friendly and helpful. We stayed at fifth floor. We will definitely go back there again. Breakfast at Jamie's Italian was excellent as well. Over all, we are very happy.

We stayed here for six nights and it was amazing. We've been to London before but this time we had more time to relax and explore. The staff were great and the folks at the bar were amazing. One of the girls made my wife a Martini that she's now trying to duplicate at the house. It's right next to bourough market which is a must stop. Additionally, the London bridge tube stop is the best place to see the entire city. I could go on, but they've done an amazing job. Would stay here again.

Great location, and a well presented Hilton. Executive room on the 12th floor had reasonable views and was well equipped. Room service from Jamie's made a refreshing change to the usual room service suspects you see elsewhere. Will definitely stay here again. Great for business travellers.

Very nice hotel and in a very convenient locations. Bedroom was very spacious and really nicely decorated. Exceptionally comfortable bed aswel! Breakfast option is Jamie's Italian which is nice but a little dark. Picture attached is the view from my bedroom window.

Great Hotel, both for business and pleasure.
The location is very interesting, near Subway, nearby streets very rich in places where you possibly eat, nearby Thames and local/river attractions, plus from our room Live Shard night and day.
Cozy and rather large room for the London Standard (deluxe floor 7), nothing is lacking for a pleasant stay, the staff is always courteous and very efficient.

Located in the heart of the city and London bridge station is 3 minutes walk away. Easy bus access. Staff were really nice and our event manager was also helpful.

Good selection of cocktails and quiet area. Good spot for client meetings. The selection and the protions of finger food could be better for that price. Also I found the sofa seats not particularly Cindy. The level of music allows pleasant chatting.

Well, I did not like the wine and it was immediately replaced and refunded. That's what you call a service or more like a premium service. Then my whole bill came to half price. What more can I say… just beautiful.

I have been here a weekend, we had good weather. The staff is very friendly, helpful and neat. The breakfast was good and there was a wide range of food. The evening meal in the hotel is also good and they are good portions. The hotel has a nice view on the Tower Bridge also a good location.

Excellent location, very well maintained, great service! Upgraded to Executive room with The Shard view, and complimentary wine in room. Executive lounge is great too, good selection of food with outdoor terrace and city night view. Was also given a very nice surprise — delicious cakes for anniversary celebration. Highly recommended!

Good hotel in a central location. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. The concierge also meets requests for table reservations etc. Very good bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast is a disaster though. The restaurant has the charm of a canteen. There is only one coffee machine, here you have to queue in the morning. There's only toast, no bread or buns. Sausage and cheese only one variety, etc. Loud and hectic. Here we have always fled quickly.

New modern hotel very close to London Bridge Station. 40 mins from Heathrow. Lobby Bar is a bit small, but well equipped. Great Gin collection. Large meeting rooms on first floor make it a great venue. Tower Bridge and the new developments nearby.

Really fantastic place with great attentive staff. Made our 4 year old boys stay really special giving him star wars fun packs and chocolates. Will definitely be going back.

You can make a visit to Jamie Oliver's on-site restaurant, but you don't have to.
We were a little early for lunch there and were left uncommented for about 20 minutes to sit at the table until then the waiter came. This was very friendly and accommodating, which made up for the bumpy start of white.
Food was good, noodles Nice al dente, the rest OK. Unfortunately, all the spice was missing from schnitzel. What a pity.

I loved this property. The location makes it perfect, it's nearby many attractions such as Tower of London and the London Bridge. The staff is very professional, helpful, attentive; they are the definition of customer service. I highly recommend to upgrade to get the Executive Lounge, it's by far one the best ones I've been to, it's worth every penny. The toiletries that they provide are fantastics, Peter Roth Thomas is considered high end in USA. I definitely will stay here when I come back.

Great room. Good in room service. You need to pay for in room entertainment for movies. Great location, close to cafes, tube, and London landmark.

It's ok but for the price paid I expected something more grand. Bedrooms rather on the small side… Good selection of bathroom freebies… Breakfast good as can help yourself… We had our room upgraded as daughter came with us; however she only had a camp bed for the 2 nights. Not good for a 15yr old… Felt rather deflated.

The location was excellent, a five minute walk from London Bridge station with access to the Underground and overground services. There is a Tesco Metro a mere 30 seconds away and several restaurants on your doorstep. Great views of the Shard. The hotel staff were wonderful, check in was a painless experience and took a matter of minutes with complimentary bottles of water available at the desk which was appreciated after a long journey. The interior decor was classy and tasteful, there was a bar and restaurant, both of which looked like nice places to spend time. The restaurant menu is from Jamie's Italian which I'm disappointed I didn't get a chance to sample. The room service was also Jamie's which was impressive. The room was well appointed, warm and comfortable. The bed was massive and perfect for my needs, neither too hard nor too soft. There was a mini-bar although this was not fully stocked which was a shame. Everything was immaculately clean and as I was expecting. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend the hotel highly. The location and setting is perfect.

Was here for a conference, great corporate facilities for business purposes. Great food, great service, great facilities. Would like to see fresh coffee offered, then perfect for all day events.

This is a quality hotel in a very good location. The rooms interior quality and the staff service are what you would expect from a Hilton. The rooftop bar for the Exec lounge is great on a sunny day and overlooks the Shard. The bar downstairs does excellent cocktails albeit at an eyewatering price as expected. Outside you have a range of cheaper options for snacks and food including M&S and Leon Coffee.

The whole stay was excellent. It's a very modern hotel with a nice restaurant by Jamie Oliver attached to it. It's really close to London Bridge Station and 'The Shard'. It's also directly near the city hall and The Tower Bridge is in max 5 minutes walking distance. There's a terrace on the 9th floor with an amazing view over the whole riverside area and beyond, including Tower of London and the Gherkin and of course The Shard. In the rooms you have Espresso machines and you can open the windows.

WOW! Just WOW! After my daughters lovely family booked her a 'Silent Disco Experience' at The Shard for her 18th Birthday pressie, I wanted to make it extra special and book her an overnight stay here! From my previous experience staying here, I knew it would top her day! Hilton Hotel, Tower Bridge has just topped me! Not only did she arrive to her room with wine and an 18th balloon, but they also delivered her cake and a birthday card! She's not even experienced her pressie yet and is totally overwhelmed! Probably one of the best experiences I've had staying at a hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and any issue or inquiry I had was swiftly dealt with. I genuinely look forward to staying here again.

Very convenient, solid 4 star experience in London. That said. If you use online checkin, be sure to call the hotel to confirm you are coming. They treat online check-ins as if you had not checked in and will cancel the reservation if you don't show at front desk in allotted time. This happened to me but they handled the situation very nicely and still accommodated me very well. Nice executive lounge with nice terrace.

I love the location for proximity to many different dining options. Hotel is modern, clean, efficient but may require a new breakfast option. Jamie's is not up to scratch for breakfast.

Wow this place is great. We sat in the lobby a while and relaxed. I've never been somewhere that had as many chairs. If you're a chair person then this is the hotel for you, particularly if you like comfy stuffy ones. And the bar is nice too.

When we first came to the hotel room it looked great. (no toe nail clippings) But we soon realized that the cleaning staff here are either very lazy or don't pay attention to their work. They only cleaned what was directly visible and apparently don't vacuum at all! Even more revolting is that on the carpet floor you can clearly see toe nail clippings all over the floor! Also there is dust all over the room! Another clear sign that they don't put any effort into cleaning this place. I'm not sure if it's just my room or the whole place but as you can see on the picture below it is disgusting. Overall this hotel did not meet my expectations.

Location is great and service is fine. When I was there they were doing electrical work. The rooms even include an American plug, so we won't be left out in the dark. Big rooms, great selection of TV channels. Only downside is (coming from an American perspective), no vending machines or any way to get a drink aside from water in the hotel. Unless you want to shell out 6USD for them to bring it up to you.

Best customer service ever! Front desk staff can be more welcoming. But F&B went above and beyond all our expectations. Lorenzo for om Lobby Bar is absolutely gorgeous and professional! You made our stay memorable! And special thanks to girls from Executive lounge!

This is probably one of the nicest Hilton hotels I've stayed at. The room is very nice, it even has an American power outlet. The only problems are that the shower door does not cover the entire tub so the floor gets wet, and that the windows face another tall building so office people could look in the room if the shades were open. The shades black out the light very well. The room provided complimentary wine and water. I very highly recommend upgrading to get access to the lounge. There you can get a very fancy meal for both breakfast and dinner. Things like fresh pastries, top shelf liqour, beer, and bottles of coke. The coffee machine there is excellent as well. It even has different nozzles, so if you get a hot chocolate you wont get a drop of coffee flavor in it. The hot chocolate was excellent as well. Additionally, there are drinks and snacks out throughout the day. For the price, this is an offering you don't want to miss out on. It's a whole lot cheaper than eating out; so it pays for itself.

This hotel is immaculate. I attended for a trade show. Everything about the experience was close to perfect. Staff in particular are a credit to the brand — attentive, considerate and happy to help. If you put an empty mug down and look away for a few seconds, it's gone by the time you look back. "Well-oiled machine" seems appropriate. Lunch was absolutely fantastic and the chefs are clearly very experienced and hard working. Something I also noticed was that at no point in the day was I too hot or too cold. No aircon issues at all. I can highly recommend this hotel for any corporate events.

Wonderful hotel. The usual Hilton standard. It was our anniversary and we got a free upgrade which was wonderful. Came with free breakfast at Jamie's. Knocked off 1 star because it did not offer parking or valet services.

One of the best hiltons I have been to. The staff was amazing, and the location was perfect.

Lovely location and hotel, though experienced quite a few issues with bookings. The rooms are a great size and decorated beautifully, but I wish they had mains ports closer to the bed and free Wi-Fi. Also, would highly recommend the Jamie's restaurant downstairs, lovely food and fantastic customer service.

Pros — nice room, great executive lounge, housekeeping were very nice, the ground floor bar looks very nice and modern, sockets next to bed is simple but very convenient Cons — room service menu one of the mains the staff hadn't heard of so couldn't offer it despite being on the menu, not a fan of Jamie's Italian but at least chicken cottage is nearby.

Prime location with easy access to several historical sites and transport options. Just a few minutes to walk to The Shard, and a few minutes to the Thames and the Tower Bridge. Rooms are well appointed, and service is first rate. Concierge on staff, 24 hour room service.

Loved the trendy bar inside this Hilton, it had a cool vibe going on and the cocktails hit the spot. They know how to make a good Mohito.

Dropped in. For a drink and to get out of the wind for a while. All staff welcoming and very friendly. Drinks came quickly, everything was clean as tidy.

Our second time visiting London and we are liking this central location, just a short walk to the tube. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, whilst the hotel was clean and bustling. Overall, exactly what we expected from a Hilton.

The location is great, a short walk from London bridge station. (Northen and Jubilee) During our stay there was christmas markets close by. The room was very good, comfortable, and the utilities were great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the Jamie's Italian restaurant is very very good.

The staff at the desk are great, they always go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The exec lounge is great and the terrace provides amazing views over the city and the shard.

Horrific. Mouldy floors and door frames in bathrooms. No shower curtains. Noisy club in lobby. BLOOD on the sheets all over the place.

No running water in the hotel the night I stayed on the 18th of September. Could not shower and flush the toilet. Brushed my teeth with bottled water. Also, no phone, TV, and Wi-Fi. Fortunately water utility was restored in the morning around 5 a. M. Hotel management offered only free bottled water.

Stayed here with work, Japanese restaurant inside is divine! Rooms are clean and spacious. Good location for london bridge transport and conference rooms are also exellent. Good place to put clients visiting london.

This hotel has it all, uncomfortable to us. Service was dismissive and rude. The food quality was very poor and restaurant staff argued with us, when we complained. The resentment who had dealings with Keizer, responsible for reception. This man should be together, all be in an other professional as his grumpy rude certainly will permeate attitude by the hotel. He simply not care that guests paying — us like second class citizens to handle. Our room was dirty and housekeeping ignored our demands, to correct their mistakes.

Stayed in this hotel in 2012 and raved about how were good, but now I rave about how rude and their management is unprofessional. The entire staff seems a number of trainees, who have no idea how their systems used. You are rude, unprofessional and not in the is able to give you a clear answer. When I met complained I ignorant and rude individual Kaizer called. I never have a guest such disregard. I want to avoid this hotel at all costs now.

We booked two Deluxe Rooms and both were upgraded upon arrival to Executive Rooms with lounge access (as HHonors gold member) : the rooms were huge by London standards, with a bathroom containing both a shower and a tub. The Executive Lounge was located at the 9th floor and was divided in an indoor part and an outdoor one (obviously, in February, only the indoor one was crowded) : there was a good selection of snacks and beverages, with alcoholic ones starting from 6p. M. The breakfast was also very good with all the selection you could expect from a Hilton (pancakes and omelettes could be orderered from the waitresses). All in all a great hotel a couple of minutes from the London Bridge tube station.

Have no idea what happened in that hotel, but standards and service have changed dramatically for the worse. Service is rude and methodical, while in the past it was friendly and genuine. Many faces have changed probably contribute to the lack of quality and customer service. Managers are arrogant and the food was just disgusting. The breakfast was limited and of poor quality — not to mention cold.

Probably my favourite Hilton, this is in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants around so you don't have to go far to find something you like. The reception is efficient and friendly and the rooms spacious, with a luxurious feel. A bath is a central London hotel is a big plus, and thsi one was a nice one. The bar has a nice, chilled atmosphere and burgers on room service were delicious.

The staff at this hotel know how to treat a person with professionalism while remaining friendly and down-to-earth. The location is perfect for business and leaisure. Service is always offered with an ear to ear smile and price is reasonable for a London hotel. Breakfast is delicious and their sushi is phenomenal. Rooms are spacious with modern furnishings. Executive Lounge staff really took great care of my children too.

What a fantastic experience to visit London and get true American hospitality from Sven and the team at Hilton London Tower Bridge. The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety. The waffles are amazing. Unfortunately the executive lounge had been moved temporarily so I missed out on seeing the new lounge they are building. Peggy and Rovena were so friendly and helpful nonetheless.
