Very poor customer service. Got an email saying they have had to cancel our room 3 days before we were meant to be staying, saying that they had to due to the pool having a problem (we were going for an event not to use the pool) we told them this on the phone and they just put the phone down on us. If it was the opposite way around we would have had to pay the full hotel price! What a joke.
