The rooms are small, but well thought out in how everything is arranged. The hotel looks as though it has recently been renovated. I enjoyed my stay.

This was a great little hotel to come back to and put our heads down after a busy day on the town. The room was quite small, but had everything we could need. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was always very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The room had a small fridge, safe, tv, kettle, cool mood lighting, modern designs and even a cell phone to use if you are traveling internationally. The location of the hotel was perfect because it was a block from a tube station that has the Piccadilly and District line (two very popular lines) and there was also plenty of markets and food within walking distance. If you are not used to living a minimalist lifestyle while traveling I suggest asking if they have bigger rooms, but we made it work just fine. There is also complimentary breakfast which includes hard/soft boiled egg maker, deli meats, bagels, fruit and croissants.

Perfect spot for a four day jaunt into London. Incredible location with immediate access to the Tube, and easily walkable to some great restaurants and sights. Would highly recommend!

So Dissapointed! I had a great experience with this hotel the first time I stayed that I made reservations again MONTHS in advance including emails and an international call to be sure I had the same terrace room again. When I arrived it wasn't the same room. This one is so small that I had to put the chair on the balcony in order to open my suitcase, and the bathroom is so small that the door doesn't fully open! There's a airplane sized sink and telephone booth sized shower. I'm looking for another hotel in the area to move to, and I won't be back.

The place was nice beautiful space for a small room. The service was awesome, the receptionist made us breakfast the night before once she learned we would be leaving for the airport before morning breakfast.

It looks like a typical Earls Court dive, but actually, once you get over the entrance and narrow corridor, the rooms are perfect. Exquisitely done with excellent use of space and all details looked after. I will come again.

A wonderful boutique style hotel. Beautifully updated. Fixtures and fitments excellent. The breakfast was good, the friendly staff couldn't do enough for you. Would certainly recommend and return.

Close to Subway but still quiet, rooms are clean, very small but modern, friendly staff, heating does not work on cold days, however the bedding is very warm! Very small and slow elevator, breakfast adequately equipped. Area very pleasant and enough pubs, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc. Very close.

Such a great hotel. It’s in the most charming area and very close to the Earls Court tube station. The breakfast is very good. The staff was friendly. No complaints at all! We will definitely stay here again when we come visit London and I recommend it to anyone.

Great rooms, excellent location, cozy area.

Room was nice for the price paid at the time. Had trouble getting the temperature of the room right as we only had a plug radiator provided in the room along with the air conditioning. Breakfast was also included in the price and decent considering it was included Very close to underground status (Earls Court) so may getting around London and back very hassle free.

Lovely hotel, tucked away so nice and quiet in a good location. Hotel very clean, and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is continental, good variety to please everyone, even sweets on the counter in reception, what's not to like, would definitely book again, thank you.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The shared balcony reduces privacy. Close to Earls Court station which makes LHR transport very easy. Breakfast had many options and was enjoyable.

This is such a hidden gem. Have stayed here 3 times now with the 4th visit already booked. Each time the staff have been super friendly & helpful. The rooms are beautifully modern & spotless clean. Breakfast has always been fantastic with plenty to chose from & everything being fresh. The location is perfect with Earl's Court tube station only a couple minutes walk away & direct tube that takes you to central London in only a short time. As the hotel is up one of the side streets it's quiet & you don't get effected by the Main Street noise. Lots of pubs, restaurants & shops only a couple mins walk away. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough & I personally now only book to stay here when visiting London. Looking forward to returning in a few weeks!

Paper thin walls! Hardly got any sleep since I heard every word and step from the neighbours! Very small room with a super small bathroom! Hairdryer is from another century! Absolutely not worth the money!

Overall I really liked the hotel. The room was a little small but very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast is buffet style. Very nice staff, not even not dominating the English.
There is a subway stop very close by.

We recently stayed at the Henley House Hotel whilst visiting London to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel was situated in a quiet street with good access to the tube, local pubs and restaurants. The hotel staff were very welcoming and we found our room to be very clean, with a lovely modern bathroom. We enjoyed a very nice continental breakfast each morning which was served in a bright and airy conservatory and were also pleased to have tea and coffee facilities in our room. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

My favorite hotel in london next to the tube station next to a dynamic street. Staff very friendly and professionnal. Rooms are all very nice and very comfy.

The hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw from Earl's Court Metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our small but comfortable, clean and cozy double room! There are plenty of places to eat In the area. Definitely the best hotel I have stayed in in London!

Me and my girlfriend we stayed 5 nights at HHH. Standards (especially cleaning) Londoners, and the affordable price (66, £60 for double are a great price), we are pleased with the choice. Room cleaning daily (not so common in London), proximity to Earl's Court underground station (from which passes the District (all destinations) and Piccadilly), complimentary breakfast and wireless internet access also included make this Hotel a security you can rely on whenever you decide to travel in the British capital.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Location is great with proximity to the tube station and a nice pub just around the corner. The street adjacent to the hotel is quiet. Continental breakfast that was included in the price was sufficient and we did not have to order anything extra. The room and the bathroom were smaller compare to the North American standards but clean with old world charm. Before I arrived in London I ordered online tickets to the UEFA footbal (soccer) between Arsenal and Olympiakos from Greece giving hotel address as delivery address. When I arrived I checked with the staff and the tickets were not there. I was quite anxious because the game supposed to be played in two days and it was one of my highlights during my stay in London. The lady at the hotel desk volunteered to look into that and she phoned the Arsenal box office to inquire about the tickets. She then followed up on that to make sure that the tickets would arrive. I was impressed! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not want to spend too much for a nice accommodation.
