Just stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. Well located and clean. A good welcome and attention at the reception to our requests. Minimalist (unfortunately, ours had the view on a inner courtyard where you picked up trash) but clean and at the end of the functional, the internal temperature was for a week to be really hot!. The breakfast is good but repetitive practice the same things every morning but quality. The room staff very helpful and polite as well as the reception desk, and a special thanks goes out to Rita (the girl of Rome), which has helped us in our requests.

The hotel itself is very clean! Also friendly staff, especially Mr. Baswis and Ms. Guliea (I think that’s the spelling of her name). They both have great attitudes and great customer service! Always pleasant to see them every morning!

Nice location near Waterloo station for trains or underground. Was a good base for exploring. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. They have times posted with when it is busy and they are very accurate. They accommodated my late check-out request.

Hotel Category 3 or 4 stars, clean and nice rooms, with good space which is rare in London. The staff were Very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Two reviews and therefore under one point, the fact of not having a minibar, and the mattress is comfortable but I did not finish accommodating in six nights and I was not so comfortable.
The Hotel has a great virtue, and is its excellent location to walk all over London, close to the main attractions and bus stop in front of the hotel that can transfer you to the main shopping and historical centers. At 200 mts from Waterloo train and Metro station which is a great benefit to Get around TB.

The hotel — Hampton by Hilton London, is very conveniently located 2 blocks from Waterloo Station. Also nearby a helpful convenience store and a restaurant that serves the best fish & chips in London. Included in our hotel fare was a breakfast served by the restaurant attached to the hotel’s first floor. We didn’t complain about this, but our room was on the chilly side and couldn’t quite figure out the thermostat in our room. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful. For instance, I needed an electricity adapter for my USA products to be powered by U. K. Electricity. They had an adapter right at the hotel available for £3 (British pounds).

Adequate rooms, great central location, delicious breakfast, nice courteous staff. All around satisfied.

I really have no complaints! The towels could be softer? One of our rooms was beside the hall door which slammed fairly regularly early in the morning which was disruptive. Otherwise it was quiet, exceptionally clean, the staff was delightful, and we were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Currently staying here due to business an d summit. Got a room on the 7th floor at the quiet backside and great view. Room is clean, contemporary design. Unfortunately no mini bar and window cannot be opened for fresh air. Bathroom has everything you need. Breakfast has plenty of choice. Coffee not really up to standard. Staff is great; friendly and helpful. Beds are fine. I recommend this both for business travellers as well as for leisure. Centrally located.

First of all you have to say it is a 3 star hotel in London. The quality of this hotel compared to others in London is excellent, that's why I put a 5.
Large Room, no noisy, clean and spacious bathrooms. Safe, hairdryer, iron, tea and complimentary coffee in the room. And an exceptional buffet breakfast included in the price. Excellent value for money.
And one of the best things that has had this hotel is Cristina Feijoo, reception, who attended us with great kindness and willing to help in all that we needed and always with a lovely smile. We Were made to check-in and check-out, and also answered all our questions about London with great patience. And the best spoke in Spanish, is very grateful.
Distance to Covent Garden walk 25 minutes… Metro Stop 3 minutes away. 20 minutes to Big Ben, 10 minutes to London Eye. In short you can reach the most emblematic sites walking.
It Has typical nearby supermarkets and pub as well as restaurants.

Good location. Economic. Nice. But They don't have frugobar in the bedroom and they don't have a car park when you rent. The staff were very friendly and friendly.

I give a 5 because I found a hotel to repeat, the reception has been attended by Cristina Feijoo who speaks Spanish and very good treatment, very close to the subway and train, at breakfast lots of variety and all delicious!

The hotel side absolutely fabulous, staff where amazing very accommodating the only thing that was annoying was waiting for someone to open the doors when we arrived out of hours. The restaurant namely Greenpoint/port was absolutely diabolical ordered the sharing platter for the three of us the numbers where odd 2 of this 3 of that the chicken wings and balls where probably seconds away from cremation, as the chicken was do overcooked there was absolutely no flavour to it other than that of char. The garlic bread looked nice but as there wasn't enough so I never got any the prawns while they sung a paler song than the wings and chicken balls they where also lacking in flavour even the addition of she'll where it shouldn't have been there didn't do it any justice needless to say that ended up in a gorgeous forest green napkin. Now let's talk about the good things the nachos you know the things the chef barely touched I actually told the waiter when he brought the items too the table I wasn't happy with the visual of the food when I explained what was right with the food he took off the cordial of the bill which is pretty abysmal considering we only ordered two drinks with cordial. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant as when we went we where at that point the only customers so god knows what people put up with when it's a full service. I'd give 0 stars your only bumped up due to exceptional service from the hotel staff.

My stay was very short and for work, so I did not make the most of the services of this hotel. However, my room, although small and with the basics, was clean and I was able to rest properly. It doesn't have an excessively new look, the bed was somewhat small, and the bathroom is pretty straightforward, but as I say, there was nothing wrong with me.
The staff was very friendly and helped me by giving me information for everything I needed. I forgot my Europe-UK power adapter, and they pointed out to me in detail the nearest place to get one.
Not the hotel where I would stay for a holiday for pleasure, but yes for a short stay for work in which I did not need great luxuries.

Welcoming attitude at the front desk. It is a 3-5 minute walk from London Waterloo Station depending on your walk speed. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good quality too. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anything from overnight to a long period.

A really nice and great hotel. We arrived at noon and immediately got our room, although the check-in was to be booked after 3pm (? ).
Our room (barrier-free) was very large, overlooking the Shard. Area is very central, UBahnstation Waterloo are about 7 min walk away. Opposite the hotel there is a kind of ambulance, so once in a while the sirens of the ambulances are heard. Supermarkets and restaurants are close to the subway.
The hotel also has its own restaurant with lunch facilities. The breakfast buffet is very large and extensive (hot buffet with sausages (can also be requested vegetarian), scrambled eggs, hash browns, (soooo good) baked beans, cereal, various hot and cold drinks, pastries, ham, cheese, waffles, fruit) — really awesome.
There is a work area where PCs and printers are available and a small fitness area.
All in one, a super hotel, very friendly staff, very clean, great location and great price/performance. Visit was very pleasant, can't complain about anything — so recommend!

Loved our stay at this hotel! It's is just minutes away from the Train/underground station and a short walk to the London eye. The breakfast they offer was lovely. The on-site restaurant offered more American type cuisine but it was good food albeit a little pricey for somethings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London!

The check in was swift and well done. The room is clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. The location is close to Waterloo station so easy to get on the underground for going to other parts of London. The breakfast is good and there is plenty of choice of what to eat including a waffle maker for fresh waffles. This is a good value place to stay and I will come again.

This is one of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time. The rooms are clean and modern. We were especially impressed by the bathroom with walk in shower and elevated toilet. The room was equipped with an iron and board as well as a safe and TV. There are also big mirrors which are helpful when getting ready in the evenings. Will visit again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and the truth is that the experience has been phenomenal.
Twice in the end of the year. Very well located, next to two metro stops and Waterloo station.
Perfect to walk to the London eye area, Big Beg. Westminster Abbey, Cathedral. As well as the entire South Bank area etc.
Also if you are already staying on the 8th floor on the street side, it is perfect to see the London Eye from the large window of the room and the fireworks of the New Year ' Eve. Repeat.

The hotel has a great location, quiet. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the underground Waterloo station is about 500m away, from here you can reach everything very quickly. (best to buy the oyster in advance).

The Hampton by Hilton hotel is very nice, especially for the price. It is in a good location close to all the action in the city. Also, you can go almost anywhere front there via the good Bus and Underground connections.

It has very good location and the free breakfast is a big plus (it's buffet), I give it 4 because the price can get to be a little high for what you get, but the service, cleanliness and location are impeccable.

The location of the hotel is convenient for London Waterloo Station and public transport is readily available. The room was clean, spacious and had everything needed including an iron and hair dryer. Staff were polite and helpful and there were fantastic options at breakfast too.

The room was clean and simple. Not massive, it enough room that you didn't feel cramped. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, if selection, although the cooked breakfast was only ok.

Close to Waterloo station. It is convenient that the room has an iron and a tea set. This is where all the advantages of the hotel end. Expensive. The rooms are cool, as well as throughout England. My room had only a shower, with such a design that splashes fly all over the bath. Not critical, but I would prefer having a bath.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Bedrooms comfortable, clean and quiet. We were staying as a family of 3 and room was great size. Our favourite part was breakfast, it was fantastic and the staff organising it, incredibly efficient. Definitely coming back!

Reasonable hotel and decent price for the location. The breakfast options are great and includes waffle irons to make your own fresh waffles. No room service is available which is a down side and the queen room with a city view had a view of the bins outside so really wasn't worth the higher price. Would stay here again but in a standard queen room without paying extra for the non-existent view.

Very good hotel, the only bad thing is that no one speaks Spanish, which I find unacceptable in a hotel belonging to the Hilton chain.

Lovely rooms, professional and helpful staff. Loses stars thanks to the poor upfront provision for vegetarians and vegans. Soya milk for cereal kept in the back and delivered in a mug. Vegetarian sausages likewise not provided as part of buffet (although advertised). Evening menu in diner likewise a meat fest.

Very nice. The room was great a little small for my liking but it is London. Great breakfast and excellent Gym. I was a little surprised that I found a cheaper price than the App I downloaded…

We had good 3 nights stay at the Hampton by Hilton. The room was clean and tidied everyday. One thing which bothered me a bit was that there was no chicken or beef items on the breakfast buffet, everything had poke in it. Other than that it was a really good stay.

Have had a fantastic couple of nights here, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and light, and the beds are very comfortable. It has been nice and quiet, and being on the 7th floor, the views of London are spectacular. Loved every minute of my stay and would thoroughly recommend it.

Hotel in Great location! 5-minute walk to Waterloo station. The hotel was great, had booked with breakfast. Rich breakfast offer. Room very clean and modern. Only the wardrobe was far too small with us. But overall a super hotel! Staff also always helpful and friendly.

The hotel was completely in our imagination. For three people our room was a bit cramped, the sofa bed pleasantly wide. A very nice bathroom was closed with the closet sliding door — interesting solution. The breakfast buffet was very good and the food was good and we had a good meal. Staff and room service were very friendly and attentive — again note 1. We booked an amount to the room and were able to eat and drink well in the bar and the affiliated restaurant. The location close to Waterloo station (not a 5 min walk and with all public transport. We used complications the Oystercard, which was explained to us by the staff there and helped with the delivery and the return) and the Southbank on the Thames Bank (8 min) was top.

Stayed for two night. The breakfast had good traditional British lots of options, but not a huge fruit variety; however, the waffle station made up for that. Apparently mini marshmallows are popular on waffles. The room is very clean and has the right amount of space for a quick stay. The bathroom was also a good size. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. There is a restaurant in the building as well which was an excellent choice after being out all day. It was within walking distance down to the london eye area. The room also comes with a safe, but no mini fridge.

Breakfast was by far the best I've had in any hotel, with many options including gluten free bread that is toasted on request. Ideal sized rooms with good facilities. Staff are very helpful and it really added to our London trip.

Perfect place to stay when you want to visit London England. Public transportation is just right outside, so it is very convenient to get around. The staff was excellent, took care of us like we were royalty. The room was very clean and spacious enough for two adults and one child. We would definitely stay here again when traveling or visiting London again. The breakfast was bountiful, plenty of great stuff to eat to keep you full for most of the day. Hampton Inn money back guarantee is well worth the risk.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is really what I liked most with a broad choice of food. The room was very clean and quite spacious for the price. Very friendly staff, too. Nothing special in general but there were no flaws in my opinion. You can't go wrong by booking here.

Very nice hotel. Spacious room, everything new and clean. Breakfast is complimentary and is awesome. The food and the ambiance. This is a great plus since most hotels would charge ridiculous money for a lousy breakfast. One thing to be aware of is that there are no USB plugs to charge your phone in your room and the only outlets are UK type. I forgot to bring my own adapters so I requested one at the reception. They wanted me to pay for $3.5 for one when I was expecting to get one for free. Like I said, this hotel looks new but they seem to have forgotten about international travelers and the fact that we all need to charge our phone at night!

Problems with hot water for shower (i. E. Cold — a "slight technical issue" for whole building), television not tuned properly and breakfast without full compliment of items. Bedding not changed daily and bathroom not always restocked adequately. 2 out of 3 lifts for the whole building out of service for 3+ days! Some very good reception staff but others failed to apologise sufficiently for these basic problems. Management don't seem to care. Not worth what they are charging for rooms. By the way, only floors 1-3 are for their 'basic' queen room guests, it would seem.

We stayed here as a trip to Europe Midway rest point. From Heathrow over, the subway is very convenient, but because our trunk is very big, we is by taxi. We like walking, the hotel is close to the River Thames, you can admire the London views for we. Here the waiters are very friendly. The hotel is very modern and very clean. The rooms are very modern, clean and bright. Breakfast buffet is great, especially the sausage, it was delicious. I will definitely come again to patronize.

The cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, the bathroom, take care of a lot of the attention of the staff, the location and the breakfast (the machine to make waffles)

Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo is a bright modern, comfortable hotel with friendly, efficient staff. The foyer has a relaxed lounge feeling with a 60s/70s inspired modern lounge that is great for all guests. The onsite bar and restaurant are quite busy and provide a reasonable service throughout the day. The rooms are well appointed, although I feel they should be more spacious to make them more comfortable. No on street parking available throughout the day.

Big comfortable room, comfortable bed (rather hard, doesn't sink), everything clean, nice bathroom, brilliant lighting (looks almost like natural light), comfortable armchairs, big window, absolutely quiet (a room with a window to the back, not to the main road) … even the AC/heating can be switched off completely making this hotel the first one where I am able to sleep perfectly well without wax earplugs on (in most other hotels, the noise of lifts, doors, other rooms, talking, traffic, and mainly the AC/heating making a continuous and more or less loud hum, sleep is impossible without earplugs). I only wish you were able to open the window to ventilate the room. Single minus of the room itself: as always, not enough storage (one shelf and one rod, might be enough for one person, certainly not for two, even for a few days). Nice receptionists, good cleaning staff (they leave everything where it was), fast lifts with no waits and no queues… One big disadvantage (probably the single one) is the breakfast; we went down to eat once and absolutely everything was so unappetizing, that we didn't touch it, nor did we go down for breakfast any of the other days. Unripe apples and bananas was all the fresh fruit there was; a couple of canned fruit types, orange juice (made of powder?

The hotel is in the perfect location. Just the service is really poor, no one seems to care. Quite disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

A lovely Hotel with warm welcoming Staff, the room was very clean and tidy and the hotel itself in a prime location. Even if we did get lost the other side of the river walking back to it. A perfect place to stay near to the train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.
