This hotel's city-centre location allows guests to get out and about actively. The staff provided pleasant service. I would be back here again.

Four Seasons are just THE place to go around the world… on a par with Mandarin Orientals, but I’d like my ashes scattered fiddy fiddy.

Very nice hotel. Spent a couple of hours inside the hotel and I can tell u lovely interiors beautiful mannered staff. Friendly and warm. Definitely going back for a much longer stay.

Staff is really trained to make you feel at home. More than excellent on service. Great atmosphere, great location. Its people makes this Four Season (Kelly, Carlos, Daniel, a nice lady from Bordeaux, concierge, bar, registration people, really left London impressed with their kindness. Will go back in my next visit to London!

What you would expect from a Four Season; great service, high quality at a price.

Most comfortable hotel beds in London, elegant rooms, exceptional room service menu — broad choice of delicious dishes from multiple cuisines, competitive with the best restaurants in the area. The middle East dishes are must-try. Highly recommend well designed 24 hour gym. One of best I've used for proper work out, despite relatively small size. Convenient location, yet pleasantly secluded. Minutes (walk! ) from Hyde Park Corner underground station. Perfect for business travellers, vacationers, romantic breaks, and staycations. In fact, stay here on any excuse you can find! Stay in the garden lounge room/suite if you can. Idyllic rooms that we didn't want to leave — understated luxury, cosy yet elegant. Heaven!

— I went there for their spa, and it’s lovely. It’s located at the highest floor of this four season hotel. Staffs are very professional, their spa area is very clean and exclusive. I had a treatment inside their sky suite, which is absolutely wonderful. The room is very nice, they have a view to the city as well. Very private and exclusive, definitely recommend ladies to go with their female friend or boyfriend, husband. ✋ — However, you should consider checking your budget because it’s quite pricy. You should also book in advance.

Different from Trinity, I love the staff. They knew your name and the decor was classy and absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely amazing experience here at the spa. Really relaxing atmosphere and I had a personalised full body massage which was fantastic. The lady was called Grace and she made me feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend! Loved it. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a week. Nice clean rooms & though room is small but its a comfortable feel. Conveniently located, just a 5 min walk to Hyde Park. Short walking distance to Buckingham Palace, & the famous shopping districts of Bond, Oxford & Regent Streets.

I celebrated a birthday with a personal massage. It was amazing. The spa staff were really friendly and the facilities were incrediable. The personal massage was very relaxing and relieved my back pain. The spa room itself had an amazing view of hyde park. I cannot recommend this spa enough. I'll definately be returning.

I was there with my company on a training day yesterday and I have to say the food served was amazing something for everyone and the staff were brilliant very friendly and attentive to everyone.

The guest rooms are excruciatingly tiny. The ammenities and the staff are beyond fabulous. They make Four Seasons who they are.

The service was incredibly I was there to do a client hair. The Waiter's where very officiant and friendly. As I was waiting for my client I had lunch at the bar area the food was amazing.

Had a spa treatment in the spa at the Four Seasons. It was really wonderful. The staff were excellent. Nicola who performed the treatment was great. She explained everything clearly & allowed for relaxation too.

I booked the Green Park Day package for me and two friends, and it was absolutely worth every penny! The lunch was generous and delicious, the treatments took me to another world and the spa itself was just luxurious. They scatter the treatments and times for everything so well that you spend most of your day purely with the people you booked with. We saw two other guests as they walked through from their treatments, which just eliminated any awkwardness. We felt like utter royalty. Thank-you so much!

I love the spa here! The massages are the best I've had anywhere in the world, (go for 90 minutes). Molly and Deborah are both superb. The spa is pretty small (men and women are separate) and includes a steam room, dry Swedish sauna with a view over Hyde Park/west London (on the women's side) and a jacuzzi and chill out areas. I've been twice reasonably late in the afternoon during the week and had the whole place to myself — was really peaceful and relaxing.

Staff are so attentive and the service is phenomenal. The ambience is magical with the Christmas tree, fireplace, decor and outdoor festive seating. The food was lovely and surprisingly affordable.

Had a beautiful afternoon tea every cake was hand designed and perfect and tasted wonderful. The service was very good and staff couldn't do enough for you would highly recommend coming here and would definitely come back.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was great and staff were excellent. We ordered breakfast to our room came on time and was excellent. Only disappointment was the tea and coffee.

I loved the spa at Four Seasons. To be honest, I found the spa rooms to be a little smaller than my liking, but the masseurs made up with their exceptional skill at work. I had a deep tissue massage and it was undoubtedly one of the best I ever had. 1 hour of pure heaven.

Staff are absolutely fabulous, nothing too much trouble, view from roof bar spectacular, food was tasty and to top it all they gave us a lift to the theatre in their Rolls Royce. Great memories made even more special thanks to the Four Seasons.

Amaranto bar is tastefully decorated and drinks/bar snacks were good quality. Helpful staff and knowledgeable sommelier added to the occasion.

Amazing afternoon tea great service and food.

Had a great couple nights at this beautiful hotel. Located within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, this newly remodeled hotel was a fabulous stop on our trip to Europe. We had some late night drinks on the outside patio of the bar and they were awesome! The next morning we had a killer breakfast at the downstairs restaurant, they actually set us up (by request) with our own table in the lobby sitting area and it was great. The service was top notch and the food was delicious-they actually had "American" style crispy bacon! One night we got a ride from the hotel's house car (Rolls Royce) to a local restaurant and it was real treat! Can't wait to come back and check out the rest of London.

Good hotel and good service.

If you're in Paris, you don't need to in the room stay, so there's no need to fantasize anything. This hotel is worth your paying the price. The room is basic, has all the basic equipment. It is located in the Montmartre district, surrounded by Red mills, amelies cafe, and more in Paris, a very cute little place. To it. The hotel from the subway and bus station very close, so you can quickly go to any place. Breakfast included in the room rate, very good. A bit small, but good.

I went to the bar at the Four Seasons to meet a few friends for a drink who stayed here, and was quite shocked at the cost of the drinks: £6 for a cup of tea and £15 for a classic cocktail + 15% service charge on top! The decor of the bar looked nice (apart from the spotlights aiming into our faces), but the atmosphere was quite dull, especially as it was a Christmas Eve. The staff was polite but without much enthusiasm. I would not rush to go back there, especially as there are so many other amazing places in London.

Stayed here during Christmas, very nice and elegant hotel. Enjoyed the experience and service.

Thanks to Natnael my colleagues and I really enjoyed the champagne afternoon tea experience. The food was delicious, atmosphere was very relaxing and of course our waiter Natnael was so lovely! We will definitely go back there soon!

Not the best hotel on this street. But its proper, and gives you the value of you money. Nothing more. Great outdoor terrace down by the restaurant.

A superb afternoon tea!
A formula to £ 36 with:
-5 mini sandwiches per person egg / green asparagus (very very good), chicken, cream cheese Mint/cucumber and bread to the cramberries (very very good also), rosbeef and salmon
-4 tasty mini raisin scones and nature per person, served still warm and accompanied by a delicious clotted cream, a cream with chocolate and a succulent Strawberry House jam!
-5 mini pastries, a carrot cake, a frothy chocolate cake with a heart of vanilla, a great tart with rhubarb, a wonderful Flash praline and a succulent apple butter caramel macaroon salty!
The are also very good.
The setting is beautiful and the staff very attentive and Nice.

Four Seasons’ roast duck is one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The ambiance is nothing special but clean. I have no complains about the service, staff was prompt and friendly.

Afternoon tea was a fantastic experience. The traditional English tea, together with the Italian tea was a delight. A belated Xmas present with "my girls", Emma. Beccy and Nikki thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thank you to all the staff who made it so special, will definitely be back next year.

The Four Seasons Park Lane has none of the traditional stuffiness one might expect of a hotel of this stature. It's fairly recent renovation (spa included) has updated the style to a modern 'oriental-chic'. Suffice it say, there is still more than a hearty dose of festal red on display. Which certainly goes a long way to maintain the lavish opulence of the place. And if the rouge of the interiors were a gentle reminder that Christmas was fast approaching, the giant fir flanking the grand entrance was a less subtle nod to everybody's favourite day. From the elegant, banister hugging, festive runners, to the roaring log fire, the Four Seasons did a superb job of readying its patrons for Christmas. I must admit, I was hard pressed to make it out to a meeting here with two lovely American bloggers. The cold, wet December evening and an early start the next day formed a compelling incentive to stay at home. But ten minutes in and happily swilling a delicious Côtes du Rhône, the looming prospect of work the next day had vanished from my thoughts. We had our office's Christmas party at this Four Season's. The theme was the Prohibition era, and thus you could see servers going around serving champagne in tea cups! The interiors were very well done for the party, and the food was really really good. Had steak and mushroom soup, and they were amongst the best I've had. Last year our party was at Mandarin Oriental, and this one at Four Seasons was a thousand times better than that.
