Hotel very well connected 2 minutes walk from several metro mouths, as well as the Natural History Museum. 1 minute from a restaurant/cafeteria/supermarket area. Small rooms like matchboxes, but comfortable, perfect for visiting and using them to sleep. Very quiet hotel. The rooms have a hairdryer, kettle (coffee, tea, milk, sugar…). Recommended for the value for money/location.

Nice hotel overall. Nice, clean room, although quite small, and a very nice bathroom. However, the walls were quite thin and you could hear a lot from the neighbouring rooms. However, the price was very cheap considering the area.

Great service at front desk. Easy check in. Small but clean and functional rooms. GREAT LOCATION! I like the fish tank.

Opppsite the Natural History Museum in Kensington, and walking distance to the tube, so in the middle of everything. Reception quite swish. Rooms small but comfortable. We had a problem with our loo, reported it to reception in the morning, and it had been rectified by the time we got back in the afternoon. Only real downside would be the old fashioned sash windows that let in the noise from the street below. Other than that, fine.

It's just a basic hotel The bar is more of some seating you would get at a cafe and then you go up to reception to get a drink. I was in a family 2× double bed 1×single bed big shower with bath 2×wardrobes/closets and a desk with hot drink making items and a kettle side note the kettle is in a draw of the desk. The staff are nice, kind and friendly but are room was underground with no nice view of London it's right next to the natural history and science and victoria and albert museums and a short walk to Harrods and a large area full of restaurants I would go again but not in a hurry.

Good hotel for a short stay. The reason for 4 stars is because the rooms were a bit on the small side. But apart from that the staff were very professional and friendly and recommended some great English pubs near by for our Aussie friends. Perfect location.

Very nice location and the room I stayed in was more than adequate. It lacked a kitchen however, which was a downside. It makes sense as it's not an apartment. It is close to several museums including the science museum, my personal favourite. For cleaning oneself a shower and complimentary shower gels. The cleaning staff are friendly, as a bonus.

Overall satisfied with my visit to this hotel. Good location with Metro not far, many small restaurants nearby and especially a very good value for money.
On the other hand for the negative points the room is a little small, single window glazing so noise when you give on the road and no radiator in the bathroom so it was cold enough in January.

This hotel is well located for transportation and is a great base for touring London. The room is small; But if you're on your feet all day, you just want to put it up in the evening anyway. It is cleaned every day meticulously! The bathroom is small and already a bit battered; But again, it's very tidy. The hotel has a lift.
The area in which the hotel is located makes a decent impression.

The hotel is located right in front of the history and Science Museum and a stone's throw from Gloucester Road underground station. The room was very small but clean.

Good location near two underground stations. The hotel is modern and tidy. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but that didn't bother me. The bed was comfortable. The shower is good, but the bathroom could use some heating. Breakfast was well worth its price. I would go there again.

Great location in an elegant neighborhood, very small rooms, but with everything you need and very clean!

The room was very small, the shower was a useless water saving waste of time. There was only 3 milk pots when it came to morning coffee. The bed was OK, the location was good and the price was right.

Nice place, friendly staff and very close to tube stations and Hyde Park. Natural History Museum can be seen out of the window. Would recommend.

Simple, convenient place to stay, zero atmosphere, some rooms can be noisy as adjacent to Cromwell Road.

Eden is good hotel if you want to spend a few nights in Kensington. The rooms can be small but ok if you don't want to spend too much time in your room. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel and building. rooms are a decent size and the bathroom was new! fluffy towels and fresh sheets on the bed. Walking distance from The Natural History Museum and The Science Museum. Will be booking this hotel again!

The hotel was in a pleasant location just 5 minutes walk from the South Kensington tube station. The staff were friendly although I arrived late and left early so didn't get much interaction with them. The room was very small but clean (a trade off I'm happy with). That said the shower was incredibly small, I'm not that tubby, yet I couldn't turn round fully without knocking my arm on the wall, that said, it's cheap, it's compact and it's ideal for 1 night, maybe 2. There was plenty of plug sockets, a small desk and tea making facilities. There is a TV in the room, but as you'd expect, it too was small. I would stay here again but would expect to pay no more than £100 per night (price as of May 2017).

Good position, clean. However Wi-Fi reception is bad and the rooms are way too small.

Clean and comfortable to sleep in. It's the perfect place to explore London from. Close to major museums and a couple of minutes from a tube station for going further afield.

The room, whilst well decorated was very cramped and it was in the basement next to a busy road so it was very noisy all night. The continental breakfast was nothing special.

I have stayed many times at Eden Plaza Kensington hotel in London. The hotel was about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to a London eye. The staff is helpful and you really feel like you are taking care of and it starts already at reception. The room was really clean and nicely set out.

I've spend 7 nights on summer 2015 at Eden Plaza Hotels in Central London. Excellent location for shopping in Belgravia, London Museums, London Embassies and Harrods all within walking distance. This hotel is highly recommended.

We wanted a hotel close to the London Eye as we were spending the evening there. I booked Eden Plaza Kensington hotel because this Hotel was best hotel in Central London and also close to the London Eye. The beds are comfortable and the pillows lovely and soft. The breakfast is very healthy and staff very helpful.

Little but friendly hotel, between the cool districts of Kensington and Chelsea, where there are good restaurants and a lot of culture. It is near the Natural History Museum, just 5' from Gloucester Station, 10' from Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall or 15' from Harrods. Excellent.

I would certainly book this Eden Plaza Kensington hotel as it was reasonably priced considering its location near to the Buckingham palace. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Eden Plaza Kensington to take my daughter to London for few days. Hotel was reasonable price close to Kensington Station. Staffs were very helpful indeed. Room was perfect, breakfast was brilliant. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel on Sunday the 1st of March. The hotel is in Earls Court with easy access to the Kensington Gardens and of course Buckingham palace. The staffs on check in were polite and very helpful.

I have stayed at this Eden Plaza Kensington hotel several times. Location is great, just a 5 minute walk from the Madame Tussauds. The staff is quite friendly, the rooms are of a fair size and comfortable. I would whole heartedly recommend the Hotel.

We stayed at Eden Plaza Kensington for 2 days. This is a perfect location for visiting the Museums in the London area and is only a 10 minute tube ride from Hotel. The staffs were welcoming and friendly. The room was plenty large enough, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel. We stayed last year for one night, after an event, and we found it lovely. We are looking forward to returning in a few weeks. It's very well situated for the tube, very well presented and the staff are very nice. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time at Eden Plaza Kensington. This is an excellent place to stay close to Kensington Station. Our room was clean and so was the bathroom… The staff were very attentive and the hotel was very clean….

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now, both times were work related. The hotel is in a great location, close to Kensington Gardens.

Great location in London, either way 5 min to tube station in GLouchester road or South Kensington. Room is clean and ammenities is OK! our toilet keep getting issues with the flushing and it took them 2 days to fix it! it was quite annoying. Other than that! staff is quite helpful.

Room very small and in the basement. The sink is great as a vase from the windowsill. Walls are thin and you can hear noises and words of neighbors. Good clean room and bathroom, no small feat in London. Great location (bus stop in front of the door and undergroud to 150 meters). Reception staff efficient but not very friendly (they never smile).

Of course the rooms are small, this is right in the centre of posh London! But this being said, the prices are very reasonable for the area, the location is great, the hotel is very clean and the bathroom facilities very convenient (which is not always the case in old buildings in the UK). Definitely recommended.

Very bad communication I have been charged over £100 without even staying there. When I booked over the internet in march I didn't receive a confirmation email until 08/05/13 which said I couldn't cancel 48 hours before stay. I spoke to staff on phone who where very aggressive in attitude and dismissive they didn't want to know just took money off card. Would not like to have any dealings with this hotel again. Made other arrangements and after passing this hotel I am very glad I didn't stay looked very run down and grubby with dirty window compared with other properties in the same road.

Location excellent, but with small accommodations. Prices according to region.

Too small and poorly cleaned in the morning to get up at the same time is impossible because you do not together in one room can move.
