Budget-friendly hotel with nice staff. The room was very clean and looked very neat. The beds were extremely comfortable and next time I visit London I'll definitely come back!

The room was clean and everything worked fine. Friendly personal. Breakfast was good. Great location, opposite kings cross. In the bathroom I could use my 230v europlug for shaving.

It complies with the published. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. Very small rooms and difficult to access. Narrow staircases and no elevator.

Very close to Kings Cross St Pancras station. Small, but clean and modern room. Friendly, helpful checking. Good Wi-Fi. LOTS of affordable restaurants close by.

Great location basically across the street from King's Cross Underground and St. Pancras Int'l. Great value for a cozy room while being so easy to get to everywhere in London.

Small rooms with no elevators. Comfortable and clean, though. Don't go with big luggage.

Located a very short walk (minutes) from St Pancras so convenient if you are taking the Eurostar to Paris or elsewhere. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage and walked to the British Museum. I booked the single room which was indeed very tiny. I'm not sure of the size of the other rooms but if you are planning to book the single for more than a night I would suggest upgrading for more space. Bed was very comfortable and area was quiet.

Just a normal, average, clean hotel close to the train station. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was ok, I would have liked some vegetables to go with the continental breakfast. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable but nothing to write home about.

For a long weekend it's perfect! Right next to Saint Pancras station (Eurostar arrival station)! Close to the London Underground!

Great place to go on holiday with great service except that in the morning when you have breakfast the waitresses are there as carabinieri doing nothing, would this.

Clean hotel. But little room have can not go around the bed. Bathroom very small but correct (should not be too obese) very average breakfast if you want an English breakfast you will be very disappointed very can of choice. The good point its that it is very well located close to the train station as well as the Metro.

The hotel is nice and the prices are good. The position is gorgeous, very close to kings cross station, with direct link to the downtown and Gatwick airport. The personell is kind and nice too. The breakfast is very good and offer a wide choice. The rooms are small but nice and complete. I have to give three stars for the comfort of the room, because it is too hot and there is no way to cold it down. Secondly, during the night I heard a lot of noises from the street and inside the hotel, and I didn’t slept well for the two nights that I spent there. The hotel has no lift and it was hard to bring my heavy luggage to the last floor.

We chose this hotel because of its price, proximity to public transport, and the offered breakfast every morning. For those things I can't fault it, but I probably wouldn't stay here again. The reception staff told us at check in that we could pay our bill upon checkout, but then reminded us every time we entered the building that our bill wasn't paid. They also "suggested" checking out early as they tend to get busy around 11am, which was the official check out time. We were still in the room at 10:30am on our last day when a maid tried coming in to get started on the room. Didn't even knock before beginning to open the door! When we mentioned this to the staff they explained that the housekeeper probably thought the room was already empty, as if this was a valid excuse.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great. The single rooms are really small but it is a place to make tourist life. They provide everything you need to spend a very cozy stay. Being half a block from a busy avenue, the room you give to the street is Tranquílisima. The cost/performance ratio is great and I have no doubt that I have already chosen as a place to stay in London on upcoming trips.

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms and super cheap for London. So close to Kings Cross Station and close to underground stations for easy access to the rest of London. They serve a continental breakfast which had a good selection of cereals, fruit and breads along with some other food.

This hotel is certainly convenient to the King's Cross tube and train station. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean. But they are cramped. The neighborhood is a bit dicey and one night there were guys yelling in the street much of the night. There is a convenient McDonald's very nearby.

Perfectly fine for a brief stay in London and a great value for the price. Room is typically small, no real surprises with any of the in-room amenities. Front desk staff are super nice and someone is around 24/7. Kind of weird to leave your key at the desk each time you leave but it didn't bother me. Pretty nicely stocked bar and a cute rooftop patio out back near the lobby. Bed was comfy enough. No A/C but we visited in Sept/Aug and slept fine with ear plugs and an open window.

Well, location is good, room is extremely small, staff are quite nice, breakfast is quite simple, with only toasted bread as hot meal.

Small rooms, but it's all you need! They have you leave the key to your room with them and then don't take verification to retrieve your key after your day. As such, I didn't leave any valuables in the room. Breakfast was well staffed, and quite enjoyable aside from the room temperature orange juice. Location is right across the street from kings cross, and was a pleasure to be right by transportation.

Very nice, great location. We had the room 57 and it was a little small, however very clean Wi-Fi very fast, very nice staff The breakfast very good, various types of cereals, yogurt, fruit, eggs soda, cheese and ham sliced, bread to toast, jams and Nutella.

Good: helpful and nice staff, relatively clean room. Offered a twin room, which was hard to find. Excellent location for hopping on the underground. Bad: tiny room and bathroom, and our window was jammed upon arrival (but the staff helped fix it). Breakfast was OK, but what can you really expect.

Breakfast could be better with more variety on fruit, but it is amazing for the price.

This hotel is relatively basic, but not fancy. If you want to find a place to sleep, Breakfast is reasonable (only buffet style) and the staff is great, this is where you fit. Here the station just a few minutes walk, and nearby there are many shops, bars and restaurants. You will not enjoy what a luxurious experience, but prices…

My room was on the top floor, a bit of a climb up the stairs but a comfy room at the end. I loved my little room, very cozy. My room was very clean and the staff when I met them were very nice and friendly. I loved that I could open my windows and let in the breeze. The breakfast was nice too, simple but healthy. My only tiny critiques are that the curtains, which were over the bed, needed something to hold them in and keep light out, like a small magnet or something to hold them in place. Otherwise the bathroom was extremely tiny, very clean, but tiny, making it a bit of a contortionist act to sit on the toilet. All in All I had a lovely stay and an amazing trip thanks to this hotel's comfy room and great location.

Hotel staff were very rude. Shower flooded into the bathroom because of poor plumbing.

The location is excellent, walking distance from metro. The hotel is not the best, you need a little fit.

The room is really small and the floor of the shower is really dirty. Receptionist and staff serving breakfast are not friendly and never say goodmorning or goodbye, thankyou, have a nice day. However, the breakfast though simple but good.

Incredibly cramped room, very hot, bad smell from very nearby toilet (this was a basement room). Location good, ok if you just need a place to stay. The bathroom smell was bad though so you may want to check whether you would be put in these rooms at the very bottom.
