Decent enough for the price. Good location, friendly staff. Clean bed, bathroom could’ve been cleaner as it had mold. Room was very hot but this is likely due to the heatwave, no air con in my room however. Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room either which was annoying but not too frustrating as I wasn’t in the hotel for very long.

I stayed in a room that had infestation of mites (invisible bed bugs). It caused skin itching at night while staying at the hotel and 2 weeks after the stay, consistent with symptoms of scabies. I had to treat my skin, disinfect the house with insecticidal products, wash all bed linens, towels and clothes at high temperatures. When I contacted the hotel manager, he redirected me to the pest control company that they were using. The pest control company said they would look into this and I then I never heard back from either the hotel or the pest control company. The staff of the hotel was mostly polite, but that was the only positive comment I could make during my stay. Other than mites, the hotel had mold in the bathroom, shabby walls and room equipment (hair dryer didn't work), reception that smelled bad of spicy food, the reception was also used as a kitchen for breakfast, which was of bad quality. It's probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very small and dirty room. 15 min by walk to underground. No problem if you want leave your luggage before flight. The breakfast was very poor.

Good to spend a few nights alone. Very old. The toilet restored and wonderful.

Very basic room. Bathroom tiles not as clean as they could have been. Breakfast adequate.

The location was bad and won’t feel safe coming back at night. Plus, the breakfast was even worse!. If you wanted to smoke outside at night make sure to have your keys with you, otherwise you’ll have to stay out there until someone else comes.

Hairs on towels, pillows and sheets (luckily had my own towel), limescale on shower head, worn furniture, 6 flights of stairs — not prewarned and no help offered with bags (even as a small, slim female), stained pillows, music from neighbouring room — who also woke me up at 2.30am coming in (VERY thin walls), toothpaste/limescale in glass in bathroom (not sure what it was) I notified staff of issues and had to ask for eye contact as he was more interested in his tablet. I also mentioned the size of the room not reflecting pictures on the website and he stated it was "biggest room available" (which clearly wasn't true — see pictures). He offered fresh sheets and pillowcases but didn't offer to change them himself, just handed them over to me. Cleaning lady was polite and friendly but she said she would have to ask the manager if she could give new sheets as they only change them every two days. I asked if the blankets would be taken to wash and she said not until next week. Since I came on Tuesday I wondered if it had been used by someone on Monday and left on the bed. She gave me two extra sheets which I asked for instead. It got very cold in the night as my radiator was only getting slightly warm. There was a blow heater which I used but that was loud and smelled like burnt plastic so I was weary of leaving this on overnight. It quickly heated up the tiny room anyway as I put it on the highest setting.

Apart from that our room was on the floor — 1 and the window (top) looked out onto the sidewalk, a humid, stinking place, with mildew on the walls due to some loss, indecent bath (the shower did not drain properly), the double beds are single adapted for two People, small place, small cupboards.
Our room was for 5 but would have been good only if we had been in 3.
I'm not going to get any more feet.

Avoid staying that hotel it’s full of damp and heating was broken and pubes on toilet seat and draughts coming thru window and room was so small and dust coming from floor and drawers isn’t even cleaned and it’s disgusting not to forget the plug socket was open and man teletaped it lol?, I had to fight to get my money refunded. A horrible disgusting hotel and I wouldn’t let my pregnant girlfriend stay there and the man said no room left and the man was cleaning the damp with a spray in front of us and said all sorted and tried all sort of stuff to make us stay in that room and I wasn’t having any of it. Avoid the hotel at your peril, it’s meant to be 3 star and I wouldn’t rate it one star. If you want videos or pictures PM me and I’ll happily show you.

Great price, hotel nice and clean and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. I forgot to pack my phone charger, after asking where the nearest shop was to buy one the staff member on reception gave me his. A silent nights sleep for me!

Meh! Beds not very comfy and beds jammed into room, no wardrobes, couldn't swing a cat round in there, sockets were hanging off the walls, but cheaper than the leading hotels if staying for a couple of nights, if not pay for a more expensive hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price-performance ratio was great, since hotels with a higher price have looked much worse!

We were there a little by accident, due to an airplane delay, but we could not choose better, much cleaner than the average English, large rooms (we had a quadruple with bathroom in the room) on the main Street, Zone 2 almost 1, so centrally located, and close To the Metro, also recommended for low prices. Great!

Stayed here for two nights… We were in a family room right at top of the building no lift so take in to consideration if you have little people when offered this room… Room was very basic and clean shower not up to much but it worked so bonus! Breakfast if you don't eat quickly it's taken away from you so be quick if you ain't eaten before breakfast finishes at 9 lol… Continental was edible so not going to grumble… For the price we paid was cheap and cheerful not worth the full 5 stars rating I could of gave it… Tube a good ten minutes walk so that's ok If your a very picky person I wouldn't recommend but if it's somewhere to just rest your head for night then yes it'll do.

The room is nice, the breakfast was good, but it was cold in the room.

Took £95 out of my girlfriend's account 48hrs before check in for no reason, when we questioned the untrustworthy staff they didn't care or do anything, meaning she had to waste time phoning the bank on our holiday to stop and retrieve it. I suffered a bad electric shock from a hair dryer that had open bare wires, again rude staff didn't care when I reported it. Room dirty and smelled, found bites on my body after being in the bed, smell of gas in the room, toilet didn't work, Wi-Fi didn't work, dangerous staircases, no 24h reception like they state. Basic hotels can still be reputable, but this is the worst place ive ever stayed, you'll find better for the same money so look elsewhere. Dont be fooled by photo's or what they (falsely) advertise as you'll be very disappointed and ripped off…

Mould in the corners of the room, very compact room making you feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable mattress. It's ok for what you pay but would recommend spending an extra 10/20 pound on somewhere cleaner and more open.

The hotel was not even worth the cheap price! Its was horrible and the bedding itches! I do not recommend this!

Great location, very handy for Olympia and Westfield. Room small and breakfast basic, but it is cheap for the location. Fine if you need a bed for a night whilst at a conference and your travel budget doesn't stretch to a swanky place!

It is a very quiet place, perfect for weekend getaways, very well located and communicated, with a bus station on each side and a main one at the end of the street, plus, it has a lot of discount vouchers at reception that you can catch when Want, there is a store two blocks in which you can find the basic products at a very good price.

Room was basic but at the cost this was expected. Breakfast was busy but I didn't have to wait long. Overall a nice place and good value for money. I would return to If I have another convention to attend.

Got exactly what I was paying for: clean room with an internet connection. Check-in and — out was simple and painless. However, the internet was a bit unstable, and didn't fully cover my room. Breakfast was "simple" (about a dozen options, thou), and contained everything I needed. Overall a very good experience, if there is need, I will use their services in the future too.

Small but comfortable room but the mattress is very bad with lumps and sinks. Far from downtown but well communicated about 30 min from downtown by Metro. Breakfast is little varied though enough.

Well Wi-Fi not working most of the time. Breakfast was wery little. Staff was unknowing. Beds where bad. Check in was really good. And if you don't mind a 10 min walk to the tube/underground and another 10 min by train the location is great! And a pub nearby.

I this cosy Hotel I would come again gladly. This Hotel is quite close to the London city centre, 20 Min. With Underground. The price and performance ratio fully and completely. Since the Hotel offers Breakfast in the morning, it is quite practical! The Breakfast buffet was sufficient, there were Müssle, as well as plenty of bread rolls sausage and cheese, different fruits, Nutella and jams is offered. The linens were clean and towels were changed daily. The hotel Manager is really friendly, during our four day stay, we experienced only a positive facial expression. Wi-Fi worked great. What is also good is that there are in the rooms, kettle, tea and coffee; so that you can make after a busy day, a Cup of tea and relax. Although some of the furniture and carpets are a bit dated, the walls are clean and the bathrooms are newly tiled. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone.

One of the worst, if not the worst, hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Was here two nights in business and paid over £100 pounds per night for this crap. Absolutely ridiculous. "Highlights" include: * I was locked in the bathroom because the handle came off! Tried calling the reception for 20+ minutes but no reply so I had to break down the door to get out. * The breakfast's a joke. Someone on the staff made some scrambled eggs and heated some beans in the reception/kitchen (! ) area and put it with some nescafe and ready-made muffins on the counter. * Not enough room to be seated for breakfast. Had to load up a big plate and take it up to my room. * Very, very noisy. Spent the first evening listening to a neighbour’s TV and phone calls. * Poor, poor air quality in the room. * Temperature changes a lot and can’t be controlled. It’s either warm or you open the window and freeze. * Sad excuse for a Wi-Fi. Works ok for 2 minutes, then super slow for 1 before its dead for 15 minutes. * The staff seemed a bit sad and awkward in general. I don't blame them. They're probably good people that made a few wrong choices in life and ended up here. If I haven't made myself clear: Stay away!
