Room small aircon great breakfast ok
Down size took ages to find as two almost opp ends street
Work going on outside lots noise early am from drifters sleeping on street
Couldn't get into room till 2 pm but left luggage staff help full but it was hot maybe offered water or the toilet after travelling so far
Also near lifts and can hear talking from other rooms.

On the positive, the location is great, room was clean and staff were friendly. But, I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was uncomfortable, the place is a maze and my window opened into what can only be described as a storage room. I have no idea how this can comply with fire safety standards!

Never expected the best but on arrival charged extra for early check in £20 for then the receptionist to then check the room was available for early check in. The windows are mouldy the plumbing is horrendous when I used the shower I got about one minute of hot water. However the worst so far bearing in mind we still have two more nights here so could get worse. Guest in the next room decided to have a shower at two in the morning and you noise the plumbing made in our room was absolutely appalling bang bang banging it went on far after the shower stopped. The phone in the room doesn’t connect to the reception at all I had to call reception via my mobile the first call they cut off then the second call I was offered a room exchange in the middle of the night no apology. So I’m no so tired and all I want to do is go home so no I don’t recommend this hotel.

Room doesn't fit description on Agoda, the AC wasn't working while the room was much hotter than the outside. It was also very stuffy. I could only tolerate the heat for two hours and I had to leave and stay in another hotel. When you complained through email, they blamed the agents for not updating the info, and they even said, "Be advised that, this is the hotest summer since the 70’s, and the UK in general was not prepared for this hot weather. 90% or more of the houses do not have AC in the UK, 95% of the hotels which have less than 4stars do not provide AC either. However, since we want to improve and to not confuse guest we did advise all the companies we work with about the issue. And in the maintime we are working on repairing and changing the non working units. " Brilliant.

A very substandard place — turned on the air conditioner and water was running out over the wall and soaked the carpet — they fixed this by placing 2 towels on the floor!
2 TVs in the room nether one of them worked!
Had a shower in the morning and opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off due to the steam, the sensor is right outside the door — all in all not a great experience.

It was ok for one night.
Very overpriced, really not worth the money at all. Room smelled but was clean, however it was very hot on arrival and you had to go back to the reception for the controls. Not sure why they aren't given to you at check in.
Place like a Rabbit Warren which made lugging suitcases through fire doors difficult.
No TV due to building works accross the road (aparrently)
Breakfast in the basement was nothing to write home about.
Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Just finished my stay here location is excellent and staff were friendly. Have a small family and was put in a room in the basement where it was so tight to move and had to walk through breakfast area to get to lift. Couldn't breathe in room was that stuffy. But all in all enjoyed my stay would of been a lot better had been allocated room away from the basement.

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of a holiday. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable plus a decent sized bathroom. Breakfast is adequate fruit yoghurt eggs ham muffins cereal and toast etc. I require gluten free food but managed with rice crispies and eggs and ham but would have liked some gluten free toast — that's my only negative comment.
