Reviews of Park Avenue Bayswater Inn Hyde Park 4*
Apart from the do it yourself service, such as moving your own bags, the hotel was okay and the rooms were average size and pretty clean. Its also 2 streets away from a lovely road filled with cafes and shops and a metro. It is located in a nice area next to many other inn's.
We paid for the night before, as we flew in at 5am from Australia, so we could have a few hours sleep before beginning our trip in London. This hotel had given away our room and told us we weren’t entitled to the buffet breakfast because we hadn’t checked in yet. Great start! Took 6 weeks to have our money for that night returned. We finally check in at 2pm and get given our room, which was a standard room. It was disgusting and nothing like what the website is. That’s a superior room, just in case. When this was told to the Manager he shrugged. Took 3 nights of sleeping in a mouldy smelling room to finally be upgraded to a superior room which we thought we were staying in. The staff are very rude at the counter. Many people complaining when we were there. Buffet breakfast is very very basic. Considering the money you pay to stay here, you don’t get much for the dollar! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
Clean and located in a good central spot, just behind the metro stop. Very good breakfast. The only downside is that the room was really small. Overall, however, it is suitable for a stay of a few days. Affordable price. The location is very convenient, very close to Hyde Park.
The room is very small compared to the pictures and the lobby has nothing to do with it. The staff (especially the housekeeper) are not friendly and it is difficult to understand why I was told that we did not spoke French, that we had to fend for ourselves in English and then hear the same people converse in French with others Customers. In addition the smell is very unpleasant in the rooms and impossible to open the windows wide. Very poorly soundproofed, you can hear the neighbors, more than dilapidated elevator, noisy hallway, dirty walls with stains, holes, and be careful the shower is very slippery.
But we are lucky because in view of the comments some people ended up in the basement with mice and no hot water. This hotel is not worth its three stars and better to invest elsewhere.
Great Hotel in the middle of central London!
I have to tell you the truth, I had found a very good offer that almost didn't seem true.
Reading some reviews I was very doubtful, instead I was very satisfied.
I stayed in a double room on the first floor. The room was not large, but it was very comfortable. Equipped with air conditioning adjustable through a practical and intuitive completed thermostat (very fast cooling system).
The bathroom was very wide to be a London bath. The shower is nice, clean and wide.
The room in general was very clean.
To welcome us, on the desk of the room, a machine to make coffee and tea in pods positioned elegantly next to, next to two white cups with two teaspoons.
The room was also equipped with a smartphone that could be used to get around London.
The hair dryer was also provided, along with a WALL USB socket to directly charge its own portable devices, as well as of course two English wall sockets.
The linen and towels were clean and soft. The only flaw, a window, with openness to Vasistas, which gives towards nothingness.
Very close to the Metro (there are 3 lines within a 5-minute walk).
The hotel is in the residential area of Bayswater, so in a quiet area, but very close to pubs, restaurants and fastfood.
Booked a 'Superior' double room. Partner and myself had to take it in turns to move about the room. Quite the smallest room we've ever stopped in in Britain. Queried were we actually in the 'superior' room and was told we were — it has been refurbished and has aircon and that is why it is 'superior'. It was comfortable and quiet but I wouldn't want to stop there long it felt too claustrophobic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently situated for underground and Hyde Park.
We used credit crd points for this room. Thank goodness I didn't pay for it. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were promised a room with 4 twin beds. We got a basement room with a double be, a twin bed, and a fold up bed. It was unbelievably hot and there was tons of mold in the bathroom. Avoid this place at all cost! Our room was nothing like the photo on the website. See below.
I don't recommend it. You can hear everyone having showers the walls are so thin! The Buffet Breakfast was not nice. Yuck. No first aid kit. At least you could shower but the tap is in an awkward spot that I kept knocking it with my elbow and switching it off. The lifts are tiny! Good for budgeting though. It't location is great though near many shops and cafes.
The room was small, but the staff very helpful. They let us check in early for an extra £20 which was totally worth it since we were on an overnight flight and arrived very early and needed to rest. You can hear between the rooms a little, but it was fine. Breakfast was excellent as well as the location. Less than a 10 minute walk to tube and nearby pubs and restaurants.
Beware the basement rooms are very dilated and dark do not match the PHOTOS of the SITE.
You have to demand rooms on the upper floors to have very good rooms.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Good breakfast.
Nice location, quiet, small restaurant 5 min walk.
Ideal for a small weekend in London.
The most: very good location to visit London.
The less: soft and spring mattresses, shower. 2 points still crucial for a hotel…
Structure in a nice area within 5 minutes of the Metro. Clean and cozy. Friendly Staff and very efficient Italian Parlamte! Thank you again victory for his kindness and helpfulness!
Nice, clean hotel in a great location. The room was small, but cozy. My only gripe is that there was a musty odor in the room, most likely from the old carpet. Other than that, it was a decent stay and the staff was friendly. They also had a really good breakfast buffet.
I would like to give this assessment as encouragement! The staff (also Italian) is kind and courteous and ready to meet the customer for every need! The rooms are not the best, the building is of old construction, heating working (even too), continental breakfast included. Ideal for those who like me want to visit London and return to the hotel only to wash and rest. Nice area, quiet and close to places of interest and stations when I return to London I will definitely stay in this hotel again!
Clean and well located hotel (Metro and restaurant not far). On the other hand difficult to find and random bedding according to the rooms.
Stayed 4 days, really enjoyed the hotel, and the staff are really good and accommodating. The spread for breakfast was amazing, and good. Their yoghurt in itself is worth the stay! I found the bed very comfortable and the pillows soft, yet supportive. Loved the area, it is near enough to underground and food, and if you don't feel like going out, Butler24 service is fantastic! It isn't perfect, but it is clean and homey and the staff are truly wonderful! If I were given a choice Hilton or Bayswater Inn, Hilton would lose. I would stay at Bayswater Inn! … and do try the yoghurt, it is amazing!
Very central Hotel, very clean, excellent service at reception speak Spanish, a lot of food at the breakfast buffet, double room, quadruple room spacious, very comfortable beds and excellent general cleaning, together with towels and bath. Everything specified to the hire it is true, has tea making facilities, and free tele plasma. 5 minutes away from 2 entrances to the subway Bayswater (Circle & District lines) and Queensway (Central Line) 8 minutes walk from Hyde Park. Many Supermarkets nearby (Sainsbury's, Tesco…) and many restaurants (Mcdonald's, Pizza Hut and English pubs) Very happy with the experience.
A bit far from the center but well communicated. Very small rooms but with everything you need and some good detail. The bed was very bad. Good location Overall pretty good.
Outside Hui inside ugh! The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
Terrible hotel, the whole place smells like cigarettes, my bed was broken and the staff did nothing about it. About 7 tables at the dining room and terrible breakfast No doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.
Attention! The photos on the net do not correspond to the standard room you get! The superior rooms are shown on the net! We had before the upgrade a room in the basement, without windows, a pump in the Adarea pumps up every 2 minutes and that around 1.30 in the morning. There were 1 box with 3 hangers. The bed is a monkey swing. It is cramped and small and stuffy. Heavy! After the paid upgrade — money makes everything possible — we have a super superior room on the first floor. Very new — a window is also on the way! And it's quiet! Those who watch over a tour operator Bay – do not take standard rooms! The staff was very friendly and helpful! That was positive and they tried to help! Our photos show the "standard" room in the basement and the superior room above. The rooms are so different! The change has made the stay very nice!
It was right. The area is great.
Nice but small rooms.
Freshly renovated, clean bathroom.
Comfortable bed.
Good breakfast.
Those who need only a place to sleep are well served with this hotel.
Price/Performance Good!
A pigsty, frankly, pitiful. The rooms are old, we are ashamed, they offer the client without any shame, the owner has no public health awareness, and on top ask you 50 pounds of bail in case you break something, when everything is in bad condition.
To top it off, they didn't give us room until 3:00 in the afternoon and we left our suitcases in slogan. When we went to pick them up, they had stolen all the Iberian ham we had inside. Coincidence that the only one who could check the cameras, for a few things or for others, was never in the hotel. It was just the did that we arrived. No one gave us any explanations.
Unfortunate. The first day just arriving you have to deposit a bail of £50 that do not warn. We had to leave in the luggage locker because we did not have the room free and they stole all the sausage we had. We went to see things and when we came back we no longer had the sausage. We were given long for 3 days about checking out the security cameras, and the day we were leaving, more of the same so we went unanswered. We had hired two superior double rooms and got one of them with two beds, with a dirty, old state, the phone didn't work and when they happen to make the bed turn off the heating and when you arrive at night this room is freezing. The Wi-Fi only works in the hall. They are under construction and to move from room 121 to 104 you have to go down to reception and change elevator. The receptionist Lorena quite unfriendly, the other in the morning Andalusian very nice. The breakfasts acceptable minus the juices that are disgusting, and the only good the location with the center.
It's not recommended at all. The first day when we arrived they said that keep the suitcases that kept us, inside we had valuables and Iberian sausage for dinners, when we arrived at night we had stolen all the food, we asked to revise the cameras and we got Long until we left telling us what it was. The rooms are depressing the east side, very dirty, unpresentable bathrooms. The breakfast is horrible, we had stomach aches, the hard sausages, the hard buns, the Malisimo coffee, the tasteless jams, the juice was made with powders. We made reservations with travel club and we were not warned that we had to leave a bail of 50 pounds per room just in case something happens. The receptionists of the night are edges and rude and they just think about finishing their turn, they didn't solve us at all. Not at all advisable this hotel, is better certainly any Spanish hostel and do not want to disparage them, is not at all a 3 star hotel, unfortunate.
After a reservation by phone and after receipt of the reservation voucher or I am promised a room of 27 square meter and view of the city. Arrived a room in the basement barely 12 square meters view on a skylight of 2m square. A bathroom on the edge of unsanitary. Beds of the camp in scrap. We asked for 1 single double beds. Finally we'll have 3 single beds. Short stay partly spoil. The photos of the site should only correspond to a few rooms but certainly not by the vast majority. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Positive: very quiet and very cheap. The bathroom is well maintained. Negative: The rest is very worn out. The hallway is overwhelming and filthy.
It was the best experience. Year 2013 November. Greetings from Chile. All very friendly especially the young person in the toilet who knew Spanish. UFFFF pure luck to me.
Clean comfy room. Nice staff. Very helpful. They NEVER answer the phone! Best to contact via Facebook Messenger.
So, very bad experience. From the first night, it was impossible to sleep because of the rats/mice running in the ceiling (room in the basement). Suddenly in the middle of the night we changed rooms. And there in the new room, the sound of the heating (similar to the jackhammer) that still prevents us from sleeping. The staff however was very helpful and smiling. Anyway, I'm not coming back.
I'll talk about the service, the food, the lies and everything.
in detail. (important to read all).
First of all nothing else we entered the hotel do not speak Spanish at all.
After paying 100% in advance of the room, ask us there without notice or booking or the hotel a "bail" of €70 EURAZOS, which also return it within 5 days (see if I return them and when).
As for the room and services and meals: the room:-The Wi-Fi is FATAL.
-Windows do not open.
-Lots of noise in the halls (Night and Day).
-Rooms or a minimum of isolation (zero rest).
-Fire alarm jumps without more at times (often noise and woke us up). I have video on the net for the most retailers.
-Hot air or heating is disconnected when you want.
We go that mid-night if you're cold you can't have the heating.
A technician was supposed to come because we thought the window was broken and it didn't open and no one came.
The service of the HOTEL: as we said zero Spanish.
Breakfast you have to go nothing else opens or you run out of table, no cutlery, no food… People lined up to come in for breakfast, once inside there was no room and people were having breakfast by the front desk on the couches, floor or even windows (crazy).
Then covered were finished at 10 minutes, until they were washing and taking out little by little. So more tails. The glasses were finished and pulled out of plastic.
Rooms are functional and clean. Unfortunately it is not possible to claim the breakfast buffet and the corresponding room, unfortunately dingy (but is mainly due to the guests. ) Staff is friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the fire alarm is often triggered because the toaster starts to smoke.
Stayed here for a long weekend. I found this a very nice hotel. The rooms are adequate and the bathrooms are very good. My only complaint is the breakfast area its like a free for all. The layout of the breakfast could be improved. Other than that would recomend.
Great breakfast. The location is very close to the Metro. But mattresses with the piers outside and a lot of noise.
What can I say? The hotel is amazing, the staff is so friendly and they always want to help you whenever you need. The room was perfect, always clean and it had the perfect size for a couple. It's been a pleasure for us to live three days there.
We were at the Bayswater Inn for two nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room was small but clean and the ensuite and shower were well maintained and stocked. The hotel was very busy but well run with plenty of staff available at the 24 hour desk and around the building. The breakfast was fairly hectic and the seats and tables were quite spartan but If you gave yourself a bit of time then it was fine and you did not feel delayed. The food was fresh and excellent quality and was topped up quickly when areas ran low. The location was close to Bayswater station and felt quite safe even late at at night. You have to be mindful when booking that this is a very reasonably priced hotel and not to have unrealistic expectations but we would certainly stay there again.
Site I would not recommend, room in my case new but very small, lacking plugs and shower very uncomfortable by the fixed artichoke, Wi-Fi only in the hall. And to have a shortage of table breakfasts, you have to wait standing. Mediocre attention.
Horrible, disgusting and zero customer service. We have had to change rooms 5 times… 5 times in 3 hours! In basement rooms. And each worse, the radiators do not work in the middle of January, the baths and filthy floors, and the manager himself by deference would have to offer something better, for shame because not… If you want something better for €24 more per night, it "is not your fault" if someone has a bit of decency… They do not book with them, rooms directly to the street, broken and in a mousetrap.
I would not advise this hotel it is great room! The people at the reception its not amiable its not smiling! I would not advise.
The rooms in the hotel are very small and uncomfortable. It comes to the öffteren that the fire alarm system starts at night and that only when someone is already hot showers.
And the lift also doesn't always work.
I would not recommend it to anyone!
Standard room: Old, ugly, roomy and spoiled. View on a wall with a. Chimney pipe. The only window is very room. The ceiling is all yellowed. 1 neon lamp to light. Formula One is cleaner. One would not dare to lay his feet on the carpet so she EDT old. Frankly absolutely not recommended. To flee.
The room was clean and the breakfast was very good… there was a slight lack of cleanliness in the shower… Too close to the elevator and no night's sleep.
Not bad. Comfortable clean bed, clean room, nice staff. But the room we had was rundown and breakfast was good enough. Though they are currently renovating rooms. So the problems we had might not show up when you visit. Another small thing. Check in was suppose to be at 2pm but for some reason we had to wait until 3pm to check in. The guys have room for improvements, but all in all it was a good place to stay the night. And that is all I ask in a hotel so the verdict is "it's okay".
Very friendly staff. Very nice quadruple rooms. Okk Breakfast.
Pretty central Hotel, with 2 metro stops at 5 min walk.
Value for money I would say more than good, given the standard prices in London. The rooms are small but functional, except for one day it lacked hot water. Good breakfast but not great
Only flaw is that there is no Wi-Fi in the room but only in the reception.
The hotel area however is full of shops bar restaurants (of the big chains).
For what you pay you can not expect more! Satisfied!
Horrible, mold and dogs and cat hair everywhere. Unfriendly staff. Beds had everywhere stains and windows not cleaned.
Very central as place is located with two metro lines the yellow-green Bayswater and the Red Queensway… I have been 6 days in a single spacious room, it is a very clean hotel and in London with these prices it is really rare to find this perfect binomial! The staff is welcoming, especially the Campano… Nice and helpful I recommend it to everyone!
Thank you.
A simple but clean and well located hotel next to two metro stations. A very nice neighborhood.
I stayed at this hotel a few days ago with my boyfriend and we took a double. Getting to the hotel was very simple. Great location, room always clean, small bathroom but functional, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. I will definitely go back!
The hotel itself is quite nice and in a good area. A subway stop (Bayswater) is a short walk away.
The breakfast is great, everyone finds something, no matter if classic English with baked beens and sausages or Croisant with jam.
However, there was a very spotty carpet in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we were there were quite a lot of teenagers, I think on a school trip, you were awakened at night even one or another time. Furthermore, our room was quite small. For a city trip no problem, longer would bother me.
The bathroom is small but modern and very clean.
It is a good place to spend a few days, they offer buffet breakfast and it is pretty full. Very central location!
Very nice staff. Breakfast was OK. The rooms were small but top! The bathroom looked newly refurbished. I would book again.
The location is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could be better, there is no one who knows Spanish although the page say yes. In the shower to penalties there is pressure so almost you shower with a trickle of water, the poor and poorly organized breakfast ran out of the few things that had and took a lot to rearrange them above all this happened on weekends. And the very nice receptionist are not. The cleanliness was the good was always limpito.
Small room, in my opinion before room was a storeroom, there was a door inside the room that we did not know where I was headed locked… Small shower, very uncomfortable bed. The receptionist was very friendly, I had no idea of Spanish, it seemed that I did not want to understand it. The breakfast was very good. They ask for bail of 50 pounds, in the reserve do not comment any of this bail… The only thing that was worth it was the location of the hotel in a very good neighborhood and with the Metro a 5 minute walk.
The First room we were given was diabolical. 2 pull out, smaller than single camp beds, mouldy shower and broken toilet seat. I’m not usually a complainer but we had to say something as this definitely wasn’t the room we booked. Staff were very helpful and understanding (hence the 2 stars) and we were moved to a ‘superior room’ this room was better, quite small, but clean. The hotel is Very noisy with lots of talking and doors slamming. Didn’t get breakfast as there were no available tables to sit at but luckily there is a McDonald’s just up the road. Wouldn’t stay here again.
A very simple hostel more than hotel! First got a room in the basement (Room 5) without window very stuffy and outdated, on request at the reception luckily another room this time with window! On the whole a disappointment for €800 and 4 nights. The only good thing about this so-called hotel is only the location, otherwise prefer to pay a bit more but also clean and a bit more modern living. …
The hotel has a reformed area and another without reform. A lot of difference between the two. In the area without reforming the rooms leave a lot to be desired, both in care and cleanliness. Breakfast of not very good quality.
Located near the subway, in Nothing Hill.
A horror the photos do not match the reality. The rooms in the basement are worthy of the science fiction movies after changing 3 times of room we arrive at the DRC which is not better window condemned mauvise smell bad hygiene finally hotel not worthy of a single star! Even a Formula One is much better!
Attention — Very bad family room! We had booked a room with 4 single beds specifically. This was occupied. For this we were put in a room with two single beds and a double bed in the basement. The hallway smelled moist and after mold. Rooms very old furnishings and dirty. See photos. Hotel had no other quadruple room and didn't want to cancel either. Instead we have got another grottiges room with single beds. Just such a catastrophe — smashed disc with board nailed. Floor pekig. We have endured. On the following day we received a renovated room. Floor had a burn from the iron. Otherwise acceptable. The procedure seems to be a scam. Breakfast very basic but ok. Everything a little bit used to. Bad touch because it was advertised with a photo of a better room. We felt deceived.
Definitely a budget hotel. Make sure you request to be on the 4th floor as I think the rooms below don't have AC and might not be as updated. The room is small but it was adequate. The beds weren't great, but after site-seeing all day and being exhausted you can pretty much sleep anywhere, right? The breakfast was not great — I don't think I'm a terribly picky person, but it was really not great. The perks of this hotel is that it's literally a 5 minute walk to Kensington Park and some really great shopping. Also the restaurants nearby were pretty good and the tube is SUPER close.
Budget hotel, not bad for the money. Very small rooms, internet access only in the lobby. Very good English breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. But just a couple block walk to Bayswater shops, restaurants, pubs. And Underground station.
Ok but checked out early and didn't get compensated as air con wasn't working despite advising when I checked in. Good value for money otherwise.
Rooms extreme small although they were advertised as being standard and did not have in-room A/C, just a small fan. However beds were comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful and had variety. However the staff attempted to be helpful. Hotel seems to be in state of rehab. In that the connecting hallways were not freshly painted or wallpapered.
Great location, central London. Decent amenities, room size is small. Overall value for money.
This hotel needs some serious work, rooms are old and worn down. Breakfast is not very good. On the upside: Staff is nice and it's pretty clean.
Bad! Wi-Fi does not go, bad breakfast, rooms are not very spacious and uncomfortable. Terrible!
I stayed on the second floor. Room was clean and tidy. Comfortable. The room had a kettle, coffee machine, tea and coffee. Good location to explore Bayswater, Hyde Park, Kensington, buses nearby the hotel, staffs were very nice. Breakfast was good except from the mushrooms and tomatoes that seemed to be from a can. Nice selection of bread, yoghurt, jams…
Without praise and without shame just for those who want to spend little and stay close to the center and the metro, in a nice and quiet area after all.
The Hotel is very close to the metro station. Beautiful neighborhood… very very cared for luxury everywhere, but mostly safe. The hotel is not well-manicured or better the rooms are not big. However ours was on the 3rd floor and we enjoyed it. I saw, during our stay, that some guests left the hotel infuriated by the rooms in the basement. I can't make judgments because I've never seen these rooms. Experience good Ortima cmq the location of the hotel.
Location wise this place was great. Far enough away from the noise but conveniently placed near tube stations. That's where the positives end. I'd like to say that we at least had a place to rest our heads but even that proved to be an arduous experience. The springs of my mattress might as well have been exposed for all the comfort it provided. The included breakfast was clearly either canned foods or already packaged products. The Wi-Fi was non-existant. You have to pay after the first 30 minutes. We caved in only to find that the internet wouldn't function at all. After proving this to the staff, manager included, they still balked at giving us a refund (£5) as if it was some huge fee. We asked for salt at night to help treat a minor medical problem and the staff there refused us that, citing the fact that "breakfast ended at 10". Look elsewhere for your London stay.
The internet here is spotty at best, the accommodations are nice, not to fancy. They do their best, but it seems to fall short.
My first trip to London I chose this structure having convenience with the Center … BAD OPTION!
The Hotel looks nice from the outside, but the rooms we were given, in the basement, were those of a alberto a 0 stars. Small, dirty, uncomfortable and furnished very badly.
Besides the bathroom, a hole, not allowed even to take a shower in a humane manner without flooding the carpet middle room.
Also the breakfast was really poor, was saved just the staff was quite friendly.

The rooms were incredibly dated and dirty with badly any room to move in the room, let alone set down luggage. The bathroom was equally tiny and dated with pipes all over the place. Pictures from the website were INCREDIBLY misleading for our standard single 3 bedroom.
Exceeded expectations! After reading reviews that were saying the hotel was terrible I was worried about what to expect. The staff were very helpful and polite. Our room was modern clean and beds were very comfortable It's in a great location for sightseeing. Can recommend a stay here and would definitely come back.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs. After complaining to them they offered nothing by way of recompense and, indeed, tore up the official complaints form I filled in… which was a blank sheet of paper entitled complains form. They clearly know nothing about customer service or value.
First, when we arrived we were put in a room that we most certainly did not pay for. The room resembled a dungeon with the bed occupying most of the space leaving about a foot at each side for walking space. Since it was in the basement, the room smelled as you would expect a basement to, moldy and musty. On top of that, the toilet was quite literally PVC pipe slapped together and did not flush. At this point we were upset and frustrated and to their credit they moved us to a new room immediately. This new room was about a 9000% improvement but it made us wonder, why in the world would they put us in such a horrible room in the first place…
Nice Central location. Within a few minutes you reach the Tube station is Bayswater or Queensway. Visually a very nice building, interior is also very neat and clean. Breakfast we are used to in London better! The mattresses are much too soft. The walls are too thin, you can hear everything what is happening on the floor, and the room doors Bang so loud to you when sleeping awake.
Run-down Hotel, in the rooms (1. Floor) faulty repair work, a dining room sized to small. Stay in February 2016. Renovation work, probably in 4. And 3. Floor performed, currently probably in the 2. Floor.
Disaster of a hotel. All old. Broken. But good service from the guys secretary.
Hotel with good communication in metro, the rooms are refurbished, although there are some that are not, and I have proof that they are reforming, the breakfast was buffet and the hotel staff was nice.
My partner and I spent two nights in this hotel and the first night they wanted to sell us as the room we had paid for a room it looked more like a dungeon. With a heating to more than 30° without the possibility of regular. The room with almost no window and no natural light, a bathroom horrible. Nothing to do with the photos that you teach in your web page. To see that this was not the room that we had paid, we headed to the reception to claim, excusaron telling us that there were more rooms available but that the next morning we would change the room. Because my partner suffers breathing problems, the room was not suitable nor for sleeping a single night. So that we do not accept your solution. After insisting we managed to get us to change the room, that night, to a "something better". It was very similar to the previous one, something more spacious. Finally, the second night we slept in a room such as that offered in the internet, but I thought it was a scam that they try to that we'd settle for a room that more good is worthy of a hostel. The breakfast is not a big deal. Disappointing. The only thing to highlight in a positive, was friendly with the receptionist we deal when reclamabamos what we had paid for.
If you book from their webiste, Wi-Fi may be free, the staff told me. Unfortunately I booked from another hotel website.
Looks nice at front, but rooms are really tiny and smells if you have a room on the basement.
Worst hotel out of many I ever stayed in! My allocated room was given to someone else! People entering my room with luggage whilst im being asleep, receptionists giving public access to your belongings. With no excuses. The next day ròom card isnt working. The superior room wasnt in such a good condition as described, dirty walls mess under the bed etc. I really wouuld never reccomend this hotel even to animals. Its just a disgrace. However if you do decide going be careful with receptionist Kim, shes the one who likes to make mistakes or help out with theft of your belonging. After previous stay I wouldnt be so sure. Just be careful as you may go back home with much less than you came with.
Rooms and bathrooms very old and deteriorated (between my son and I fix the tank), normal breakfast. The best of the situation, the metro stop "Bayswater", less than five minutes.
Worst hotel i've been to.
Very rude receptionist, did not let us know that our taxi was waiting outside. Got delayed for our train to the Airport.
Worst hotel ever. Rooms were in the basement, mesh on the inside of the room from the window. Terrible carpet which is very poorly renovated. In the course of, it looks like a Madhouse. Dirty and located through beds where you can feel every spring. Room far too small for three beds + too little stash options for clothes. Bathroom was clean. Man at the reception spoke English worse than we. All in all a horror holiday.
As in jail! who loves grid before the window is happy here.
Worst hotel i've ever been to. The receptions are not very polite. They charge for everything. Breakfast is boring. Our room was too warm, and the heater couldnt be adjust by us or the maintenance. They wouldnt change our room. You cannot turn on the shower without getting cold water all over you first. The toilet seat wasnt properly attach to the toilet. This is not a hotel, and definitely shouldnt be classified as 3 stars. This should be a Hostel.
The worts hotel i've ever been. The rooms are awful, tiny and without any conditions. They chrage really much for every single service. Simply the worst hotel ever.
Not a very comfortable stay, would not recommend.
Someone called Shaik in this hotel is the worst receptionist I ever met in my life.
Pretty bad, room in the basement with a view on a wall has 2 meters from the window.
Breakfast draw, fruit in syrup in box, growing industrial moux, small room very noisy
Access to the rooms very room and a lot of noise from 7:00, as much as possible d sleep after
Point positive, hotel location, Access Center rapid city by bus or metro.
It is not terrible and breakfast sucks. Do not take the c n-1 bedroom is worst good luck.
Hotel to relax and take a shower. Good release and charming neighborhood.
— Reasonably room rate — Good service — Breakfast included — Couple of good shopping centres nearby — Easy to get to the tube stations.
This "hotel" was the naked horror. The room was extremely small and in a booked double room, a bed was with the dimensions 1, 20 m x 2 m. The cleanliness of the room and the bath read highly to be desired. The inventory in the years come and run down. The staff is extremely unfriendly. Never again.
Actually 2 star Tv does not work very modest breakfast I went with my wife and got two separate beds details that make the been service internet only in the lobby.

RespondThe hotel toll is located, close to the subway station Bayswater. From there, you can reach within a short time to all important points in London. Otherwise, you notice his age hotel. The beds are the location, which means room. The biggest joke is the paper bath mat from the bathtub. Some rooms are quite noisy, in particular forward to get out of the street, next to the elevator. The rooms in the basement are the hit probably also not as I was told. To back order a room reservation definitely so. The staff is friendly and helpful. Have even on request the elevator overnight turned off because it was so loud. The breakfast is what you call "continental" in the slang of the hotel. Sticky buns, jam, tea, coffee, juice. Otherwise nothing. All in all for a short trip to London quite sure to recommend ok, for long stays.

The Bayswater Inn has the potential to be great but fails at everything. On arriving at the hotel when we walked in to the reception and looked around we didn’t feel very welcomed the main area has some sofas which look very cheap and old and across from the reception area is an eating area which again looks cheap we chose to avoid eating breakfast here the next morning. Our room had marks all over the walls these looked to be either crayon/pencil or scratch marks this was on all walls there was cables hanging down from the back of the TV with no attempt to make it look neat and tidy and the picture behind the bed was not even straight it look to just be placed there to put something in. The bathroom was the best bit about the room although small it did look clean and possibly re-tiled recently the tap had some surface rust on it. In all rooms I assume is a sign like we had saying to be considerate to others in terms of noise unfortunately throughout the night all we could hear was other rooms TV’s and guests slamming doors this continued till the morning with rap music being played louder from a room down the corridor. In the morning we had a knock on our door about 9:30 we thought this might be the cleaner for the room we answered the door and it was a member of staff asking if we was definitely checking out and when we would be leaving even though check out time is midday this felt very unwelcoming and we felt very pressured to leave.
