It Is located close to central London, well connected to the transport and close to one of the most famous parks. Good service, not so much quality. But for a couple of days it's a good place to stay.

Ok for a budget 1 night stay only.

Very small room, nice service, good cleaning.

Good fish & chips for a good price.

The location is very good, services and hotel size wasn't that good.

Small rooms and slightly musty, but good breakfast, comfortable beds, and a legendary showerhead.

Good location, clean and affordable price. The room was not bad enough if you just want to spend the night. The breakfast included is not the best English breakfast you're going to try, but gives you calories to start the morning. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the personal right. As a negative point, one of the days had no hot water and had to shower us with frozen water. The room was a basement window, the remainder some light and views.
In conclusion: If you are looking for luxury, space, good views and many services, is not your hotel. If we find a good deal, you're not going to spend much time in the room, and comes well location, it is more than enough.
The worst, in hot water. Not we complain in reception, hope that was rather timely.

Great location, decent room, good price, clean tiny room, good breakfast, and really nice staff.

Stayed for 3 nights 9th to the 12th of July. The hotel is very good and just around the corner from Paddington station underground. Room was kept very clean and the beds were made each morning. The towels were also change each day. Shower a bit small but plenty of hot water. The breakfast was full English and as much has you could eat. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely come again.

Ill make this easy. Total nightmare, cheap and nasty wouldnt go back if it was free. Staff were ok but yet again I suppose they have to be to make up the faults.
