Terrible service. We booked rooms pre Covid but due to Covid we couldn’t go. A refund wasn’t allowed so we rebooked to go another day earlier this month October 2021. There was 6 of us booked in 3 rooms. When we got to the hotel they told 2 of us they had over booked so no room available for them and the rest of us they had no knowledge of our booking which had been pre booked months before. We have tried to contact the managers to get a refund and we are being ignored. Clearly they don’t seem to think 6 women in London with no accommodation is a problem, obviously to us it was a huge inconvenience. The guy on the front desk said we were not the first people this had happened to.
Terrible customer service from start to finish. Do not waste your time or money staying here!
Be good to see if any management read these reviews and get in touch to right their wrong!

They look close but keep the money of reservation and don t answer at all.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room.
The room we got, was too small for three persons. The hotel had missed that I’d booked a room for three.
The nice bathroom was ice cold And The staff could’t hjelp us with that.
Would like to have a TV in the room as well.

Amazing staff, perfect locattion in the West End, cozy rooms, love the bathroom, and comfy bed. I'd love a mini fridge and a tv, but the whole point is to spend more time out and about.

This was a fabulous hotel experience! The location was perfect, in the heart of everything to do and easy access to the underground.
I cannot say enough about the staff! All of them were so helpful. Ina and Rochelle were amazing! They were very helpful and kind!

AMAZING customer service, the warmest welcome. We had a nightmare with a hotel we previously booked, which resulted on us walking out, we booked the Assembly hotel at the last minute, best decision we made. They made our night and cheered us up. Thank you guys :-) it was my birthday weekend so they gave us a complimentary breakfast at their sister hotel. Hotel was lovely, clean and modern. We will definitely use them again. The staff absolutely made it for us.

This is an awesome hotel right In the centre and just across the road from the underground! The hotel staff were really friendly and very helpful and the restaurant has great views.

It's perfect for what it is — so don't book until you've read up on it or you may have unreasonable expectations. This is a very nicely appointed minimalistic hotel with a fun staff. Rooms are just a bed with side tables and a bathroom. No chairs, no tables, no desk, no television and no phone. And that is amazing. No pull of the television to keep you lounging in your room when there is so much to do outside. Location is perfect, right in Leicester Square near theaters, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. My one and only quibble, not worth removing a star, is that I wish the shower had a shelf to put the soap on. I will for sure book here again.

My 3rd stay here. Rooms are clean and cute, no TV or table to sit luggage or use to eat takeaway. Amazing location. You're Right In The Best Entertainment Area, so you're expected to be in the midst of the theatre, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Chinatown action. Bus stop is just outside the door! 15 minute walk down Whitehall past Horse Guards, Downing Street and Parliament to Westminster Abbey. Assembly is the perfect location for sightseeing. Restaurants everywhere. Highly recommend!

We love this hotel, the rooms are funky, modern and so clean.
The staff are wonderful and really do go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable stay.
It’s our wedding anniversary and we received a bottle of prosecco on ice. What a lovely touch.
If you’re thinking of staying here, the location is stop on, you will not regret your choice.

Excellent location, right in the center of London, a stone's throw away from Trafalgar Square, Soho and the British Museum. And if you need to get anywhere else the entrance to the underground is right outside as well. I booked many months in advance and the price was excellent. Expect this to go up (if it hasn't already). The patio at the top of the hotel was still unavailable so I can't comment on it. The room was small but made great use of the space available. There are no TVs in the rooms, however there is free Wi-Fi. The double bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Only small qualm I have is there was not a lot of room to place your toiletries and the small sink made it a bit hard to wash your face. Finally the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Recently opened, everything was in order. The room was clean and silent. The bed was comfortable. Everything you need to have a good night rest! Fantastic location, near Leicester Square. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Really nice and friendly staff! Location is good for shopping and visiting tourist attractions as the tube is just across the road! The rooms are really nice and clean with a trendy twist to them. Definitely will be staying there again!
