Very happy with this hotel would recommend for exploring London.

I left a dress in the room, called numerous times only to be given the run around.
2 weeks later dress still missing. unhelpful staff who steal peoples belongings that are left by mistake.

When I told them it was my birthday thats why we were here in London. They made up the room so lovely and even put up a bloon to say happy birthday. Made my day when I walked in to the room.

Hotel welcoming and very nicely redone and clean. Some things are not practical but the rooms at 4 are great. The friendly staff. Very quiet neighborhood. Impeccable breakfast.

Rooms with enough space and amazingly comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. Good continental breakfast.

Clean and tidy hotel, nice lady on evening reception, but… very hot weather and aircon didn't work and the towel rail in the bathroom was hot! Wouldn't go again. Breakfast was nice though.

Very nice place to stay well worth the money! Conveniently located a few minute walk from many food varieties, tube stations, and Hyde park (free activity). Child friendly!

Friendly and helpful staff hotel located in a small quiet street fortunately because the sound insulation is not great the room was pretty but some details like a task on a Chair and the shower joints to redo slightly dull the beautiful décor all in all it is a nice hotel close to all amenities cozy neighborhood chic bedding and decent breakfast and with fresh products.

We had no hot water on our last morning and front desk staff did not even apologise for it. We were also never told what time breakfast was during week days and therefore missed it on our last morning — considering we only stayed two nights. Staff are not very friendly and only do bare minimum — I would not recommend this place for the price you pay!

Very unorganised hotel. Very small with no facilities. It is good just for sleeping. If you want a hotel just to sleep you can go there. But nothing else.

Big room for improvement! Some websites mentioned its a 4 star but others Saying 3. For me it was 3 tiny, clean hotel, with some posetive and negative points. Breakfast was sooooo simple. Some employees need more training & not good value for money.

My husband and I had a great experience here. Very convenient to tube stations and bus stops. It is a beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We paid for the daily breakfast which was well worth the price and delicious. Hyde Park is right down the block and you are just a 25 minute walk to the palace. Bars, places to eat, and shopping are a less than 10 minute walk away. The nearest tube station is about 5 to 7 minutes. We would definitely stay again!

I totally love this place. It was my second time staying here. However I was a bit upset with the fact that I nearly got accused of stealing a pillow whilst checking out. They did not do their checks properly and the lady at the desk to our dismay (my wife and I) practically screamed out for the Manager who rushed upstairs before coming back down to whisper to her that they made a mistake. I was pretty disappointed though they did apologize but cant say it will be easily forgotten. The lady at the desk I must say lacked certain customer service skills. I will however stay here again cause I want to believe this is just a one off.

I can barely believe that we had no plugs working in our room. It was impossible to charge a phone. And management thinks it is totally normal.

Nice to stay in this hotel, especially the breakfast part. The receptionist of the breakfast area is so good. She always wellcomes us with a big smile and remember our habits. I will choose the same hotel to stay next time. By four people who stayed for 8 nights.

Perfect position, near lancaster gate underground station (Central line). Rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast is ok, but the best thing about this hotel is the service! All the staff is really friendly and nice!

My experience was amazing, the workers were very nice, the rooms were very nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the only bad thing are the doos which automatic lock every time you close it.

This is a centrally located Boutique hotel. Hotel away from the busy street, very quiet, and the nearby Metro station and very close to the Park, walk two minutes to reach. The cost of the room includes a breakfast. Overall condition of the hotel is very good, rooms are clean, bed comfortable, staffs are friendly and hospitable, considerate and thoughtful service. As with other London hotels, the rooms are a little small. Only regret is that we no mini-bar in the room, but that's not much of a problem.

Good location, very quiet, as the road is only of countries bordering the drive. The room was with 28 square meters very big for London standards.

Friendly and helpful staff who looked after our bags all day, 5 minutes to tube and a clean spacious room with nescafe coffee machine. The continental breakfast was good with a range of pastries etc. FYI the eggs were hardboiled not soft!

A nice cheap hotel in the centre of London. Got a great deal and got more than I expected! Highly recommended.

This was my first time of traveling alone and staying overnight. The staffs, on my arrival were so friendly and helpful that it wasn't a problem at all, I felt really comfortable.

Perfect position for shopping, great hotel and well worth the price and more. Staffs on reception were helpful, rooms were clean and the breakfast was good value for a continental.

The best part about the hotel is extremely co-operative and friendly staff.

We had a great 5-bed room with enough space for each one, the bathroom was sufficiently large for london conditions. The breakfast it was versatile, with toast and croissants, jam, honey, nutella and the various cereals and fruit! everything was really perfect. And the very best that nä. Tube station is really right around the corner, as well an excellent pub! all in all great.

No Wi-Fi! Wi-Fi is at least £15! no TV, even though it says. Old and shitty, dumb personnel that does not understand what a customer is. Very rude, young and dumb. Old old hotel, nothing touched from the 80s. Choose another one just because you can! Trust me.
