A station steeped in history. Has plenty of useful shops on offer and plenty of places to grab a bite before you embark on your travel, or in some cases returning!

High up but still a good view. Just wish tickets weren't so expensive generally as we would go more often. Still had empty seats. Shame. Lovely theatre, well organised for collecting tickets but felt a little rushed.

We sat in the last row (outer circle), high above the stage and still could see and hear very well. Pleasant atmosphere. During the break no problem to get a drink up there. Toilets in the same area. I recommend the venue.

Didn't find my train to Hogwarts.

Nothings a bigger buzz kill than trying to have a good time in a supposedly fun environment than watching private security guards walking by carrying drug hounds on a leash. It's deeply insulting to patrol your visitors like this.

Great theatre and fantastic show. Plenty of leg room, comfortable seats. Cozy bars. Very friendly and helpful staff. The musical itself (Everybody's Taking About Jamie) is the best we've been to — time flew. Laughed, nearly cried, danced. Highly recommended.

Beautiful theatre. Came here to see Wicked which was a wonderful show. The signposting of where to go once inside is good and staff were helpful. Prices of food and drink expensive but usual for west end shows. Overall would recommend this theatre.

Gorgeous theatre in London. Beautiful architecture. However the seats in the dress circle are almost impossible to sit in comfortably. There’s hardly any legroom at all.

Very charming theatre in the heart or central London. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Stalls has an amazing view from the stage. Large bar area so people are not so squeezed!

Everybody's Talking about Jamie was an INCREDIBLE show. Great seats for a good price, comfortable chairs that actually give you leg room, and really good sightlines from wherever you are sat! One of my favourite Theatre's in London!

Theatre is lovely. The seats we had (Row A, stage left on the wings) had a fantastic view. However, the seats themselves seemed to slant downhill to the left and the leg room wasn't good. The show we saw, 'Everybody's Talking About Jamie' was phenomenal.

Saw "everyone's talking about Jamie" with the family for my daughter's birthday. Close, intimate theater and a fantastic show. Well worth a visit.

Located in the heart of London's theatreland the Apollo Theatre is well placed for wining and dining before and after any performance. The theatre itself is a very traditional space with good views from all areas of the auditorium. We were in the Dress Circle which only has 9 rows. Bar service was good, toilets a little antequated but at least they are there!

Beware of the evening exit because from on the road.

Went to see the fabulous 'Something About Jamie' at the Apollo. Love the fact that this building and all it character has been kept and not knocked down to be built into a modern square building with no character. It's part of the real London. It provides a taste of the flavour and character of what London is really about and a part of our ancestry.

Lovely place. Small and cosy. Had a good view even in one of the restricted view seats. Even better was the show. Everybody's talking about Jamie.

Very noisy hotel, not at all soundproof, it's catastrophic between trains and neighbors! It's barely clean. The staff is polite. Breakfast is ok.

Went to see Everybody's Talking About Jamie — and with good reason, because it's a wholly delightful, fresh, completely uplifting show with a brilliant cast, creative staging, and positively amazing lighting. Can't recommend it highly enough. Would love to go again.

Very nicely restored. Good view of the stage from Dress Circle. Sadly only one bar which is downstairs in the Stalls area.

The Apollo is one of the smaller theatres built in a time of extreme luxury and the decor and plush upholstery reflects a money no object policy on the part of those who designed and constructed an opulent environment for patrons of the performing arts. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was adequate. We were in room 307. Had to climb multiple set of short stairs. About 5-6 steps each. Which was very inconvenient with luggage, stroller and a baby. Very convenient location, close to train station and many restaurants. Staff was friendly. Was able to check in early. Wifi was good. After getting under the covers I felt a white hair in my face. I'm sure the sheets were washed with it. Overall ok and I would consider coming back to a more accessible room.

Lovely intimate theatre. Currently — Everybody's talking about Jamie — which will make you laugh hard, shed a few tears and get you up for a good bookie at the end. 100% quality cast, singing, acting and very well written.

Never go there Personnel don't help at all, receptionist at night specially rude. Rooms small and dirty. Freaking bad.

Absolutely amazing! Whilst the show itself was obviously spectacular, the £20 seats had amazing value for money. Great view of the stage and nothing was ever blocked. 100% worth the money.

We went to the Apollo theatre to see Everybody's Talking About Jamie. It was a fantastic night. The show was excellent, emotional but fun and very entertaining. The theatre itself is nice, we were in row L of the stalls and had a great view. Our drinks from the bar were a bit warm so not ideal, but overall we had a great night.

Big station and it has connectivity to most of underground and National train… This station looks like mini Airport.

This was the smartest hotel I've ever been to. Hygiene = zero! For 3 days only cold water for showering, it was always said to be repaired. Yet no one has come. The double beds are far too small. I've been to London for 5 times, but I'll never be in this hotel again.

A nice hotel directly at King's Cross. It has really nice and polite staff, the rooms are clean and with air condition and a nice breakfast for a good price. There is free Wi-Fi and you can choose between English breakfast and continental breakfast which is a buffet. I can recommend it and would come again!

Some staff are GREAT, other are simple not happy to be there. The room was good, except for the bathroom that smelled kinda funky all the time. The location of the hotel is AMAZING! Right across the street from King's Cross — St. Pacras station. Makes it easy to get anywhere, even to catch the Eurostar to Paris.

Nice, smallish theatre. Front row dress circle seats were great, loads of leg room which is always good.

Great venue, historic old theatre. Just one thing to note, not very much legroom for the taller person.

Without being a marvel it is something more than acceptable. It shows that the structure is "greater".

Love it, is my hood and always something interesting going on, but please the Xmas art installation is driving us nuts, singing at 5am just isnt the one!

Fantastic new musical — everyone is talking about Jamie — so funny and moving. What a great pair of red shoes — killer heels rock!

Great show in amazing venue. Everyone was brilliant, the mother has a fantastic voice and brought tears to my eyes when she sang " my son". The boy who played Jamie was superb and to be honest every member of the cast did such a brilliant job, Could see it again. Friends of mine saw it in Sheffield and recommended it, well worth the day out in London.

HORRIBLE, go your way! The second star is because it is very well located but the positive points stop there! Apart from the outside which presents well, there is nothing left inside… Room (in any case the 305) was tiny, not catastrophic but impossible to open 2 suitcases at the same time in the room. You see the smell in a bathroom where there is no siphon: the same thing with a smell of moisture in addition. Can't sleep because of the smell if you forget to close the bathroom door. Do not eat breakfast: Croissant and chocolatines. Only crumb bread to be grilled, jams not good and butter completely melted. The state of cleanliness to access the dining room is more than doubtful in view of the customers; I dare not imagine what we could not see… Flee.

Went to Lea Miserables. Fantastic Show. In the upper circle. Try and avoid the left hand side as you have some restricted views.

Customer service was the worst I've come across in a while. Blunt and ignorant. Tiny hallways with automatic lighting were okay. Bedroom was compact with a double and single bed. Room was clean and bathroom and shower also clean. Couldn't find out how to get the free Wi-Fi and staff were unhelpful. Amenities in room were good. Extremely noisy at night but this is hardly the hotels fault as it is directly across from Kings Cross Station. Only issue I had with room was the mattress continued to slide throughout the night with pillows sliding down side. Constantly up fixing it. Not a great place if you're looking for a nights sleep. Breakfast was included but didn't try it due to breakfast where u was going.

They are horrible. We came in the hotel at 1 a. M. And we wanted a room. The receptionist then said we couldn't come in. Later we came back and we were serviced very rudely and were givin alot of attitude. Finally we get the room only to find that ours sheets were half the size of the bed and that the room was dusty. Also rooms are poorly built. Whenever we went into the bathroom it would hit the top of the door. We suggest you do not come here.

Nice old theatre — not a huge amount of legroom though…

Very high up upper circle and balcony Not recommended for those of us who suffer from vertigo. This theatre has air conditioning that is chilled over cold pipes in the summer.

This is a flea ridden cesspit. You cannot sleep a wink because every time a tube or train passes (every two minutes approx) the building shakes. That is interjected by the sound of people in other rooms as the walls/floors are so thin. If you are thinking of going to this hotel do yourself a favour and sleep in the middle of the Euston road. You'll be safer and get a better night's sleep.

Zero stars! I asked for extension of checkout time instead of asking for a refund in light of finding a stained pillow in my room on checking in. They reacted as if I was holding them up. They offered a measly 30 minutes! Also room service don't knock — with it without your Do Not Disturb sign and came twice into my room. I'm going to tell all I can't to NOT stay with them. Zaka (I forget if this was her real name) from Hungary, on the desk, was the only friendly one. A security guard looking guy was rude, nasty and extremely unhelpful. Will look to the booking agents and my bank for a refund.

Watch out — cheeky policy of giving you the most expensive bottle of wine unless you specifically request one. Otherwise good theatre!

We stayed there with my sister. This bed and breakfast is really close to the train station. The staff is very welcoming! The room was clean, not very noisy. Breakfast a treat! Typically English!

Just what we were looking for, a place well connected with the metro, that would allow us to rest, clean, no carpeting in the rooms and over a shower termostatica of luxury.

Horrendous customer service, lack of communication, expensive tickets and booking, lack of care for extenuating circumstances (i. E operation on day of booked show! ) even when you are spending £80+ on a ticket. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FOR ANY SHWO AT APOLLO THEATRE if you want a nice (or any) experience outside of the show itself.

One of the old West End theatres. What means the layout is old. Which means if you are over 5ft 10, you will struggle to fit in many seats. When buying tix online, they should provide seating advice. In fact I can't believe they haven't been sued. Had I been using a walking aid I'd have gone ballistic at them for selling me £80 tickets that I couldn't use. I got lucky that the interval was after only 40mins, I was in agony! Contorted to try and fit in so that my knees were round my ears and wedged against the hard edge of the seat in front. Fortunately there were a couple of spare aisle seats which I could move to during the interval, because we were on the verge of leaving. But I still had to twist my body round to fit in. And I'm not a weird size — 6ft and 80kg. And I do yoga. Oh, and the play was Cat On A Hot Tin Roof, which after a slow start grew into a brilliant production. Go see it if you can.

Great view from all stall seats. Was in W8 had saw and heard quite good for that far back.

Cant comment on the play or venue as was not allowed to enter being 2 minutes late. Fair enough but staff was not polite at all. Horrible experiance and waste of 300 quid. Hopefully the play was better.

Third rate actors and the prices are horrendous I wouldnt bother I can see why the west end theatre is dead, years of tim rice and andrew wotsit just killed it.

The room is common, not bad space, no air, take you, heladerira, dry hair in the room. The location is good, in front of the mcdonalds, burger king etc L to king cross across the avenue and other shops nearby. Have to save bags to £5 each day (should give proof or number for q nobody will bring a case q is not). There was the elevator and the rooms are top, we play the 3 floor for q we q up the suitcases and the stairs are narrow. A hotel so you should not pass up a day q the lift does not go.

Beautiful place, not much more can be said. Always great to go there if you fancy a show.

Location of the hotel is very good. U — train station and train station in the immediate vicinity. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had to go to the reception every day because the room card did not funkionierte.

The location was very good. Enough to serve as a pied-à-terre to visit London. Metro and bus at your feet. If you want prettier it will be significantly more expensive.
Breakfast.

This hotel was really easy to find, just across the road from King's Cross station. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and modern, with decent facilities for making tea and more than enough for an over night stay. The one issue was that the room was quite hot and the air conditioning didn't seem all that effective. Apart from that, I had a lovely stay!

Friendly staff and convenient location. The double room we were in was actually a twin room with two beds slightly smaller than a single each. I didn't have the best nights sleep due to the noise BUT this is NOT the hotel's fault — it is after all central London and right by tube station etc. The lift for disabled and pram access is down a flight of stairs! The breakfast was extremely good value for money consisting of cooked full English breakfast and continental as well. The adjoining Italian restaurant was perfect for an evening meal and also good value for money and friendly staff.

Very close to St. Pancras Station. To be able to visit one of my favorite cities!

Very friendly Hotel, very nice Owners, only a 2 Minute walk to Kings Cross Station. No significant traffic noises. Excellent Breakfast, small Rooms, but very clean and comfortable. We spent 10 Nights (2 Persons) and our expectations were fulfilled. When our next Vacation in London will take place, we will certainly try to book there again.

Excellent clean and modern stopover hotel. Good for those who don't want to spend too much on accommodation. 5 minute walk from Kings Cross means that it's in an ideal location n too! Staff are friendly. And courteous.

Hotel price was good. The room was very nice and clean with air conditioning. Had a walk in shower and all lighting and electrics in room are controlled by your key card. Loses a star as you have to pay extra to use the tv, safe or Wi-Fi. Although my company paid the extra for them.

Charming hotel close to st pancras station. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Only downside is the cost of luggage here…

At least as I'm accustomed with hotels in Italy, it seems to me that in London are demanding too much money compared to the actual quality of the service. Stayed for 4 days in a double room, small, ugly and with the stench of sewage that dated back from the shower drain. After 2 days, required changing room, slightly better but still too small. Run down property, only advantage location.

We Stayed at this hotel while visiting London for 3 days. I was so happy and satisfied with everything and the customer service here is excellent. We had Bernadette at the reception who was absolutely amazing and helped us a few times and looked after us so well during our stay. I loved the fact that the hotel has been tastefully renovated, was very clean and had a comfortable and clean bed, it was also close to the train station. (Liverpool Station) We took the room with no windows and it did not feel any different from rooms that were above ground and that had windows. I will surely stay here again and I am sure I will recommend family and friends to stay here as well. Do not just read the bad reviews, sometimes travellers don't always get what they demand for and the first thing that they do is write bad reviews, you must see it for yourself to believe it! A clean and welcoming very cheap overnight stay. You have to pay for extras, such as towels (£2.50) and use of TV (£5.00) if you buy the most basic room, however my rate had these included. 5 minute walk to St Pancras international.

It is important to manage expectations when staying here. This is a budget hotel, I chose it because I wanted to be close to the train station (took me about 4 min by foot). Checking in was very easy, they explained everything when I checked in, the restrictions on the TV, housekeeping, towels, hairdryer etc (I'll explain in a minute) the elevators were comically small, I had a duffle bag (wasn't even full) and a 35L osprey backpack, I crammed myself in this elevator and laughed all the way up to the 6th floor. Luckily, I noticed it does not make stops, for example, if you are on the ground floor, and need to go to floor 6, it doesn't matter if a person on floor 2, 3, 4, or 5 called the elevator, you will be a solo rider… so the size of the elevator seemed a moot point. The bed was uncomfortable (budget hotel remember) but the room had an air conditioner, it was controlled (plus or minus 3 degrees) for the most part but worked well. The bathroom was fine, but as a woman, only one towel does get a little difficult (what do I use for my hair? ) they said I could request another one if needed, but I was sure I read it cost more, I did just fine with only one, but when they cleaned the room, they did leave me 2. Speaking of cleaning, it is said specifically that the room will be cleaned on the third day, then every fourth day after that, that if needed will be attended to by request. It didn't bother me and I didn't request more frequent cleaning, I was there six nights.

Great location, windowless rooms, always clean. It was cheap but after I paid the early check in charge then its not quite so competitive.

Good for the price. Furnishings are old but clean and tidy. Small rooms are to be expected in this type of narrow building. Comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money and handy to public transport.

Good place with lots of floors and different music, but not so big you get lost. Good on a Saturday night.

My husband and I booked a double room online for one night at this hotel. On arriving at the hotel we reported to reception and were greeted with 'Oh, the thing is, another family has wanted to extend their stay and they have small children so we have got you a room at another hotel. ' There was no apology for the inconvenience, we were just told what they were doing with us. Worst of all, they expected us to pay them for the other hotel room before we could even see it. We demanded to see it and the receptionist rolled her eyes and reluctantly took us over to Montana Hotel. We would have kicked up a fuss right then about how inappropriate it was to relocate us without our consent or an apology, but we were running late for a show we had booked, so we paid the £69 for the room and were told we could come back to Lisa Court for breakfast in the morning. Later that evening we caught a glimpse of Montana Hotel's log-book which recorded that Lisa Court had paid them £50 for our room. Their listed tariffs on the door were also £50 per night for a double, including breakfast. We had paid Lisa Court £19 extra for basically no extra service! After checking out of Montana Hotel we went back to Lisa Court to demand an explanation and a refund.

This hotel is for city travelers who just want to sleep very well! I was accommodated with two friends in a triple room and must say for sleeping it is enough all the time! Toilet and shower are on the aisle however these were never polluted. From the location, I can even say top! Just around the corner there is a supermarket and pubs allso everything the small purse allows!

We stayed for 2 nights before going to Europe and then came back for 1 night before coming home. Very neat and tidy, yes the rooms can be small but hey you are in UK, and the Owner and his Daughter were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. Location and price worth it.
