Conveniently located for work. Very functional for the business traveller. Service is great. Rooms are on the small side. Very good room service menu.

Nice room and comfy bed. Friendly staff too. Will be coming back next time we’re in need of somewhere decent to stay in London.

We stayed at this hotel for my birthday wkend. They made us feel very welcome, we arrived at our room to a love heart made with towels, rose petals over the bed, goodies and sleep pillow mist. Elemis products in the bathroom. A very spacious room with a balcony and a lovely big comfortable bed. Loved every minute of my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I rarely give 5 stars but from the moment I arrived and throughout my stay, this hotel exceeded expectations. Nothing too much trouble, impeccable staff, spacious and well designed room, and extra little touches such as complementary popcorn, chocolate etc. I’ve generally stayed in a different chain of hotels for the last 10 years of visiting London regularly, but if all Apex hotels are of this standard I’m more than happy to switch.

Great hotel! Right in the middle of the city of London and its equipped with modern fittings and good views of the modern London offices. Very clean and the staff are very attentive. Highly recommend it.

Perfect hotel if you want to stay for a days business in the city, it is close to 3 metro stations. Clean and comfortable! Excellent breakfast! Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are large and clean! Nice bar for an evening drink.

Booked as a treat and now will definitely visit their new Bath site and other London sites. Really pleased with our balcony suite even though it was January and under ten degrees we still went outside. Wonderfully attentive staff, lovely breakfast again served by excellent staff. Very impressed. Would stay again.

Very impressed. Comfortable with friendly staff. Excellent standard room with large, clean bathroom and good complimentary items. Particularly impressed with the lighting, which was set at just the right level to be inviting. I would go back, and I definitely recommend.

Nice enough hotel, lovely bar open till 1 am. Room was ok, with a generous bathroom. The bath ducks are a nice touch.

Lovely business hotel. Standard rooms are a bit small, but clean. Service was smooth. Inclusive breakfast had a small, but decent selection, with your usual continental choices and British classics. I was there for business, so location was perfectly near my office. Enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful hotel. Doesn't look much from the outside but the rooms are luxurious, warm and comfortable. The food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. They really made us feel special.

I feel that even though I booked in advance I am entitled to a Proseco cup and not just for guests who arrives without reservation the coffee at breakfast c is lightly tinted water without any taste.

Rooms are amazing, clean and very large. The service was also really good and the food was tasty. This would be 5* but the prices for food and drink are very high, I know drinks in London cost a bit, but £20 for two was a wee bit too high. Overall though this is a fantastic hotel.

Good location, friendly staff. Rooms decent size (ours was "just" a Superior King), but somewhat noisy, even at a weekend. Ask for a room away from the road if available. We were woken at 1am by another room running a bath — would have expected better noise proofing in a modern hotel. Overall pretty good, but not great.

Quiet area of London clean room and pleasent checkin staff.

Good location. Even though the city shuts down at the weekend, you are 5 ins walk from either Moorgate or bank for transport meaning you can get across to any part of London easily. Room was modern (4th floor), and was quite large for London standards. Bed was a king, very comfy. Minibar, iron, hairdryer, kettle…usual extras. Complimentary snacks and water was well appreciated. Separate walk in shower as well as a bath. Free working Wi-Fi was good, and decent speeds as well with only a one time logon. Very quiet, apart from the building work currently going on nearby. The actual hotel itself was very quiet. The little interaction I had with the staff was all very pleasant and professional as well.

Everything was great about the hotel. The service location and complimentary items were well received. The only bad points that I experienced were a low electrical appliance hum constantly while we were in our room which got slightly annoying at night. Also a slight bad smell from the sink, bath and toilets drainage. Overall great stay though.

My girlfriend's 40th birthday. Had a great time staff looked after us brilliantly. Couldn't recommend more!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our first anniversary. We were greeted with a nice warm welcome and the staff were very helpful taking our bags before we checked in later that evening. They had set rose petals and chocolates on the bed and the room was spacious with a separate living room area. The bathroom had a nice shower as well as a bathtub and we had a really good sleep in the bed. The breakfast service was a little slow the following morning but it was very busy and the staff were very friendly, the poached eggs were cooked perfectly! The hotel was in a great location between Moogate and Bank tube stations. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky however as it is a bit hidden away, but overall a lovely place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff.

Location is superb if you are working in one of the Banks in the financial district. Modern and clean, very comfortable room. Disappointing gym though, 4 or 5 cardio machines and no real weights.
