Positives: — inexpensive — good location Negatives: — walls are paper thin and I could hear every door opening (and slamming closed). I could also hear the person in the room next to me. — The shower. I am thin and and a hard time bending over to was my feet. If you are a large person, forget about it. There was also mold/dirt in the tiling and missing caulking. — bathroom towels: it was sad to see that the hotel doesn't believe in helping the environment and give you the option to reuse your towels (like every hotel I can recall visiting in the last 10 years). Every towel I used was replaced every day even when I hung it up for reuse. — Ceiling: stains from a leak. — check out: I request a invoice for my visit and they said they can't give me one because I booked online?!?! Seriously WTF. Understanding that I was in an inexpensive hotel my expectations were not high. However, this place was one very small step up from a hostel. From the reasons listed above I would avoid this place and would not recommend it to anyone unless you are tight budget and willing to put up with the neglect this place has suffered.

The hotel is located right above Euston Square underground station and very close to Euston station, hence it is very well connected. The staff is very friendly and do their best to help the cuatomers. The breakfast offered is also good. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I stayed here for a few weeks while my daughter was in the hospital across the road. I stayed in one of the deluxe rooms which I found spacious, clean and quiet along with a wonderful shower and air-conditioning which was quality in the warm weather. The staff are fantastic people and greeted me day and night every day without fail, their personal touch of care was amazing. I hope I get back on a holiday visit to stay again in room 004. Great staff team all of you :) thank you.

" Close to Euston Rail Station " This is a guesthouse. Which means there are no services at all. No reception or anyone to tell you where your apartment is. You do check in from another far away hotel and gives you the apartment key. Once done your stay, you leave the keys inside and leave the apartment. The Apt in gen is okay for budget ppl. It has 2 single bed in ea room with wheels to make it easy to join both beds together n make it one double bed. The bed is clean and comfort. Kitchen has all essential equips. Bath room does not have any essential amenities so have to bring your own. Smell of the room is a lil bit odor due to old carpet I guess. It goes by ventilation. The area is very good as it locates near to 3 underground stations (max 5 min walking). Plus near to Euston Rail Station if you need (max 5 min walking). The area around also has a 24/7 mini market, couple of Indian cuisines, a barber etc. If you want fast food and restaurants, you may go to the Euston Rail Station and has many. I stayed 5 nights as a family of 4. We enjoyed it as the location is superb. (Note : There is NO daily cleaning as I said its a guesthouse. But they do every 6 days. ) Plz kindly, if you like my review hit on Like. Thnx.

A good place to stay in London — especially for students as they have only separate beds. The infrastructute (as usual in London) is a bit outdated but other than that all was working, available and clean. The location is very convenient for travellers plus many good restaurants around.
